Apartments are nice and big and a reasonable price. Quality of rooms excellent and close to many of the restaurants of Echo Beach. Good to drop by and look at the place nice and quiet boutique hotel. Staff and facilities really good and happy to help out. If you want a quiet and hassle free time this is the place to be.

The Good: We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment (Jarrah), which was huge and very flash. The 3 deck areas allow you to relax outdoors and enjoy the 360 degree views. We liked the air-conditioning and TV's in both bedroom and lounge areas. Staff helped with luggage up and down the stairs. Perfect location - close to beach, cafes, shops, convenience store, and liquor store. It's on a quiet street, 50m off Batu Bolong (main street). Great WiFi as each room has its own router. Security on-site 24/7. The Not-So-Good: The breakfast was non-existent and lets down the hotel rating. Despite many negative comments, management hasn't taken any action. All you get is instant coffee and a slice of toast, and if you wanted anything more you had to pay extra (and more than you would in the nearby cafes for the same/better meal). It would have been more honest just to say that this property didn't provide any breakfast. Also, the bed had a ridiculous frame around the outside which was very kick-able. The penthouse room is only suitable for the young and fit as it's 3 storeys - lounge on ground level, bedroom and bathroom on second, then sun loungers/bed on thirds. Small towels in kitchen and hand-towel in bathroom would have also been helpful.

A nice place to stay, close walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. All the things you need. Was a shame about the construction next door, makes the road outside horrible and trucks driving past frequently.

The absolute worst place to stay in Bali. Construction and garbage dumps outside, no privacy and generally terrible. Left after the 1st night. STAY AWAY!!! P.s. they also lie, - in their reply to this review. LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!

A basic place to stay close to the beach. Nothing special, no views, small pool area. However the staff were very friendly and helpful, and kept the place very clean.

Brilliant location and very central..roof top terrace in penthouse provides amazing veiws of sunrise and sun set..breakfast is the only downside to accommodation, coffee and toast, yes I said toast, that all u get but with kitchen facilities u can make your own delicious brekkie 😀 only 2 min from beautiful beaches so thumbs up from me

Stayed here for my 40th. Great pool area to have people around. Easy walk to Caangu restaurants and the beach.

Don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after our recent stay at this villa in Canggu. We booked the entire villa for a family reunion (of sorts) and absolutely loved our stay. Importantly for us it was really family friendly as we had a 5, 3 and 1yo in tow. The pool is beautiful and was able to be fenced off easily. The gardens are beautiful and there is ample room for little ones to run around and get tired. I also couldn't speak more highly about the staff. Incredibly friendly and always smiling, despite mess left around by adults and kids alike. Want to send a special thank you to Wayan who is a great cook and even nicer person, and Dewa, who served meals and organised activities always with a giant smile on his face. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends or anyone looking to stay on the Canggu side of the island.
