Heaven on earth!! We just spent 3 nights in paradise, this place is unbelievable and the service is 10 star. From airport transfers to our personal butler who was undoubtedly the most beautiful man we have ever meet. The villas are exquisite and so private and quiet and yet still minutes to all of Canggu’s highlights including the beach. We used the spa and that was so professional and our massage was outstanding. We highly recommend staying as its an experience like nothing else. We can’t wait to come back 🙏🏼

Fantastic 5 night stay! The Villa was amazing and looked even more incredible than the pictures online. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. Our butler Artika went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable From making us a perfect afternoon coffee to a sunset cocktail each evening. He really was attentive and always checking on us and if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back and recommend the beautiful Villa and staff to all of our friends!!

TLDR: Far too expensive for what it is. My wife and I were at first amazed with the property and service. Having a private butler seemed awesome from the airport pickup to morning breakfast being brought to us. But after the first day the service gradually dropped off including rooms never being made up despite multiple calls and tons of insects and noise at all hours of the day. I get it. We're in Bali but requests to be moved weren't honored and the attitude of the management was something along the lines of 'deal with it'. There are literally hundreds of properties around Canggu and I urge anyone to spend half the price for something more secluded, CLEAN and less noisy.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We went into a lot of the hotels around Canggu and this was by far the best one for many reasons. The service was fantastic- so nice, helpful, breakfast served in our villa, room cleaned twice a day. The security was great with 10ft walls, locks on your room and villa, and people always at the front gate. What really made it though was that it was so central to everything, yet the way it was designed you felt nice and secluded and couldn't hear the noisy streets at all. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to everyone because they did such a great job!

First time visit was in 2012 for a week and loved our stay at Ametis. Then years later this Villa’s still the first place in mind when we’re planning to go to Bali. Thankfully things were perfect everytime we stayed there. Such a romantic and lovely Villa, our butler Artana was very helpful, he helped us to arrange romantic dinner at best restaurants in Bali or breakfast at our villa. Everything was perfect! I’ll forever remember this place ❤️

i had a very great time here at Ametis Villa. The room is very spacious and comfortable, with all inclusive minibar, daily fruits, home made snack. The location is perfect only 2 minutes walk to batu bolong beach, and walking distance to many famous cafes and bar. I highly recommend this villa for honeymoon. The service from all staff is very helpful and welcoming. Especially Pak Gede who assist me during my stay. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about Ametis Villa! We stayed for our honeymoon in May and did not want to leave! We stayed in the Aquamarine villa and felt like we were home the entire stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and the service was impeccable! Okta took THE BEST care of us!! He helped my husband find batteries for his hearing aids, helped when my husband got sick, and generally cared for us like we were family. The food was incredible, the indoor/outdoor feel of the villa, the location, everything. I only wish that this was closer to Florida so I could visit the villa and Okta more often! 5 stars all around!!

Total exclusivity in the middle of Canggu. We stayed for 4D3N and it was an amazing experience, Ametis villa goes above and beyond to cover any needs that any guest could have. They have a great restaurant (Billy Ho) attached to its lobby which you can order from and get sent to your villa for more intimate dinners. They have a complete SPA service (the best massages we’ve ever gotten), 24/7 butler service which is of the highest standards, and many more luxury benefits that elevate the experience from simply being a nice aesthetic Villa (which you can find many of in Bali). 10/10 recommend for a complete service experience.

We were looking for a space to rest, relax and reflect - and Ametis Villa gave us just that. The villa is serene, spacious and filled with greenery. My favourite spot was a very comfy sun bed where I spent most of my mornings on basking in the sunlight and reading my book before breakfast was served to us. My boyfriend’s favourite spot was the chairs overlooking the pool where we enjoyed our cocktails and canapés every evening and took time to reflect and engage in deep conversations. We made full use of and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury benefits included in our package, our favourites being the daily spa treatments, 24/7 pick up and drop off service within Canggu and Seminyak and daily breakfast, tea and cocktails which we could order. Our personal butler, Panji, was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure that we were comfortable during our stay and responded almost instantaneously to our every need be it serving us food and drinks, cleaning up the villa and picking us up or dropping us off at places. There are many food options within walking distance or a short drive from the villa. We had Chinese, Mexican, Italian, French, and modern Indonesian cuisine over a span of 5 days! One practical tip is to bring a strong mosquito repellant and cream for the mosquito bites you might get (understandably so, since the villa has an outdoor area and a pool). Panji and the villa staff did all that they could to get rid of the mosquitos including fogging the villa at our request and setting up mosquito coils at various parts of the villa daily. Overall, a great getaway if you’re looking to disconnect and find a peace of mind. Panji and the villa staff provided excellent service and made the stay all the more enjoyable for us!

Despite being located on the main road of canggu, it feels very private once we entered the villa's vicinity. The villa itself is very well maintained, and does a great job in keeping the insects/pests away, despite being surrounded by nature.

Best massages in Canggu. We came to the Ruby Spa @ Ametis once a month while living in Canggu- we love the team and the experience. The whole hotel is just beautiful and the villas are amazing too. Pure peace in the heart of Canggu. You won't be disappointed.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Canguu. The villa is beautiful with a big garden and pool , the room is very cozy and clean. Admiring this villa since the first time we arrived! - spacious - beautiful interior, especially the bedroom. love how huge and beautifully placed - nice swimming pool - a huge dining area outside the bedroom - lots of green outside the villa - which is truly needed - lovely hospitality I would say this is the best villa I have ever stayed in Canggu- the busiest area of Bali. Hence, you need a peaceful and beautifully designed villa with a lovely hospitality ;)

If you are forced to go to Canggu, this place might be a good option for you. The villa we had was all the way in the back, therefore pretty quiet. I am very scared for all types of centipedes and worms, and we informed the hotel to ask them to clean the room extra well. I know it’s impossible to avoid them being in the garden and open areas, but the room must be absolutely clean. The first thing I see when I enter the room upon arrival is a huge red fat disgusting warm by the curtain. The team took care of it straight away, and assured they never saw anything like that before… in the evening before sleeping we decided to double check the bedroom and there was another red disgusting warm in the bed!!! By the sheets… How is it even possible? The moment we saw it we packed our stuff and left Canggu immediately in the middle of the night. I must say that all the staff members were super sweet and helpful, and they refunded us for the rest of our stay that we didn’t use, so we appreciate it a lot. The open kitchen area is pretty beautiful. The shower is also semi-open so bare that in mind. Lighting in the bedroom is extremely dark and considering the design is also dark, the room doesn’t feel clean. I general Canggu is a very specific place to go if you are looking for a beautiful genuine Balinese experience, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. Three stars for the kind people working there and for understanding the situation and giving us a refund.

WOW. Hands down one of the most beautiful villas I’ve ever stayed in! We had the Imperial villa which had a private pool, huge outdoor kitchen and living area, and very decadent indoor/outdoor bathroom - complete with one adorable frog that popped in to say hi now and again! We also had the pleasure of spending time with our private butler, Gede who truly went out of the way to ensure our stay was exceptional. This included making reservations for us at the best restaurants, sourcing Coke Zero for me (this is VERY difficult to find outside the big hotels), cooking us delicious breakfasts (skillet fry up and dragonfruit smoothie bowl were awesome!), taking us to visit local sites AND waiting for me while I shopped and got my nails done. Thank you Gede - you are wonderful and your wife is surely a lucky lady! Despite Ametis Villas being in the heart of bustling Canggu, you don’t feel it. It was very quiet and relaxing and a true sanctuary for us. I absolutely recommend Ametis to anyone heading to the area and hope to have the chance to go back someday!

Luxury in Canggu! Service is second to none here….. butler service with a definite smile! Nothing was any trouble. The included taxi service was a lovely addition too. In Villa dining was great, nice breakfast too. So many great restaurants nearby tho…. Ask the staff for some great recommendations.

What a wonderful experience we had staying at the 3 bedroom private villas. Our butler Gede, was just amazing and attended to all our needs and above. You are certainly well looked after staying here. All the staff are just beautiful people setting out to please you.

Behind the street facade you will enter an elegant reception area that transfers you to the inner corridors of the complex. Ametis Villa Bali was just fantastic. The quality of the Villas and the staff were way above exceptional status. The attention to detail is incredible. Nothing was too big or small to attend to. The car service to drop us off and pick us up later was fantastic. As this visit fell on our wedding Anniversary they made it a day that will not be forgotten quickly. A special acknowledgement to GEDE who could not help us enough. I would recommend these Villas to anyone who enjoys quality and class. We intend a return visit.

The hotel was everything we could have wanted. Beautiful villa, very clean and our personal butler was at hand for anything we needed. The food was great value, delivered quickly and was very tasty. The downside was the music from the 'Old Man' bar nearby. It went on until 3am and we had to move at 3am into a new villa to actually get some sleep. Not ideal after flying all the way from the UK. In fairness, Ametis did do everything they could to rehouse us, but I felt sorry for whoever was next into that room...

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Ametis Villas. Mega and the rest of the staff were incredibly hospitable, from our arrival to our departure. They were flexible with our changing plans, as pertinent to another couple's wedding, or to our unexpected visit to a medical clinic. From the Ruby spa staff, to the drivers - taking the time to care about us, where we were going and showing us around Canggu (which, incidentally, exceeded our expectations - turning out to be a perfect balance between amazing restaurants, cafes, clothing boutiques, beach/surf culture and our divine accommodation). Here I must highlight the recommendation from Mega, our Ametis superstar, to try Dandelion, an Indonesian restaurant (which I will review separately). Every day of our stay, the Ametis Villas staff made us feel welcome, comfortable and thoroughly taken care of. The villa itself was very comfortable. The pool was generous, the outdoor living area was very luxurious for all our meals, as well as relaxing while reading or resting between swims. The bathroom facilities were ample and absolutely beautiful. I cannot think of a more gorgeous place I've stayed. The inclusions that we had in our stay were only bonuses on our holiday (daily laundry, daily breakfast, daily afternoon tea, daily cocktail and massages). However, Mega was the star of our trip, from being so accommodating to all our requests, super helpful, friendly, approachable every day with a beautiful smile and personality. I don't typically plan on returning to a holiday destination, but due to the Balinese people, especially Mega, I must keep Bali at the top of the list for my next holiday. A place and its people have never surprised me so much, in such a good way.

My wife and I were so thrilled to book this villa. It looked perfect. Luxurious and perfect for our honeymoon. Sadly we suffered an emergency that prevented us from making it to Canggu. Ametis was the ONLY hotel that refused to understand our situation. Other hotels were able to change the reservations to floating status and work with us for when we plan to return. Furthermore, they were rude throughout the entire process and basically said tough luck when other hotels (and every excursion we booked) were beyond courteous and understanding. While I'm sure we would have loved our stay, there are tons of other options in Canggu for a fraction of the price. We will be staying at The Slow when we return and are excited to experience Canggu.

Stayed here for 8 nights and the service was exemplary! Our butler, Gede, was amazing, always ready to cater to any need. All staff are always happy & smiling and very helpful. The villas are right in the heart of all the action in Canggu but when you’re inside you feel like you’re in a tropical oasis! Short walk to beach & near all shops & restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!
