We tried to stay here last month however when we arrived the rooms were filthy with stained sheets, mould and so we tried another room there and still the same thing more unidentifiable stains on sheets and even some PISS still stained on the toilet seat. We refused to stay there for the 5 nights and have been trying to get our money refunded from over a month ago. Yet they only block our emails and refuse to cooperate with us. Definitely don’t recommend unless you enjoy sleeping in other peoples old liquids.

Had the worst experience here. They had the loudest construction work starting at 6am both days I was staying here. Not a single notice saying why the was happening. Loud drills and banging of hammers doesn’t allow you to fall back asleep or relax at all. I’m actually so angry sitting here right now hearing these flipping drills and hammers! The rooms are basic. I have a TV in the room which doesn’t switch on and Doesn’t have a remote. Bathroom is a bad wet room which floods after the shower has been on for 1 minute. Wifi is terrible and had to use data to do anything. The rooms are littered with mosquitos and cockroaches The staff don’t seem to really care that they’re guests are being waken up at 6am and just shrug they’re shoulders. I’d give 0 stars if I could. What a waste of money

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price for us as backpackers and spacious rooms. Very close to all sorts of restaurants and shops, we didn’t have bikes and was able to walk everywhere. 20-25 min walk to the beach and just across the road from a mini mart. We stayed for 6 nights in total and most of the time the pool was clean. We had an issue with the shower but the staff were quick to sort out. Only negative I would say is that there are sooo many staff members! To the point that a lot of them are waiting around if the hotel is quiet. This made sitting around the pool sometimes uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant or booking a room with breakfast. One morning it took 45 minutes to make toast and then it was cold when I ate it. The kitchen is really slow even when there’s only 2 people ordering. That said, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. For the price, it was perfect.

I HIGHLY recommend Tirtha Canggu to anyone staying in the North Kuta area. The room and maid service was excellent, the staff was super sweet and hospitable, the location was great (in a hidden pocked away from the busy street, but still super close to everything), and a beautiful pool and rooftop area. Not the mention the unbeatable price!!! I highly recommend this hotel:)

Swimming pool water is toooo salty, our eyes immediately red and hurt a bit after swim. It didn't happened when we surf or snorkeling. Service was great, room was nice, as you can expected from a new building :)

I came to stay at Tirtha Canggu Suites for one night- & stayed four. Great location a short walk from a busy street with a convenience store, bars & restaurants. Nice and mostly tidy hotel with friendly & helpful staff.

We loved our stay here, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and the pool area is nicely organised. It’s also very close to everything in Canggu but very quiet as it’s located in a small side road. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area.

Cosy beds, clean rooms which get cleaned every day as well. Friendly staff and fair prices. Even though it is close to the main street it won't get loud at all. Water pressure was a bit low at times.

Terrible wifi at best but mostly no wifi. Wifi not available for rooms not close to front desk. Staff unable to rest wifi. Calcium deposited so heavy on shower head that water sprayed all over bathroom in various direction not down towards your body .Drain extremely slow so your standing in several inches of water by end of shower. Annoying water fountain turned on every night which was loud for rooms at end of property .

Very good price for what it is, great location. Sometimes you can hear a loud neighbour or two if you're unlucky, but the rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

Great place to stay in Canggu, everything you need: restaurant, pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Travelled with my wife and enjoyed the stay very much. Pretty big sized rooms too!

I booked two nights to stay just before my flight home and I don’t usually write reviews but this place really wasn’t great. The first room I was given was full of mosquitoes and I mean full. The walls are covered in bloody marks where previous guest/staff and killed mosquitos so clearly it’s a problem here. The shower then flooded almost out of the bathroom so I asked to change rooms. Again in my second room, the walls are also covered in dead mosquitoes, the aircon barley works and the wifi doesn’t work at all. I hate to leave a bad review because the staff are nice but I would for sure stay somewhere else next time, yes this place is on the cheaper side but I have stayed in much better hostels for this price (private room).

We stayed for one night, Maybe the owner must control the place Probably room and bathroom can be more clean!
