    Une honte !!! Clinique Ă  fuir : dĂ©passement de 300€ pour une coloscopie + frais d'hospitalisation de 100€ pour de l'ambulatoire soit mais impossible de recevoir la facture !!! Appels toutes les semaines, leur procĂ©dure est de ne plus avoir de contact avec le service facturation, on me prends nom et prĂ©nom Ă  chaque fois et rien ne bouge. Je n'imagine mĂȘme pas pour ceux qui ont des frais bien plus important ! Honteux pour une soit disant clinique de renommĂ©e

    L’Intervention s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©e, les chĂšques ont bien Ă©tĂ© encaissĂ©s mais depuis 3 SEMAINES j’attends que l’on me donne ma facture pour me faire rembourser!! Impossible de joindre le service facturation ou mĂȘme l’accueil. Service dĂ©plorable . Accueil lamentable. Il faut embaucher des comptables pour que les patients puissent obtenir leurs factures et enfin se faire rembourser, surtout Ă  la veille des fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e.
