    The worst experience you can have. The staff, especially the female employee with dreadlocks I think her name is (Atisa), is the worst person you can meet in your life. They mistreat everyone, even children.

    Highly recommend specially the crew's they doing there best to keep it safe & follow the safety protocol for there's customers just for that I will give them 👍👍👍👍👍 I just eat again in KFC cannes gare Today still they surprise me a lot the crew become better and better Since my last visit so my review is still 5 star and 5 thumbs up for 02-06-2021

    Extremely poor management. We where queued outside with other (many) customers for twenty minutes and nobody warned us the place had stopped receiving orders - at 21.20, 40 minutes before the closing time. Seems like the manager takes fun from wasting customers time.

    My order took like 10 or more minutes even though it was a Bucket, 2 drinks and 2 fries. There were pigeons eating food from tables, and kept going to our table..

    Post COVID, all the KFC food are a mess. The chicken is dry and full of oil, the fries are dipped with oil, everything is oily and no taste.

    If you like sharing your food with pigeons flying inside the restaurant and eating left over food on the table's you'll like it there chicken was over cooked and very dry wouldn't go there again

    Hands down the worst KFC I've been in. Ordered at 3:22pm it's 3:50pm now. Some fast food 😂. We can clearly see the food is ready and just sits there and I am pretty sure we'll get cold food.

    Worst KFC I've ever been to.👎 The place is dirty!! The inside tables were filthy, chicken was all over the floor and the seats were stained with food and dipping. It was in the evening - the busy hour and there at the counter was only one poor girl doing everything - billing, packing orders for dinning in and take outs. We waited 30 minutes. The food we got was tasteless. I ordered vegetarian wrap and got the chicken wrap, which they later switched for the right one. The prices are ridiculous. Rather invest a few euros more and enjoy a quality meal in some nearby restaurant.

    This is the most discriminative KFC. I was waiting for my order for 40mins, and other customers, who ordered even after me, were served earlier than me. I was just being ignored by all the staff. Complaining about it, one of the staff said that she didn’t serve me because I could not understand her French. But I know she didn’t even see me. It is totally unbelievable this happened in such an international city in 2023.

    I mean, it's a normal KFC. It is neither gourmet food, nor prison food. Food and service are just as good as in every other KFC you can find all over the world. However, the waiting time to order at the terminals and the processing time until your food arrives is a little bit above the average as I've experienced it in other KFCs. All in all, it is a good place to grab a snack; I personally don't mind sitting there, but I assume that there are people that do mind sitting in the train station area where this KFC is located.

    Slowest survice you will ever receive. You can spend half an hour to an hour staring at your food piled high as the chef in the back has made your burger while the two in the front appear stunned and unable to read any orders. Not even sure the younger woman has received any training 😳. Avoid if you can... It's too late for us.

    Food was alright, not the best KFC I tried but acceptable.. But when it comes to the common services KFC has to offer like the free refill they lack: I went to the register to ask for a refill of my drink and they said that it’s not a thing, a thing that every other KFC in the entire world does. I was shocked when they said that, and couldn’t enjoy the rest of my meal without anything to drink… Not coming back again

    The worst KFC I've ever had and possibly the worst food in general I've had. Place was completely dead yet every seat and table was filthy along with sauce smeared on the ground and walls . I ordered a coke and got a water instead along with different sauces . They refused to exchange it even though it was unopened . Also there's roaches going around this establishment .this place really needs to be investigated as the hygiene level in this KFC is just disgracefully. Please save your money avoid at all costs .

    A few times a year I get some chicken from KFC and generally the experience is positive - at locations all around the world. At Cannes, too, it's generally a positive experience, as the food is good, the place is clean, and the staff are trying to be nice. However, this year alone I've had a couple of negative experiences, both related to the 8 hot wings menu item. The first time was in January, when I got 6 wings, instead of 8, and then recently in July, when I got 7 wings instead of 8... Now, if mistakes happen, how come I didn't get 9 or 10 wings instead of 8..? Not sure why, but it's already happened twice at KFC Cannes Gare of all KFC locations, so I decided to write this review and tell the manager: sorry, but you owe me 3 hot wings and please make sure it's not happening again - it's really embarrassing.

    This just happened to me 5mins ago. I told the “monsieur ” I was a student in conservatoire and showed him my student’s centificate which worked every time before. But finally he didn’t give me the student discount. I don’t know if it’s racist. This never happened before. So disappointed!!

    Food was tasty. The restaurant has a bathroom for guests, but I couldn't find any code on my receipt. Had to ask the security man to open it up for me.I recommind putting the code on the receipt for in-house guests.

    I've been there 3 times in two weeks. So, it must be tasty. The only thing missing is legs, thighs and breast. They only serve sandwiches, tenders and wings. Not really my favorite. But it suffices my appetite. Customer service is good. My French is terrible...but I've had great help. Except for today, the cashier didn't open her mouth at all. She waited for me to read the register. Then she didn't even say "merci" when she gave me my change. So I said "Merci" for her. I guess she was having personal issues...which is not the customers problem. I'll be back.
