The service is ridiculous. The staff are just yelling at each other while they run around and the line up is huge. The hygiene is a joke. They don't clean. I asked a question in English and completely got ignored. I posted a picture of what their toilets look like.

More expensive then other MC Donald's in Nice. Confusing the system they didn't seem to take cash I was asked to use the self service but the cash options was taken away very silly for tourists who prefer to pay in cash. Also lots of building work going on around it currently in April 2022.

Taking the fast out of fast food. Taking the customer and the service out of customer service. I know I am not from Cannes but does that justify the staff talking down and giving less than mediocre service just because I don't have Uber eats on my polo which is clearly currently their cash cow will never order there again steak and shake next door might be slightly pricer but they are faster more agréable and actually professionals

Nobody in the restaurant yet it takes 20 minutes to serve your only customers in the shop with no communication

We ordered one soda, two packets with pineapple and two smoothies to go, it took 30 minutes to get our order. Staff were not very helpful or welcoming, they did not even smile to their customers. The toilets was dirty and smelled very bad, the lades toilet did not have any paper. Trash on the floors and in the sink. Lack of cleaning routines?

40 minutes wait time for a Happy Meal on a normal Wednesday. When I asked if there was some problem causing the delay, the girl just shrugged and said they had lots of customers, no particular problem. The tables area wasn’t even half full.

We ordered two smoothies and one coke. We ordered for take away and had to wait 30 minutes to have our simple order delivered. Not a single smile to see amongst the staff. Smoothies tasted just as expected-since its delivered from a pre-made mix. Toilet facilities in the ladies room did miss toilet paper in all the stalls. Both ladies and gentlemens toilets were not cleaned in a long time - given the bad smell in both locations.

Long waiting time for "fast food" waited 15 min for takeaway order, which is way too long! Employee wasn't very friendly, but acted correctly when asked for the order because we're in a hurry. Food wasn't warm 3 min later.

We actually had a great experience at this place, it was the first time we saw responsible serving packages, with reusable amenities, food as what we expected from McDonald’s

Well maintained and neat ... did notice the team working to clean the place consistently... I had some issues with the ordering process and Mehmet from their team promptly helped to solve .. Overall a very pleasant experience

Good location, even there is a road work currently. I ordered 2 large coffee with some Pastries. Coffee is much better and stronger than Starbucks. Good service even as it was in a very busy time

Not bad for a quick bite although you have to expect a long wait, maybe 5/10 minutes before they bring the order to your table

Waiting for the order feels like eternity and a half. I thought I might need to find a hostel for a night because me and my girlfriend been waiting like 17 minutes for x2 cheeseburger and x2 cappuccio and when we get the order one coffe been missing…

Nice ambience. The staff was a bit rude. We ordered juice and other items to dine in. But after finishing our food, wanted to take the juice on the go. So we requested the lady for the lid. But she refused rudely. So 1 star 👎

Client service was horrible, we waited for our order for more than 20 minutes. Toilets were dirty and didn’t have any toilet paper. 3 out of 4 people who ate there had a diarrhea.

coming from the equator, we rarely sit out under the hot sun to enjoy our meals. very nice experience. we had our meals delivered in less than 10min despite the crowd.

You have machines to order, however even if you pay you have to order again in person. What a management. And half of these ordering machines were out of order. Worth to mention that burgers, ice creams, and fires taste a bit worse than in branches in other countries. However there is one good thing about this McDonald. It is the only place in Cannes where you can eat no matter what time (while all other restaurants are closed).

The restaurant is in a good location but the staff does not have the operation under control. We ordered a coke, ice cream and a crock and what we got was totally different. It took us 2 more explanations to get what we actually ordered. Food was good as expected.

The worst McDonalds i‘ve ever been to in my life. The prices are higher than usual but the food is way worse. But the worst part is how dirty the tables are. Even pigeons walk on the tables and eat the leftovers and the staff does not care. Avoid this McDonalds on all cases

Worst mcdonalds internationally I've ever visited. Most useless staff. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and cheeseburger at the takeaway window. Wasn't even busy. They employ young snowflakes who have no sense or urgency. After all that the burger was cold!!

I love McDonald’s. Always cheap and tasty. But refusing to open the umbrellas on a 30degree sun is just CRUEL. So ir you want to have a nice lunch and relax, do not go there.

A wonderful service provided at this restaurant. The food was very well prepared and presented. I would especially like to acknowledge a member of staff, Anne who did a tremendous job with my order and was very helpful. Keep up the great work! A very satisfied customer.

I'm lovin it! Friendly staff, fast preparation. They should get a display screen for the orders though and maybe check when to discard 🍟. In case of a cold product crew chief will hand a replacement ✔

Great location near boardwalk, yachts and restaurants. Comfy clean inside. Computerized menu for different languages. Can use rest rooms based on code generated on receipt. So save your receipts!
