Small dock but it's really very cute and scenic. Lots of shopping and eateries. Don't book the taxi they are way more expensive then just boiling an excursion on the boat. But local transportation is very accessible. Lots of great views to see. Be careful if pick pockets as its very rampid here. The shopping is amazing here. Lots of things within walking distance. The little train is very thorough and informative.

The Port of Cannes is a beautiful spot on the French Riviera. It's famous for its fancy yachts that you can see there. The harbor is really pretty, especially when the sun is shining on the water. You can take a walk along the water and find cool cafes and shops. If you're into boats and want to see some impressive ones, this is a great place to visit!

Multimillionaire and Billionaire lifestyle here. The port is a collection of all kinds of yachts from sporty to luxury. The path around the port is used by joggers and runners in the morning.

Review: nice scenery of boats at the port of Cannes. If you walk up to the cathedral, then you will be able to enjoy Cannes from the viewpoint as well. Hint: Start your panorama walk from plague du midi to croissette beach. If you want to enjoy a boat trip, make sure to stop by at the tourism centre where the tours are listed in the brochures.

Parking is difficult, traffic is difficult, everything is expensive, and huge construction work have made the magic gone away. A few nice places are fighting to hold the fort, such as the Martinez, the Island of Lérins, the Annex Beach. But as for now, if you have one evening and a car, choose Nice, cross the Italian border, and wait and see what new Cannes emerges from this chaotic urban project.

Cannes is a very unique city! Beautiful small town in Cote d'azur that is quiet outside events season. However, on main ocean boulevard you only find Gucci, Chanel, Prada, etc. It's charm thou is in its local business and atmosphere.

A quick tour around Cannes on the 'Wally Trolley' all credit to the driver for manoeuvring the narrow roads..

Nice place.. Beautiful yachts and good restaurants. It is a pleasant place to walk and look at the yachts.. and when you get tired you stop at a restaurants.. to eat something and drink a glass of good wine. Pedestrian access is allowed and you can even rent boats or go on excursions. In certain periods you can also see very expensive yachts.

Great area for sightseeing, clean, public toilet available. I recommend hiking up to the church for a panoramic view. Only 10min walk, Worth it.

Very nice harbour. Plenty of space to manoeuvre. Lots of yachts to see. Restaurants nearby. Nice view on the castle of Cannes. For the fast connection, there is also a heliport.

Very beautiful and business oriented place, I was there several times for the Yachting Festival in Cannes, or just for walks to admire the beautiful yachts! It's close to everything and friendly to discover for people with disabilities!

Beautifully situated with fabulous views of the city. It's a pleasant uphill walk and you can take a bus ride part of the way. Parking is limited. Plan to set aside an hour to visit - and its worth the effort.

Vieux Port is filled with a lot of new yachts and as such destroying all of it charm. So, capitalism swallow the romantic. Dont reccomand.

One of my favourite spots in Cannes, as the old harbour still reflects the glamorous charme which made Cannes world-famous few decades ago ... the municipality is currently working on several improvements to bring Cannes back on the international radar, so you should definitely keep Cannes on your bucket list.

This is one spot worth visiting when in Marseille. Lively & pleasant, one finds bars, restaurants & shops of different kinds. Easily accessible by buses & subway, just hop on to a ferry boat to cross over to the opposite bank for only 1€50 per person. It works with the 3-day public transport pass too.

Nice visit. Things were slow because it's not tourist season, which I didn't mind. I'm sure to return.

prettiest and convenient spot of Marseille ! but in fact pier is very common for southern france and it's centre area with lots of bus + metro to other spots. have ferry pier to see the island outlook but the queue is always so long and i only stayed one day , i shd hv took the ferry to sightseeing

Review as a sailor: we were located at the outer welcome pier and it is very exposed to wind and swelling. No place in the inner and more calm harbor. This was even outside season. Toilets and facilities is fine (but quite remote) and the reception was excellent.

Really easy to get through the security and covid checks if you have all the correct paperwork at hand.
