You should avoid this Sephora Cannes store. The guard and the manager are treating the clients as thieves and threat innocent young people to buy products they don’t want. Very bad service and atmosphere.

What a disappointment! It was 6pm on Wednesday 26. Most of the shop assistants were chitchating with Friends or colleagues that had clocked off. When we dared to ask for assistance, we were rudely told, sorry I am with a customer. We had been browsing and observing for a little while and that was obviously not the case. I am a tourist but the rest of my friends were locals and very shocked and disappointed indeed. Not sure what the standards are for sophora shop assistant, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Store is a bit messy but since it's so popular it must be difficult to keep up. On 30 Dec it seemed like there was a party inside with a big speaker at the entry. What I did not appreciate is that they not only try to upsell on checking out but already add this product to the bill!! This is very poor service. Ask someone ok since you are trained to sell more but don't add this to the bill already. Shame on you.

Sephora is a good cosmetics chain, this store is large and centrally located. The windows were not very clean and interior decoration is a bit too busy for my taste, too little room between the aisles.

Very crowded place but good and quick service. I’ve met there a very pleasant assistant who was very competent and nice.

I really dislike going into this store. The staff are not friendly and make it seem like a hassle to assist when you need to ask for products you’d like to purchase. There are many staff members standing around talking and seem bothered when you come to ask for assistance. Sephora should make products accessible to customers if it is an inconvenience for store assistants to get products out of drawers.

Very bad experience today at Sephora…Stuff is absolutely don’t care about customers..2-3 sells girls cheating in the corner , only 1 casher out of 5 is open, long waiting ..but the worst is that I have asked from sells person preside product which I’d from HUDA a new concilier, I mentioned “ coconut flake” Color , she tried on me and approved..but has given me to the hand another one which I only detected at home , it was “vanilla whirl”, I only find Ed that out when applied at home..so 29.90 euros thrown at the window..She is working for Benefit and she has to be avoided..in the middle of presenting me product from Benefit she just passed me to the other useless sells person because “ her client arrived”..What?? How she can work there while she is talking about product and then stops and goes somewhere else?. From now on, I will not let ANY of Sephore Cannes sells people “ help” me or sell to me product it’s a total humiliation and waste of money. There are more professional shops in the same street and stuff is very well trained and experienced. Sephora Cannes stuff is a bunch of bored housewife’s and students taking work spaces there just in the summer time.

Found it quite expensive. Couldn't find what I was looking for unfortunately, but it was very busy and plenty of assistants to help

Prices more expensive then in other shops . Paid e8 extra on guerlain 💄 lipstick then original brand price and e10 on Dior foundation extra in Sephora.

-Great brands offered , greatest place to find makeup in Cannes, -catchy location. -service is slow many times .... and I was hoping for a few more brands like tart for example. -Love the idea of a brow bar, i had to book for next day to dye my brows, well done.
