Despite being a Gucci store the service given was very questionable. At the time of my visit a pair of shoes caught my sight, but when I asked for a closer look, I found the shoes to have dead bugs inside them and slightly “scented”. When I asked for a new pair they replied with they had no others left, but the very next day they had a brand new pair on display. But from further inspection of the other pairs of shoes and bags seem to not have such problems so I believe a 3.5 star review would be appropriate.

I bought two pairs of shoes in this store. unfortunately they hadn't the pair that my girlfriend wanted. they gave their best effort and found them at the end in the store in St. Tropez. At the next day we bought the shoes for my girlfriend in St. Tropez and she was happy :) In both stores the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience with an asian seller. Our friend who was helping to carry the bags asked for the toilets and she said : "it's broken sorry", when he asked another seller, he kindly shown him the way to the toilets. She probably thought he was working for us that's why she said that

I only shop at Gucci in Cannes, and that’s all because of Nicolas. Make sure you ask for him, he is the best SA Gucci has

Extensive selection but service is severely lacking. Sales associates are rude and non-attentive. Pricing on products do not necessarily reflect the actual price at checkout so beware and double check for differences.

Exceptional service by Marguex. Even arranged pick up for another size in spain

A young and fresh team. Small stock on low season as well as any of the fancy shops around but still had great fun pieces! I had fun talking with the people working their a couple times. They like where there work and what they sell. The one thing I was surprised about is that I didn’t have a box with the bag I purchased. Not mad at it as I can t travel with it but unwrapping a fancy packaging is kind of a must when you spent that much in a service.

The team there of course, is absolutely amazing. I was looking for something simple for my son and was in there at three or four times before I finally decided to buy the item. I got there about 5-10 min before they closed, and due to a family issue, was stuck on the phone while paying for my purchase. They were so very patient and sweet, even though the item I was purchasing was something small. HUGE thank you to them because it made my son's face light up. Huge thank you to this wonderful team in France. I can't wait to be in the area again.

Deception alert. They sold me a pair of damaged shoes which was beautifully wrapped though. The shoe soles turned to be so worn out that the many cracks (!) are very visible. The Sales Assistant promised a pair of new shoes (instead of the pair on display and I tried on). But when I returned to my Nice hotel and unboxed it, shockingly, the pair looked to have been worn many times. I told the Assistant earlier that I was leaving France soon; not sure if they thought I wouldn’t have time to return it. When I drove back to the store right before my flight, time crunch was understatement. Luckily I managed to return it. This is one of my worst shopping experiences. Just when you thought you could trust the seemingly friendly staff, they stabbed you in the back and dumped damaged goods onto you.

Although the store was busy, the staff were all friendly and attentive and we were offered a seat until a member of staff was available. Quite soon after, a member of staff named Joy came to assist us. She was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We were made coffee whilst my wife tried on different jewellery pieces which was appreciated. We are not famous or rich but were still made to feel very special and nothing was too much trouble. This I believe is what Gucci do very well...a fantastic shopping experience. My wife was very happy with her choice of jewellery. Thank you Gucci and thank you especially to Joy.

I shop at this store in Cannes once a year. Very clean store, wide selection of men and women clothing, shoes, bags and more! Nicole always helps me and she is amazing!

Great service, they do not put pressure on you for buying the items, its open. The staff is not constantly on you but at the same time its right there if you need help.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Bought a belt here and tried on some clothes. Process was speedy and courteous.

Service is unprofessional! Full store of clients and impossible to understand who can help you! Some stuff is running around, but if you want to catch them - you can't! Busy or silent. Surprisingly one of girls, Margo, respond to us in the evening by What's App and found everything we need. That's why I post 3 stars.

Very friendly staff. I bought a lot of things here. This is one of the best gucci store i have ever visited in Euro. Friendly staff, nice store with wonderful beachview, parking nearby.

Natalie was super helpful with finding us the right collar for our dog.

Um... Awful is not enough to describe this place. The stuff was rude, especially the guy who was working at the shoe department. I wanted to buy a pair of ace sneakers ( am all time classic shoe) at size 43, which is very common amongst men. They didn't even have it... Also, I was checking out a shoe, holding it on my hands. The asian employ with some fake blue contact lenses working there just took it right out of my hands, without even asking me. RUDE. Worst Gucci shop I've ever visited, wouldn't recommend.
