Sent my husband to take my daughter to Dr Toefy. The receptionist refused to assist my sick daughter, and continued speaking over the phone. There were no other patients in the surgery. I understand that an appointment has to be made, but shouldn't you put the health of your patients first, especially a child?! I would not recommend this doctor!

Dr. Toefy treats her patients with kindness, patience and compassion. She is thorough with her examinations. She does not run by appointments but when it comes to your turn, one can understand why. She treats you as if you are her only patient for the day. Extremely professional!

Dr Toefy is a great doctor. She makes you feel at ease and shows empathy. I have been going to her for a number of years. She is very experienced and competent. If you are looking for a doctor that will listen to you and is thorough then she is the one.

Great doctor.. I've seen many doctors but Dr Toefy is one of the best doctors that I've been. Shes been my doctor since a young age. She is a well known doctor, at her surgery theres are no booking appointments to see her. Its first come first serve. I recommend anyone to her

I disagree with the most recent review. Doctor Toefy has been the greatest to me and my family. Doctor Toefy and Fadeela have treated my dad so well in his living years and gave him the best service that they could. The new appointment system has proven to be great for both the doctor and patient. I am so greatful to have Doctor Toefy as my life long house Doctor.

Hi there- so I came to you on the morning of Thursday 30th November, claiming that I have a striking pain in my lower abdomen, and asked if it could be My appendix? Unfortunately the only available time slot was at 11, and I told them I’ll find another place as the pain is too sever for me to wait- they then asked me to come through (to which I was grateful for allocating time) however, She did a few quick tests and claimed it was just a bad tummy ache. I’m now writing this from the ICU, having undergone my surgery of a nearly burst appendix had I waited longer. This is not a review to blame or Shame - but also please don’t rule out all possibilities- including the most obvious one which it turned out to be.

Dr Toefy is very efficient and caring, I would highly recommend her.

Just commenting on Mishka review. So sad you experienced this but with covid protocols you usually wait in your car as they do work by appointment only. I'm fortunate enough to know her and been treated by and her practice for 29 yrs even when she was a locum at the late dr Bhika's surgery. Maybe there was a misunderstanding as this lady dr and her sister the receptionist are the most empathetic people I have visited in this industry. Hope you have a better experience if you next visit the practice

Dr Toefy and staff are always willing and able to assist . They are very professional and take care of their patients. Dr Toefy is thorough and takes her time with her patients .
