My experience at the Capital Mirage was fantastic! I had a one bedroom apartment with an almost wrap around balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them very highly.

Excellent stay! Lovely staff and nice studio room. Lots of great restaurants all around. Pool is closed but book a dinner at the Utopia restaurant on 15th floor to enjoy beautiful views of CapeTown.

Luxury Hotel with great service and beautiful view is my go-to whenever I'm looking for a place to stay while travelling. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, the service is impeccable, and the view is simply breathtaking. Best of all, the prices are always reasonable - I've been staying there since they opened and have never regretted it. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for some quality time away from home! - Russell Smith ApolloGem

Amazing amboise, nice view of the CBD n partial table mountain from level 4, where I had my room. Clean, self catering accommodation.

Location and service! Marco and the rest of the staff were all amazing. Our room (322) had the most amazing views! Easy walk to Strand/CBD area (walking tours, restaurants etc). 15 min walk to waterfront. 10 min walk to Bo Kaap (straight up the road!). Mattress was a little dated/uncomfortable. Also, Bring earplugs! The mosque call to prayer is very loud!

Had a great stay at capital mirage. First trip there and Jenn (reception) was the most welcoming and helpful (kept a look out for weather on our behalf to ensure we could go table mountain cable car). Special thanks to Jenn :)

A room with a washing machine and dryer is especially helpful as our stay was more than 10 days in Cape Town. A special mention to Marco and Genn, who were really friendly and helpful. We were grateful for their restaurant recommendations, and we felt right at home with their hospitality. The restaurant (Utopia) on the top floor provides excellent views of Table Mountain, Bo Kaap and the V&A waterfront. Its food was excellent quality too!

My wife and I hopped over to Cape Town for a last minute get away from safari and boy are we happy we landed here! I'll say booking online from afar, I wasn't sure if this would be a no-frills, hostel style place where you essentially are renting an empty apartment with a cleaning fee- it's not! It's a really nice hotel. The staff is friendly and outgoing, the facilities are new and pleasing, and the location is great if you don't want to be in the middle of tourist central while still being exactly in the middle of it all. I loved the glass wall/door which can open your room up, the kitchen that's more than enough for vacation, the washer and dryer and the luxe bathroom. The rooms also feature a lot of space, with thoughtful design for bringing in a suitcase of stuff for a big trip. We'll for sure stay here again when we come back to Cape Town. Also, HUGE shout out to Mimi and Melissa at the front desk and all of the housekeepers that honestly left no stone unturned in our room- they really ensured our stay was the best it could be.

Highly recommend. Came to Cape Town for some last minute business and being familiar with The Capital group I chose to stay here. Exceeded my expectations - the rooms are large with a modern design, the staff are beyond helpful and the additional facilities such as the rooftop area and gym are an added bonus.

Lovely dinner at the Cattle Baron with great service. Sadly the Hotels Front of House / Reception staff were unhelpful and unapologetic when they denied us access to Utopia on the 15th floor at 8.30pm on a Wednesday evening saying it was closed. This after we had asked our Waiter and he confirmed that we could go up. We merely wanted to show our friends the venue for a future event. Definitely not coming back.

1)Too noisy.. some guy would forget which his room was and would knock on our door after 12 am and after 10am everyday. 2) The bathroom glass is frosted very lightly. With light/ sunlight people across the road in the office block have clear view of you in the toilet or even in the shower, so you have absolutely no privacy. Free nude show for peiple in the building acroos 3) The 1st day we had everythng we needed. Toilet paper, towels etc. The 2nd day we had to keep asking, no bathtowel, no tissues etc. 4) Someone set off the fire alarm which went on for over an hour. That Gave us a miserable headache. Surely they have cameras to see who set the alarm off in the parking. Very disappointed

I stayed there on a number of occasions this year, and was impressed by the friendliness of staff, and the gorgeous view of Lion's Head and Table Mountain. Quite the place, and very close to the Cape Quarters centre and numerous eateries!

Nice urban rooms in very interesting architecture. The whole experience is exquisite, surpassing any of the hotels i have been, even overseas hotels. I love Capital Hotels. 😊

Had the absolute best stay at this gem of a hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and Wi-Fi extremely fast, which was a dream for work video calls etc. The staff are brilliant and cant do enough for you, Candace, the General Manager is the best and just oozes hospitality. Thank you all for an incredible stay, I will be back before the end of the year.

It was a great stay, pity their roof top pool n bar gets to be closed on Sunday's,so we never got a chance to experience it at all cox we arrived Saturday and left on Monday ,and when we wanted to go check it out b4 leaving on Monday,it was still closed,so we had to leave b4 seeing the place.

Great two night stay we had. Comfortable beds. Super clean and well spaced. Good views. Great and friendly staff. Kitchen has the normal, coffee and tea station. Couches were worn though and no mini bar in room.

The room was okay and spacious but it was not what we wanted. We wanted an apartment with a bigger balcony but this is what we got (Room 121). Secondly, the apartment was not spotless clean, there were coffee stains on the counter and a some dirt on the stove and oven. Thirdly, housekeeping was terrible!! We would find our clothes thrown on the floor instead of being nicely folded on the bed or something. It was also disappointing that the TV in the apartment was not a smart tv and the quality of the screen was very poor. Lastly, we didn't like the incomplete ceiling, I don't know if that's modern or what but we were very dissatisfied. On the good side, the receptionists were very welcoming and friendly.

The people service is not like the rooms and the place. People must pick up the service. The rooms are nice and the place is convenient

Just want to say a huge thank you to the whole team who made so much effort for my sister and I to surprise my parents for their anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for better service and to have gone along so well with our crazy mission 😂 Thank you, thank you!
