It's 2016 and this hospital looks like it's from WW2, however they claim it's been renovated. The floors, walls and ceiling are decrepit. The stairs looks like someone took 5 huge trash bags and dumped them all over. There were scrubs leftover under a chair. We saw a used glove on the ground. There is zero organization or leadership in the urgent area. There is no medication for the patients. You must buy it from the pharmacy downstairs. You need to pay everyone off...even to enter the building, the guy pushing your wheelchair, the nurse who changed your bedpan or have you a shot or brought you your meal, the doctors, etc. Unfortunately that is the culture. Accounting went back and forth about paying with a credit card and ultimately they made up some excuse and said cash only. We waited about 2 hours for an xray. Customer service is about a 3 out of 10. Patient room with 3 people had a sink with directions on how to was your hands, but again you better bring your own soap. Nothing is provided. Before anesthesia kicked in the doc said to another turn on the music. He went over and touched the stereo with his bare hands. Whether he washed his hands afterwards i don't know. We are hoping the surgery went well with no infections.

Supposedly the best hospital in Romania, this thing is a sad joke. Been here with my girlfriend and waited 2 hours so she can be seen by a doctor in Majors Accidents and Emergency. The doctor decided to transfer her to Minor Accidents and Emergency where we had to wait one more hour. After the doctor saw her, he decided to bounce her file back to Major Accidents and Emergency where we had to wait another 2 hours. 7+ hours wasted in Accidents and Emergency so they can send her home because vital signs seems all right despite the fact that she told them she is in 5th year as a medial student and she has the symptoms of Myasthenia gravis. After she collapsed in the street, I had to call 112 and I asked the ambulance staff to take her to a different hospital but they advised us to get a taxi if we want to go to another hospital. Eventually they bring her back at the same hospital where doctors were annoyed because now they have to treat her as a priority. They told her that she is faking it and waste emergency services time. They treat her with disrespect; as a patient she was not allowed to use the elevators (no one is except the staff) despite having about 20 elevators collecting dust. Imagine taking the stairs to 12th floor several times a day. After more in depth investigations they regrettably agree that she is not faking it and indeed she has Myasthenia gravis. I will update this as the story unfolds.

Had to wait for several hours while literally crying out in pain for them to fill up documents to give me medicine to take my pain away. This is not an "emergency" hospital. I don't care about your bureaucracy, I cried in pain next to several medics for so long yet not one moved a muscle or even tried talking nicely to me to see if they can do anything to help. I was, for the most part, alone, confused and scared in the hospital hallway. It took a total of four hours since I got there to leave still in pain, and all they did was put an IV with a weak sedative in me and scanned my stomach. Their seats and beds are incredibly uncomfortable, I was left with bad backpain after leaving. The staff is incredibly disrespectful, called me a baby for crying out in pain and kept suggesting my pain isn't so bad. The pain was in fact incredibly bad, I could barely think or stay still, I felt like smashing my head into things to end the pain. Not all of them are bad, at least the people who scanned me were nice and understanding. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have no other alternative. The hero of this hospital is the Guard whose name I didn't catch. He went around and talked to doctors to get me in faster as he was the only one who cared about my pain. Some of the other guards are horrible though, I had my emergency armband they put on you, yet he didn't even look, he just asked me what I was doing there and was ready to kick me out. I might be a "little baby" as the doctor said, but I genuinely haven't had a worse encounter with doctors. Again, I was in excruciating pain, if it was just waiting for normal investigations it would've made sense, but to wait so long for a simple sedative and to be made fun of and constantly scared during my time there was one of the worst hospital experiences of my life. Never going back there. The extra 20 minutes it takes to get to a different hospital are worth it.

Patient with cancer, a long history of other affections and an internal bleeding, sent home with nospa and controloc. Stood outside for 4 hours freezing, no one tried to give us any update regarding the patient's condition even though we were assured that they will. Simply put, disgusting and beyond unacceptable.

The staff, including the janitor, all wait for ,,attention". This means presents or money. The janitor sales what should be given free. The doctors don't throw an eye at the patient who didn't contribute with additional money. When they do, they usually mess up their health. My grandma returned home in a vegetative state. The emergency room guy is a pig, at least the one I met. A gipsy who would lets in people that are familiar, not THE emergencies. Upon asking a doctor to help my dad, he answered ,,Not my bussiness".

An absolutely horrible place, from the smell of urine in the emergency waiting room to the unfriendly staff all over the hospital. Use the stairs, the elevator staff that is paid to push buttons! is unfriendly, people handling the patients decide order in which patients are taken to investigation and demand money. Best avoid and with your last breath in the ambulance ask to go to a different hospital. This is not a hospital that respects human beings at all.

(Translated by Google) A doctor at this hospital said, at one point, that good communication with the patient and relatives helps him the most in practice and that he must make allies of patients and relatives, the disease being the common enemy of the doctor and the patient. Well, these words remain just words, in practice you are not given any relevant information about the condition of your loved one hospitalized there, the nurses shout at your phone or hang up your phone in your nose, even when the loved one breathes on the hospital bed. Doctors tell you that the patient's condition is good, when you "see and hear" that it is not so, that the patient is delusional, that he can no longer connect two words, that he is not coherent. Although you try to help doctors with information that can lead to a diagnosis, you give them all the investigations and tests you have done recently, you tell them that your loved one is suffering and in pain, they tell you that they are more and more it is clear that the pain is of a psychiatric nature, not of an organic nature, it sedates the patient, the nurses make malicious remarks towards the patient, they do not get up or get out of bed because they suffer from panic attacks. You are told not to expect another pathology to be found, in my translation it means the man is crazy and because of that he is in pain. In short - 0 empathy, 0 communication, 0 professionalism, 0 on the line. Conclusion 1 - the loved one dies, two more diagnoses are discovered that the doctors categorically ruled out, saying that they do not cause problems and do not require treatment. Conclusion 2 - the only PEOPLE in this hospital are those from the prosecture (morgue) of the hospital, which I recommend to be met in other circumstances, not at the death of a loved one. The only feelings that bind me to this hospital are frustration and helplessness.

Patient sent by ambulance to this hospital. Tens of phones given by relative to undestand his medical situation. Nurses anwers the phone but refuse to tell anything from the observation sheet claiming that only doctors can tell medical details. All people we call refused to give their names. The doctor was never found avaiable in those days but sometimea were told that doctor will call back. Doctors never did up until we found someone (doctor) to call on informal channels. Mail sent on official channels to get details on treatment. No reply either. 10 days after patient dies. Then we got the call just to be informed. Total black box organization showing no empathy for the psychological neds of sick people and their relatives. We can only hope patients got at last the treatment. But there is no guarantee really. They look very un profesional (doctors should not only cure but explain the medical

I wish i could stop paying CAS, there should only be private hospitals, only then you will treat people with respect because if not you will loose your jobs!!!!

(Translated by Google) Sad but true. 19.12.2020 my mother was hospitalized in critical emergencies, after 20 hours, of which 8 hours in front of the hospital, I was contacted by a doctor to tell me that my mother's condition is serious. For 3 days I communicated with this doctor from internal medicine, after which she went on vacation, telling me to call 276 for information. I called for 3 days and no one answered. I was informed that my mother died on 12/26/2020. At 27.00 I went to the hospital to see what I was going to do. An internal medicine nurse was "nice" and asked me: why did you come? did anyone tell you . After other hours of waiting and waiting, I threatened to go to the hospital management, I was contacted by a doctor to tell me to go to the hospital morgue. After the humiliation I was subjected to that day, another nightmare followed: the recognition of the corpse, at the morgue my mother was face down, bruised and with blood on her face. It proves her transport from the ward. Shame! Now I regret that I called the ambulance, I prefer to die in decent conditions after paying a lifetime health insurance. Maybe the hospital management takes the time to read these lines and open their eyes! Maybe there are doctors with soul, not just a shift that is at work, but I have not met them (Original) Trist dar adevarat.

Unfortunately, you will die for days if you get there... Pathetic nurses and doctors! We pay so much money to the state for health and we receive insults and are treated as if we were nothing, don't forget that you are paid from our money and we deserved to be treat properly and as is normal, no one goes to the hospital because they have nothing to do at home. 😡 😡 😡 😡

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, living in sector 6, the ambulance service in case of emergency transports us to this hospital which is a hotbed of infections. In the guard room are the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. I am a person who has the necessary education to be able to communicate and understand the message of a doctor, but they do not want to talk to patients, they just want to operate on the tape to justify working time. I will not give names, but you can check the doctors in the emergency room yourself. Not to mention that you don't pay attention to the hours if you don't notice their pocket and fill it with a few hundred lei.

Really, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Had to sit 5 hours in the guard room, in extreme heat (38 degrees Celsius) while being in critical condition. The guards just let in anyone who snuck a few hundred lei in their pocket. Funniest thing was that they had an A/C in there, but I guess it's costing them too much to keep it on so they just let people faint from the heat.

DON’T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to this hospital for an emergency as my mom was injured and had a severe bleeding. I am embarrassed to live in a country where you pay taxes and when you go to an emergency hospital you have to talk to the guardian cuz the doctors are in a corner smoking a cigarette , and same guardian tells you to have a sit and when you tell him that a doctor has to see the injury he yells at me. After this poor experience I took my mom to SANADOR where she was attended immediately.

I go back there to the guard and ask him if he is making fun of me ... you tell me let's come in here and wait for someone to take you .. I go in there, I'm waiting for what I'm waiting for, no one was coming, there was one in a black T-shirt full of muscles with a badge around his neck, no one takes over your sheet .. I tell him the guard outside said to stay here that someone is coming and take each one in p arts ... finally I went to that lady, who had a sictir in her to say it was the last minutes of life, I give her the bulletin I show her what I have on my finger, in the meantime the phone rings, I no longer exist , the man had called her and asked him if he wiped the baby on the bottom before changing his diaper .. he also asked him what he was doing I don't know who .. I no longer existed and I was sitting with my finger hanging I couldn't take any more pain, she didn't have any a job .. after a while when he finished filling out the sheet he tells me to go back down the hall and wait .. outside there were only over 10 doctors on cigarettes, it was one to go out 3 times in 20 minutes to smoke ... they came out with slippers straight outside without any of those standing bags, they came back without any stress with work slippers .. I waited about 3 hours for someone to come .. (Translated by Google) The hospital deserves a star. I have a Vietnamese friend who was taken by firefighters (from 14 22/10/20) to the emergency room because he didn't wake up after one night (he just breathes and snores normally just like he sleeps but doesn't wake up) and I don't know exactly what problems he has, the guys who took my friend told me that the doctor or someone from the hospital will call immediately after he wakes up ... I waited from 2pm to 6pm and saw that no nobody called me and I called the hospital just to know what problems my friend and his information have (he is a student, he has no one in Romania, he only stays not us, that is, he stays with me and my wife) but he told me a boy from the hospital that you can't tell about the information if I'm not his relative (I explained that he doesn't have any relatives here because he's a student and he only knows us) but that boy told me that he doesn't have how he hung up my phone. At 8 pm I called again but a woman from there said that she would do tests on her because she still didn't wake up and I said that ok I will call you again ... I waited until 11:15 pm and I called again but when I was talking about a Vietnamese patient ... that woman started yelling at me on the phone that "why did you call because I said we can't say anything about the information" and closed the telephoning while I wanted to tell her something... Is this a hospital? Where is the culture? Where is the responsibility? He can't speak nicer or how ... if I said that patient is alone and has no one in Romania except friends ... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ (Original) Spitalul merita o stea. I had earlier come here to get my sprained ankle checked. It was no big deal; I got checked, everything was fine, and they gave me two prescription pills. However, I couldn't buy the medicine for the next two days because of national holidays. On the third day, I bought the medicine and took the two pills as instructed. Three hours later, while working on my book, my hands started itching, and then it developed into a sensation of my whole body being on fire. I rushed to the emergency room, explained my situation, and they noted it down and asked me to wait. After thirty minutes, I felt like I couldn't breathe, could barely hear anyone or walk, and the only one who helped me was the security guard. I hydrated myself and waited. Almost 2 hours passed, and I felt my whole body go numb, as if I had a rash. I'm now giving up and leaving for another hospital because it seems these people have more important things to do!

It is a hospital that should not be called an emergency hospital. There is a maximum lack of empathy from the staff towards the patient. Patients are treated with shouting and insults as if you are going to the hospital for pleasure and not for need. The waiting time is for at least 5: hours during which you have to fall down to faint to be noticed. and then with an out of the ordinary carelessness. Concrete case on 12.04.2024 ....... zero empathy zero interest. Shame on the staff at this hospital!!!!!

How is it possible that in an EMERGENCY hospital the nurse and the doctor who do the check-in yell at my aunt who came at 4 in the morning with heart problems (she was in fibrillation) and behave miserably because their sleep was interrupted while they were on guard? How is it possible to yell at her when she asked them for a bag because she felt like throwing up? The reason why I give more stars is that there are also good doctors and nurses and I am very grateful for them.

We were rushed to the hospital by ambulance and given immediate attention. My deepest gratitude goes out to Dr. Mindrila Bogdan, who greatly helped my wife and provided the right medicine to make her feel better. We spent nearly two hours there, during which the doctor did his utmost to ensure that we caught our flight home, which was leaving in three hours. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team."

The guards have an infectious behavior, some little Gods are believed to be screaming, yelling at everyone. It is natural to have rules .. you cannot rush in urgently, but there may be people who inform you of the condition of your patient. Wait and do you still live? Did he come back? , what to tell you .... I called the hospital from the hospital so that I could find out something ... After all this he announces that I do chronography .. normally I ask what it is like ... and tell me his heart is dust they could stent that they no longer had anything to put on it. Today we go and ask another doctor and he tells us that he has a stent. ?????? And so the story goes on ... maximum arrogance, lack of empathy, everyone talks to you from above and looks ugly if you allow them to bother you with a question.

(Translated by Google) After I saw, heard and read lately on television and on the Internet, I confess that the idea of interning a loved one in the hospital seemed to me the equivalent of a death sentence. But the experience that I went through, along with my husband Mihai Ciochia, who recently suffered an acute myocardial infarction, can say that he made me see things completely differently. From the quick reaction, the care, attention and involvement of the ambulance personnel who transported my husband to the University Emergency hospital, passing through the attention and promptness of the on-call doctor, who made a quick diagnosis and continued with Dr. Cristian Udroiu who initiated in an emergency stent surgery, then Dr. Constantin and all the staff from the intensive care, who not only have permanently monitored my husband, but I saw them showing the same attention and concern towards everyone. the other patients. And I'm not talking here only about the professionalism of the staff - doctors, residents, nurses, nurses - but also about their human attitude. Surprisingly for me, I felt the care and compassion of some professionals from whom I did not expect to show such sensitivity, because, there are people who encounter suffering every day. Then the staff from Section A4. The same attention, the same care. All the respect! Now, I would like to show my appreciation, admiration and gratitude for these people, and I want to thank publicly Dr. Cristian Udroiu, Mrs. Doctor Constantin, Mrs. Doctor Lacramioara Bordea. And I want to thank and congratulate the management of the University Emergency Hospital. I think that the people who run this hospital speak publicly only when there are problems. And it doesn't seem right to me. I think we should talk about the good things that are happening in our health system, and not only, and, last but not least, talk about the people who do these things. That's how I felt the need to say I, my husband and our two sons. Aceeasi atentie, aceeasi grija.

Everyone treats us with indifference and with a sorcerer turning our backs. (Translated by Google) I agree 5 stars, because there I found qualified staff and understanding. We did not have direct medical tangents, but we accompanied people in emergency situations. But as in any hospital in Romania, and beyond, there are waiting times. We cannot expect an emergency medical team to deal with a massive influx of cases, especially in certain periods. And doctors are people and they can't work 24 of 24. What I can say, though, is that I know how to do triage very well and separate the cases that are really urgent, from the cases that can wait; even if the latter may involve pain and bleeding ...., triage is a responsible job that the doctors there take on.

Horror. Incompetent staff, the gastro doctors and nurses had a miserable, defiant and inappropriate attitude. Shame!

No one does anything, you wait for hours there, and they are only interested in the money, so nothing else

GENERAL ONCOLOGICAL SURGERY / ET. 6 / DR. FLORESCU VASILE, THE DOCTOR REALLY WORKS MIRACLES, my mother was hospitalized from 18.02- 05.04.2024 Dumitrașcu Ileana, chronic pancreatitis, with stomach cancer and almost 2 years of chemotherapy, where the oncologist didn't give her a chance ...being against the operation...and other ties in the stomach from 40 years ago..No doctor would have done this operation which lasted 7 hours and was extremely difficult! You rarely meet such a person, a real professional! Saturday, Sunday.. Mr. Doctor comes to the hospital to see the patients, answers the phone.. messages... 🙏 Just today at discharge my mother turned 71! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for everything you have done for my mother!🤗🙏 You are her guardian angel..so she says! 😇🤗
