Extremely friendly place. We were expecting a standard Ibis hotel but this one was much much beter than standard. At walking distance to the old city, super friendly, nice breakfast. Thanks for the stay!

This is a clean, bright hotel within 10 minutes walk of the castle. There is a bar, restaurant and pool but you need to check first if they are open as the pool and restaurant is only open certain times of the year. The staff are friendly but one night we waited at the bar for 10 minutes to be served and were ignored so we left. Do not let this put you off we had a good time overall. Breakfast was very good continental choice.

Nice hotel with welcoming staff. The pool is very nice and easily accessible. Near the center near of Carcassonne. I strongly recommend for families as the medieval theming will keep kids entertained. It also has a restaurant to eat at if you don't want to go out. Overall, a lovely place to stay

For a cheap and cheerful hotel it was surprisingly good. Room was spacious and well laid out. Location is a 10 min walk from the castle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to Carcassonne's castle, affordable and clean. We had diner in the hotel restaurant and it was surprisingly good. The pool was safe for kids and very refreshing. Plus, the breakfast is yummy 😋

Overall this establishment was tired, all though you can see it was just painted and it was bright, the furniture and the lay out if the furniture and its age did not male the room welcoming. The staff the ladies that is was warm and welcoming, more than I can say for the guy on the bar. Wine from a cask was not a good start.
