After 2 says on the canal du midi tracks 2 old tyres gave up. Store assistant really helpful and spoke English. Easy to get to from le cite camping car camp.

Have purchased two bikes from here and the after sale service has been good. There might have been a problem with them receiving information submitted through their contact form and their contact email as I didn't receive a response until I posted a review here. They did respond the same day with another email address and found the part I was searching for after doing their inventory this past weekend. There was a bit of a miscommunication about the bike needing warranty service but I just wanted to purchase the part as I have had the bike a couple of years now and am extremely happy with my Moustache bike! Only have had to replace the brake pads and one torn tire. I would definitely purchase anything from them.

One of the best cycle shops around. Generally has an extensive selection of bikes both ebike and manual. Also large range of equipment.

My ebike charging cable connector broke and not connecting. Went there to enquire and they could not have been more helpful in replacing it. Thank you Michel. They have a wide warier of bikes and accessories. Highly recommended.

Not bad. They had some of what I needed but not all. Couldn't wait for parts to be ordered as on a TDF.

Got there just before lunch time closing. Quick look at the cycles and then met a very helpful member of staff. Most informative and will be returning soon. Excellent.

Very helpful. A shoe strap fixing had come off my shoes and the young fella behind the counter kept searching till he found something to help me , and didn't even charge me. Great customer service even to someone obviously not from around here.

I have visited this shop a few times. I like the fact it has lots of choice than most shop around the area. However a couple of times I have been to ask for help only to be told that the piece I'm looking for is specialist, what a screw for a dropper post. I thought this shop dealt with specialist bikes. There is one guy who works there and speaks a little English. He has helped me the most 3 times I've visited. If only he was there instead of this lady who asked the bike mechanics to then be told it's specialist. Disappointed really. I've sent 2 friends who both brought bikes because of my recommendation going to them to buy bikes, hopefully they look after these clients better than someone who hasn't brought a bike from them but I've still spent a few quid in this shop. Decathlon that day was loads more helpful by researching but unfortunately for them probikeshop seem the way forward for me at this stage as they do the specialist peddle pins that this shop doesn't do specialist basic fixing. Come on funcycles, sort out helping people with little problems but I will still use you just for my convenience being somewhat local.
