Terible service, food was also terrible, and the whole place is just a one big mess. Worst mc'donalds I ever been

Clean and tidy , English language option on the self ordering boards and fast and efficient staff . Paid several visits on our recent stay in carcassonne as our hotel (hotel Camille ) is very substandard and by comparison McDonald's is a palace serving food in a clean and hygienic environment.

OMG the goat cheese chicken wrap is to die for!!! And the double fish fillet is so satisfying. Don't pass on the cookie with the red jam in the middle. To die for! Their coffee is amazing too. Staff? professional, quick and extremely organized. McDonald's is lucky to have such a team. Probably the most professional staff I've ever seen at a McDonald's

Extremely SLOW service (fast-food anyone?) , and despite far from cheap prices, quality of the food is garbage and portions are tiny. Also, driving through is a guarantee to not get the extras you ask for (condiments, napkins, etc.) I usually stay clear of junk food, but it was late and I was starving and there were no other options. That's the best thing there is to say about this place: it is open when others aren't. Also it is clean, and employees are polite if not amenable. But all in all, dining there should remain a last resort option.

My husband ordered 3 Ice cream, but we had to wait about almost 1 hours untill we got our Ice cream. My husband had to ask the staf for our Order. It's pitty that the staf can't really speak in English.

You cannot take food to the table in a dirty tablet….. toilets greatly dirty

It was Mc Donald's and had all typical Mc Donald's facilities. The interactive order boards had language choice so easy to order and the food came quickly. The place was tidy and clean.

I ordered citron drink ,it was flat and tasted of soda water with no flavour. I was going to complain, but there was a language barrier on my part, so decided not to. The Mcdonald chicken burger was greasy and just thrown together. The delux burger was dripping with grease. Previous to this , the meal we had the day before was to McDonald's usual high standards.

Different menu choices and the tableware was a step up from cardboard. The food was great and the drinks refreshing; nice to be able to order a beer 🍺
