Apparently I can't have more than two salad options and before I was even able to say which ones I wanted out of the two I was supposedly allowed, they sprinkled on some peppers so there was one of my two choices gone. Pretty bland, cold even when toasted and not particularly filling. In part due to there being barely any filling in the sandwich. Didn't even touch the sides. I would recommend going to any other Subway.

Disgusting attitude failure to do the simplest of requests, overcharging pricing considering every subway near by have a lesser price… when explaining to both staff they acted like they didn’t understand the clear English coming out of my mouth. Shocking how you employ these people!

Staff is very ridiculous and ill Mannered. Specially the girl and boy both but boy is very cheeky. Quality of food is ok not good. They have missed the drinks and cookies in the deal.

Got serviced by rashid and Thammi couldn’t have asked for a better service. I didn’t know what I wanted but knew a friend that had a nice sandwich after talking with Rashid he went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy with my subways. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I always get a good sandwich with a smile from this branch, the guy who normally runs it is friendly, efficient & I only choose to visit this particular subway because of that. Great team, thank you

Ordered on just eat, waited over an hour and a half for the order. Rang the store to then whoever answered the phone said “you stupid thing” because there is no contact number to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting!

The employees in the shop don’t know how to count. They charged me for 3 and gave me two. This is on two separate occasions by the way. Also they side eye you as soon as you come and have to stop talking in Hindi to each other. They also tried to charge me more for my meal than what it costs. Won’t be going back to this subway

Didn't wash the knife before cutting my sandwich so had a bunch of sauces in my sandwich that I had asked for no sauces with.

I wear came to order today, there was two staff one was new the other one is training him. This senior member of staff ignore me when I want to order , the customer service is very poor here , I don’t think he should be work here if his attitude like that !

Every other time I've had a delivery from this subway it's been sooo good. I've rated 5 stars in the past. However, several items did not arrive; including drinks and half of a foot long missing. Not much salad in the meatless meatball either. Overall not impressed, which is sad because I've previously loved it

Ordered steak and cheese for £4.80! They gave me the smallest amount of steak possible! Went there the following day to see if it was a one off bad day but no exactly the same amount! Put a complaint in to subway last week and not even had a reply! Very disappointed

Great, prompt service as always from Rashid. The food is fresh and tasty. Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met and a positive experience is had.

Great service. Friendly and upbeat staff. Very close by to some of Cardiff University's subject buildings (The SU, Main Building, Biosciences, Psychology, Law etc.) so convenient to pop to inbetween lectures/ after work

What is there to say about somewhere that hasn't been sent by everyone already the bread is a little bit too much like cake the meat is decent quality and the salad as plentiful I'm never quite sure what to make of them but I'm very proud of myself but I haven't eaten subway in about half a year now that being said if somebody really would offer me a footlong I would not be able to turn them down
