We
dropped
in
and
took
on
the
Atomic
Agency
as
a
group
of
2.
Never
having
done
an
escape
room
before
we
were
interested
to
see
what
they're
like
and
I
have
to
say
I
was
very
disappointed.
We
didn't
pre-book
so
only
the
harder
Atomic
Agency
was
available
but
we're
always
up
for
a
challenge
so
paid
our
£25
each
to
attempt
it.
We
were
shown
into
the
room
which
is
directly
off
the
bar/bowling
area
and
given
a
brief
introduction
and
left
to
it.
The
room
looked
very
tatty
and
needed
some
updating,
I
appreciate
that
some
people
are
rough
on
the
room
but
it
was
like
playing
in
a
run
down
public
toilet.
You
could
hear
the
bar
music
and
activities
outside
all
the
time,
and
in
the
second
room
you
could
hear
another
group
laughing
through
the
wall
(glad
someone
was
having
fun).
90%
of
the
puzzles
were
combination
locks,
which
seemed
very
basic
for
the
money
we
paid.
All
of
the
clue
sheets
and
pieces
of
laminated
paper
available
were
very
tatty,
like
they
had
been
ran
over
by
cars
on
a
motorway.
The
general
decor
was
very
run
down,
tape
hanging
off
the
walls
and
holes
and
damage
everywhere,
not
what
you
expect
for
the
money
we
had
paid.
You
could
press
a
Bluetooth
buzzer
to
call
for
help,
we
did
a
couple
of
times
and
had
to
press
it
more
than
once
to
get
a
response
(they
said
there
were
3
staff
available
between
the
4
rooms).
We
failed
and
time
ran
out
but
no
one
came
to
see
us,
we
let
ourselves
out
and
hung
about
for
a
few
mins
but
no
one
came
to
see
how
it
went,
very
very
poor
service.
Overall
we're
massively
disappointed
with
the
experience,
I
wouldn't
recommend
it
to
anyone
and
will
avoid
City
Mazes
and
Escape
Rooms
in
future.
(Before
you
say
it
like
the
other
responses,
we
didn't
pre-book
so
you
won't
have
our
details
and
we
don't
need
to
speak
to
anyone
about
it).
