Alice and el Profe were excellent! Long trip to Tayrona but it worth it!! Just add a middle stop in any gas station and it would be perfect! Nice experience!

I did four tours with them and the service was perfect. I highly recommend Mangata, the sunset master and the city tour they do by van. The 5 island plan was incredible and we had a lot of fun, I hope to have their services again very soon since they were always attentive to everything!!

Cumplen con lo prometido. Nuestro guía Pedro muy amable la lancha amplia viaje con mi hija de 5 años no hubo inconveniente de hecho el tour que tomamos Aventura 4 Islas no cobraron por ella y pues la verdad la pasamos muy bien bien. Temas a mejorar pienso que el snorkel solo fuimos a visitar la avioneta de escobar pero hubiera sido bueno ir a ver peces. El almuerzo estuvo muy bien. Nos recogieron en el hotel es un plus. La salida fue relativamente rápida pero por temas de que fuimos en temporada salimos faltando 10 para las 9 am el regreso es a las 3 20 pm más o menos. La verdad es que queda corto el día para disfrutar. Pero afortunadamente lo pudimos aprovechar al máximo. Mi familia quedó muy contenta ☺.

Es una excelente agencia, veníamos de tener una muy mala experiencia con un tour en Medellín y acá vimos la otra cara de la moneda. Desde la primera comunicación por WhatsApp ya se nota que hay organización, información y claridad. Cuando llegó el día del primer tour (city tour) efectivamente nos escribió el guía con dos horas de anterioridad a la recogida, llegó puntual, hubo una explicación detallada de todo y un ambiente festivo y de risas, aunque muy cultural en medio de todo. El segundo día fue nuestro favorito (Tour manglares, por favor háganlo) este tour es precioso, vas a un mundo de calma, rodeado de naturaleza y empatizando con un ecosistema que coexiste con los pobladores locales. Vas a sembrar manglares, puedes hacer algo de pesca deportiva si quieres hacerlo, visitas un lugar donde hay un criadero de sábalos, todo muy tranquilo y bello. Luego te llevan a una playa de muy baja ocupación, nosotros estuvimos un domingo con día festivo y aún así tuvimos casi la playa completa para nosotros. Demasiado top 🔝

Great communication, affordable and provides lots of information. The staff showed us a range of tours. They were happy to use google translate with us, as our spanish is not very good. It was very clear what was included and what was not included and what were optional activities. Pricing was clear and affordable. They were not pushy sellers. They helped us navigate the day with whats app. Ask lots of questions if you are a foreigner so you are prepared for the day, as many people do not speak much English. Make sure you understand where you will be picked up and dropped off. On the tourist islands, many things cost extra. They explained all this to us. We did the Tayrona Park day tour. It is a long day, but the beach is peaceful and the walk is stunning. We prefered this over the Rosario Island day trip. Rosario island trip had more of a party vibes and the boat ride was wild.

My wife and I were delighted with the service they provided us, personalized attention and always attentive to any message to resolve or help us with something we needed. The best tours were very good, we were delighted with what they offered us. Best vacation experience ever! Went to some really good places that our costumer service representative recommend us. We decided to go to Mucura and Palmarito Beach. Rest Team really make an effort to make us feel special and gave us one of the best experiences in the city. If we have chance to comeback we will get our activities with you guys, no doubt!!!

I used Rest Agancia Turistica for my family trip in Cartagena. I made some research online before buying. I highly recommend anyone buying the trips with them in advance. Their prices were competitive with the prices in the street of Cartagena and MUCH safer. Myriam was super helpful and she gave me great advise about the activities. She took her time listening what we wanted and offered good options. Myriam also arranged the transport from the airport for my group and the driver was professional, polite and on time. Arrival in the Cartagena airport can be quite chaotic it was nice to have someone waiting for us. I had a really good experience from beginning to end. Onces again, I highly recommend anyone buying things from a reputable agency rather than the street. I saw a bunch of tourist getting horrible service in Cartagena. You get what you pay for.....
