One of the few places in the Cartagena Centro that was showing NFL football. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and of good quality. Maybe it could be updated, but I was more than satisfied with the service.

Centrally located you have a nice view over the historic center when sitting outside. Inside can be busy and loud. Burgers were done according to our request (azul / rare) and dessert (brownie) was delicious.

A chicken meal to go was purchased. The waiter allowed the order to be inspected prior to departure and it was as expected. Upon arrival to the hotel, the meal was tasty and filling.we will be ordering during our next visit.

This is like a Hard Rock outpost that gets neglected a bit. Like head office don’t bother coming out to Colombia so some things have slipped a bit. On the whole though, it is just as good as any other HR restaurant. The food is great and the service fantastic. Some items on the menu weren’t available and they had no draft beer (I have yet to see anywhere with draft beer in Cartagena). Worth a visit if you like American style dining but I wouldn’t go again. There’s so many places in Cartagena to try.

Honestly there are so much better restaurants in cartagena, just don't do the mistake that i did - Don't go there! Pricey, food is literally a joke and the service i received was really bad. They do have a nice-decorated restaurant and a nice terrace, but come on, go to a more Authentic restaurant with some actually *tasty* food.

The Hardrock never came back with a response to a mail that I've sent them stating this incident. I think this might be a scheme they often do to scam tourists.

I am a loyal HRC customer but had a very unpleasant experience in this venue. I got unduly charged twice by the store for the same purchase (a cap). I contact the establishment but never heard back from them. Be careful!

If you seek US standards for your dinner - this is the place. We usually avoid chains and corporate restaurants - especially when traveling abroad. But we were tired and hungry and seeking something reliable. Hard Rock isn't trendy anymore so it was quiet and we had excellent service. The food was US quality (ingredients, portions) and we were pleasantly surprised. And the prices are great. Thanks.

I been going here for years and this place fell of the map. My wife's steak was awful, and my chicken burger was really bad too. The mustard put on the table seemingly had been watered down. The mustard literally spilled off the chicken burger on to the plate after trying to add it on. The saving grace is the very nice staff and service. Food is plan awful.
