Fully equipped gym spacious but very busy and nobody puts away their weights so you spend a great deal of time hunting and searching for the weights that should be on the racks but are laying all around

Loved it here. Came two days in a row and they made me fill out a new member form twice. Price is 25,000 for a day pass. Don't go during the busy times, but overall the gym had everything you need for a great workout and more. Lots of room, clean machines, and people to ask questions to. Best gym near the city wall.

Getting a Day Pass (<$6) was actúally super easy here and Laura, Heidy & Erick’s help at the counter was much appreciated. No cash, credit card only. Clean, well equipped gym, and there’s also a place selling pre and post workout drinks right outside the gym. C4 was about $2 a serving.

Excellent gym in the shopping mall, lots of good equipment. Nice, helpful staff. Day pass is super easy and quick to sign up for (25,000/€5). Go during the afternoon as it can get busy after 5 pm.

Great gym, but busy but it's OK. Went to Smart Fit Medellín as well. One of the big problems at this gym is the whole registration system for a daypass. Just make a guest account and let the people pay the amount. To much trouble at the desks and the computer. Forms are not working properly which annoys guests and staff.

Always crowded, many machines are broken or missing the pin to adjust the weight. Customers are not willing to share the machine even when they are the only one using it. Weights lying all around Not as clean as other smartfit gyms. Drinking water is warm

Good gym, but the lady behind the office desk seriously needs to become more friendly. She hates her job and everyone who comes here… the other people working here luckily are very friendly :)

Very crowded in early evening. Wait times up to 10 minutes because only 2 machines each and if one is broken. Clean your own equipment before and after use because most people don't. Not cool enough for the large number of people. Locker rooms were fine and clean.

Great experience at the gym...typical smart fit, enough equipment for basic training but too crowded for competition training. Good gym 👍

Trained here on a day pass for 25000 Cop Great Gym - has all the equipment you need for cardio and weight training. Would be 5/5 if it weren't for the sign up process - extremely tedious, took about 20/25 min of machine failures and waiting for further instruction from the staff. Thanks Smart Fit

Similar to a Planet Fitness or Edge Fitness...they don't sell any sort of beverage though, so bring your own.

Well equipped, though always crowded. The biggest problem here is how ridiculously hard it is to obtain a day pass. You literally have to fill out a form that is longer than arriving at an international airport, and they take your fingerprint, and they take your passport information. Ridiculous. And the front desk staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Aggressively so. I eventually had to ask if their job was to make it difficult to have a pleasant time? The service was so bad and the women were so “b*tchy” that I was looking for hidden cameras. At $8 a dollars a visit it’s expensive. Save your money and go to some other gym. Terrible experience which I was unwise enough to repeat.

Very Nice facilities but I'm writing this review because the receptionist was extremely rude. Came here once to sign up for a day pass and she Ignored me and kept talking to her colleague and scrolling on social media as i stood in front of her. Not sure if this is the Colombian way or she does not feel she has to attend to black people politely. It's definitely not right.

Huge gym with many machines and free weights available, it is fully equiped. Been coming here for a few months. It does get packed around 9am and 5pm on weekdays since it's the only gym around the area. It has lockers, water fountain and massage chairs. For tourists who are coming for a week or more I suggest getting a membership, paying the first month and then cancelling immediately. It's cheaper than paying what the charge for daily passes if you are coming for more than 3 days. The only problem I have come across it's some of the gym goers at this gym tend to hog a bunch of dumbells and machines.

For $8 USD a day, I had very high expectations of this facility. It was mostly machines here, similar to a Planet Fitness back in the US which costs $10/month. There wasn’t anything to wipe down the equipment after you use it (buckets of wipes were empty). The gym was incredibly hot. The mens bathroom had nothing to dry your hands after washing them. No one takes their weights off after using the equipment. No gym etiquette here. Day passes are $8 USD per day. It’s better than nothing, but I will not return to this gym.

They do have a day pass. Some other people said they don't. It's 25000 pesos (about $7) very full gym w good equipment.

It’s a clean well maintained gym with a good variety of equipment. Because of its popularity it can feel crowded in peak hours. My biggest criticism is that the cycling room goes mostly unused, they could remodel the space a bit to accommodate for more CrossFit and/or higher use machines. A couple of the trainers are a little annoying... Cleaning spray and towels isn’t as available throughout the space as you would like. The water fountain isn’t working properly but at least it works. They have a changing room, & sports drink vending machine, there is also a non-associated booth directly outside the door selling protein shakes. Overall, I think it’s good value for the offering and definitely the better gym the immediate area. It has large glass panels with a decent view, unfortunately the patio area also goes unused. I got a one month membership for this location and was able to transfer it to another city (within Colombia) when I moved.

Great place. I joined for a month and then instantly cancelled so as not to have to keep paying. It was a lot cheaper than day passes, but registration and payment by card had to be done on the internet and then biometrics for entry at the gym. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a good range of equipment. Bring your own padlock for the lockers.

Very good quality gym with mostly Matrix equipment. It has everything you need and more for cardio or weights. I was there on a Sunday and is quite busy. It is a bit expensive for a single visit at 25,000 CoP. Also, they do not accept cash and you can only pay by bank card.
