They were 2 hours late to our reservation. Promised us that we’d go to the islands, then changed it on us last minute. Then we decided not to go but they ended up promising us another option in which all they did was drive us to playa Blanca, forced us to have some random overly expensive restaurant that ended up giving us food poisoning. Only allowed us 20 minutes in the water. Then took 5 hours to get back to the docks!!! We missed our evening plans because they wanted to save more money on gas. They deliberately went slow to save gas and basically held us hostage! Words cannot describe my hatred for this company! They wasted our entire day and ruined our trip. There is PTSD from this! But it gets worse. They ended up calling the cops on us but only after they assaulted a member of our group who was the most vulnerable. It was because we told them we weren’t going to pay their inflated food prices. Multiple goons came out of nowhere at the docks and it became extremely dangerous/physical! They bullied the most vulnerable person at our party and forced him to an ATM where he ended up paying in fear for his life! Afterward, they just laughed at us... our group member was humiliated... all of us were. They took $1000 for a trip that was absolutely undeserving. Had us pay crazy food prices. Late on both on departure and arrival. Pretended not to speak English when they ended up speaking it perfectly at the end. When I think of shady businesses in my life, this one will always come to mind. Don’t support this business. Despite other people's positive experiences, there is no excuse for this lack of morals, ethics, and professionalism... Please, look elsewhere! EDIT IN RESPONSE: Maria del Puerto is the one with our money and the one who refuses to reimburse us for the gross unethical professionalism they displayed. MDP clearly "processed" our money but somehow claim to have no accountability for the money? They also denied our request yesterday to be financially responsible for any sort of recourse. Until we get our financial recourse, this review is a perfect reflection of your malicious business practices. You took our money, we have proof!

What a spectacular ride. The katamaran is beautiful and super comfortable. The crew was super attentive to us. Always aware of what we need. The tranquility and peace of that trip is charming. Boca Chica is a place that you have to know, especially Fort San Fernando.
