HORRIBLE . I bought this ring 2 weeks ago !!! This is unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!! $200 down the drain and then told me THEY WILL STILL CHARGE ME FULL PRICE TO FIX IT !!! Crooks 💯 NO DISCOUNT NOTHING JUST RUDE AND OVER TALKED ME !

The worst customer service I have ever received. The older gentleman was the one who helped us. We looked around and he was very nice until we decided not to buy anything this time and come back another, then he all of a sudden got mad at us for wasting his time. He started arguing with me about why I am not purchasing anything. As a customer I like looking around and compare prices. I am not going to be buying the first thing one recommends or I see. I just wish he had better way of talking to people and find out what they are looking for

I brought a lot of pieces from there me and my brother and they tell you the truth about there diamond's and gold they are very responsible they are great to do business with

I come adjust my watches here very often. These people is honest, friendly, and super helpful. I will be always doing business here.

I have been to this store repeatedly and have never had anything but a fantastic experience. I've dealt with the woman, who I find very nice and really appreciate her honesty, the older gentleman, and the younger one. All three have been fair and honest. I have taken broken things in and they will honestly tell me that they think it's not worth the money to fix and then NEVER bother me to buy anything else. I trust and appreciate this business very much. Btw, when they told me it wasn't worth getting fixed, I got a second opinion and they said the same thing.
