I
have
traveled
through
Europe
as
a
private
jet
flight
attended
and
also
as
a
private
chef.
Moroccans
every
very
hospitable
and
amazing
people.
Until
our
last
day
in
Casablanca.
We
took
the
train
from
Tangier
and
we
decided
to
stay
close
to
the
train
station
as
we
were
leaving
for
the
United
States
the
next
day
and
it
was
easier
to
get
on
the
train
to
head
to
the
airport.
We
came
across
a
very
rude
front
desk
person
with
curly
hair
and
a
hot
temper
and
attitude.
Finally
I
mentioned
to
her
that
she
was
being
rude.
She
then
said
she
wasn’t
and
said
I
gave
you
a
room
with
a
great
view.
We
got
to
our
room
and
the
window
was
open
and
there
was
flies
everywhere.
Also
it
was
not
a
great
view
at
all.
We
shut
the
windows
and
left
our
luggage
and
came
back
around
10.00
pm
.
As
we
opened
the
door
we
could
smell
the
nastiest
smell
in
the
room.
It
was
unbearable
and
we
went
downstairs
to
let
them
know.
We
knew
she
purposely
gave
us
a
room
that
clearly
some
one
had
gotten
Sick
in.
The
same
Girl
who
had
been
rude
to
us
earlier.
She
started
yelling
at
us
for
not
going
to
her
earlier
and
told
us
they
were
sold
out
of
rooms.
She
sent
the
maintenance
person
who’s
name
was
Mohammad
and
a
very
nice
person
indeed.
He
came
to
the
room
with
us
and
agreed
that
the
room
smell
was
horrific.
So
we
went
down
and
she
gave
us
another
room,
again
with
lots
of
yelling
and
attitude.
I
had
to
come
down
stairs
to
take
a
call
and
I
heard
her
loudly
telling
the
guards
something
in
Arabic
and
they
were
Al
looking
towards
my
direction,
and
the
other
hotel
manager
or
person
and
looking
at
me
and
she
was
yelling
in
Arabic
.
The
next
morning
when
we
were
checking
out
and
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
the
front
desk
person
was
polite
,
but
made
up
some
excuse
that
the
manager
was
not
available
and
that
he
would
report
to
him
when
he
came.
No
one
contacted
us
when
we
got
back
.
I’ve
never
ever
experienced
such
rudeness
in
my
life.
I
am
in
the
hospitality
business
and
have
travel
Europe
on
private
jets
with
celebrities
and
sports
teams.
Our
visit
was
on
May
8th..
it
was
one
of
the
worst
places
and
service.
After
we
mentioned
something
to
the
front
desk
Guy
he
still
charged
us
for
a
7$
breakfast.
It’s
not
about
the
money
at
all.
Please
don’t
take
this
the
wrong
way.
It’s
about
how
she
made
us
feel
and
her
behavior
needs
to
be
accounted
for
.
I’m
sure
we
are
not
the
first
people
she
has
done
this
to.
I
tried
finding
the
corporate
office
number
for
Ibis
Hotels
and
I
was
unsuccessful.
Clearly
this
woman
should
not
be
dealing
with
your
Guests
from
other
countries
or
people
from
her
own
country
for
that
matter.
I
will
never
ever
stay
at
an
Ibis
again.
I
would
give
this
place
a
0
star.
Our
experience
at
the
breakfast
area
was
not
the
best
either,
but
because
I
am
in
the
service
industry
I
gave
them
an
additional
tip,
but
we
had
to
ask
them
for
tea
and
they
were
just
standing
there
taking
the
whole
time
not
attending
to
the
guests
needs.
It’s
clearly
a
very
poor
run
place
and
management.
