What a gem! The hotel is beautiful, my room and view is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. All for a very, very low price. Good wifi, room service food is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s a pleasure to stay here. Pro-tip: create an account and book through the hotel for the best price. I saved 200MAD a night.

Good location close to the port train station that u can get a train to the airport from. Room was comfortable on 16th floor..no much street noise. We were also able to check in early which was great. Service though very poor..the man on the front desk treated me as if i was a fool. Very condescending..tried to charge me more and when i questioned it he said that in Morocco they have their own currancy! As if I didnt know..come in really!!!! So so rude. Interestingly enough when he entered the value into the card reader the second time it was correct. So CHECK the number entered on the card machine to make sure u are not being overcharged. 792 does not equal 729 in any currency! No alcohol in the bars. Spa? offers only hammam or massage..

Nice hotel with amenities but a tad far from the airport. Can be convenient depending on where your area of interest is.

Could have been much cleaner. Breakfast is too poor and no one takes care at breakfast room. Too far away from the ocean

While checking in i questioned the bill and was called 'stupid' by the staff. They claim to have two bars but do not serve any alcohol. Spa was unattended. This is not a five star hotel. I was treated awfully and twice they attempted to overcharge. Stay anywhere else

Very disappointing. Don't know how this hotel can be a "5" star hotel. Mediocre, old, outdated

Hotel itself is good but they manage to hire staff that have zero understanding of customer service. They completely missed my booking which I modified with travel agency and when I renewed my booking they called me at midnight to settle my bill before my check out date! Honestly never had such messed up customer service before

I advice everyone to stay at this hotel. The amount of respect and professional services we had got is incredible. Very nice stuff and willing to attend you and help you at anytime. The hotel it self is clean and at a very good location to reaches almost everything. Defiantly we are coming back one day.

Please don’t go there. It is a poor 3 stars instead of a 5. They took one hour to confirm the reservation at the hotel, finally my room was not made. The Carpets are dirty. The reception desk is not helpful. Elevators are not working.

You get robbed in this place - simple put! And then afterwards there is a guy by the name Najib (sort of like a mid level manager) who will by totally uncooperative for reasons I couldn't understand. I wouldn't recommend staying at this place at all.

Shameful hotel, low level, room for three people prepared only for a couple. A dining room with almost no food and a lack of utensils. I will not stay again!

A hotel with very low service awareness. Terrible staff, broken elevators, messy dining room, rooms not properly equipped. I will not return

Overall service was great, location was okay (taxis everywhere) and the room was comfortable. My only complaint would be the AC did not work.

  • 1/5 Peter M. 11 months ago on Google
Pool out of order, sauna out of order, bar closed indefinitely, had to wait 70 minutes for a cheese sandwich from room service, the reception doesn't listen and is annoyed when you ask questions. The hotel was an absolute waste of money. never again

About my stay in Casablanca, I usually stay at the Farah Hotel because it is close to the Marrakesh market and the commercial area, but if we talk about the hotel itself, it is 5 stars, but the truth is that its level is unsatisfactory and not at the level of stars. The rooms are relatively old. There are not many luxury amenities in the room. And I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The food is not at the required level, and there is internet service available for free. The big advantage is the location of the hotel in a commercial area and there are all services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Farah Hotel in Casablanca, Morocco, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. My two friends and I stayed in a suite on the 16th floor, and we were blown away by the quality of the accommodations. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of the city skyline. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by Doha Gassab at the reception desk. Doha went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She was always available to answer our questions and offer helpful recommendations on things to see and do in the area. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Thanks to the Farah Hotel team for excellent hospitality

Amazing view through the windows. They take good care of hygiene. Most of people working there are respectful but they pay more attention to foreigners because they tip them more than natives which is the only thing that I didn't like in this Hotel.

Room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here. Indoor pool was great. Staff were very nice and helpful especially at the reception, smiling and friendly. Underground car park very useful.

Not had the best experience at this hotel. They show a beautiful pool but when we arrived they said it’s not available. We can’t exchange Euro for DH as they don’t have DH on hand, tried 3 times. They show they have a bar but that too is closed.

It was great in my experience. My room was clean, food and breakfast were good. But my favorite feature is all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very good hotel in the heart of the city of Casablanca. Marina mall is just a 10 min walking distance from the hotel, so is the traditional moroccsn bazaar.

Old style rooms, not enough electrical sockets. Suitcases are delivered to room by bellboy. Having no change at all i offered 1 dirham i found as tip, he got angry and said he doesn't bother only for dollars. But later he was nice polite and cooperative. Bath very high and cumbersome quite dangerous entry and exit, shower splatters all over the place and THERE'S NO HANDLE TO GRIP FOR STABILITY! We had supper as a group, not so tasty and definitely not morrocan. One of our couple friends complained the room was dirty, another that the towels were wet. In 2022 in a country trying to encourage tourism, i would expect better.

Ask for SIDI Idris at the reception will take care of you. Exceptional.

Wolfpack readers know that for any establishment to receive one star it has to have been a very bad experience . From the start , this by far has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The Hotel front desk clerk was the most unprofessional and untrained agent ever found. She never completed our check in : she was bamboozled by one customer requesting an extended stay. Rather than asking him to wait his turn . She ignored us and took care of him not us . Her assistant was no better. I asked her to check us in and she was bombarded with guests who’s keys no longer worked after their tour. Then then proceeded to argue with each other for us to hear.Luckily the male agent named Diress started his shift and he deserves five stars for checking us in at last. When in Casablanca I would not recommend staying here. If you must, check in with Diress!

I was visiting Casablanca 2 months ago and I stayed at Farah Hotel Casablanca. On the second day of my stay I was subjected to a robbery incident in the hotel where I lost 2 MacBook laptops from my room. The hotel manger and staff where totally disrespectful until the robbery incident was proven by security cameras. I had to extend my stay with a few days to file for a police report and finalize the process. It’s been over 2 months now and the hotel manger “Najib Erraiss” and has failed to keep his word. I think this is by far the worst experience I ever had. In my opinion, the hotel staff were a part of the robbery incident which explains why they are not willing to fix things. This is a bad representation to Farah hotel and the whole country in general.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, but the infrastructure is bad. They have 4 elevators, just one of them is working, and not all the time!!! As the hotel is crowded, this causes very long waiting time. I stayed for 5 nights and I had to use the stairs two times because the elevators are not working at all!! Also the room door refused the key card almost daily, and I had to go to the reception to fix this almost daily. The room has no safe inside
