Clean, tidy and professional looking garage but no point in making a booking: for a routine maintenance check you will still wait about 4 hours. Reason told: we are too busy. Not an excuse a customer wants to hear. I wouldn't mind being told that they can't book me in at that time ... Hopefully the service will be at high quality as always

I don't recommend this dealer neither for servicing and neither for warranty or new car sales. I own two VW cars bought from them and here are some of the reasons I do not recommend Autoclub. 1. They never answer the phone for the Service. You need to either go in person, or write emails (to which they answer or call you back) 2. They don't have much experience on Electric Cars, nor do they care that much. So far I had to inquire each time for things that were public knowledge and they just raised their shoulders in surprise. For people with ID.3 / ID.4 / ID.5, avoid Autoclub, go somewhere else. 3. They called me for Revision and Inspection after 1 year of ownership, when the car actually had stated to be called after 2 years or 60.000km. 4. They refused to fix items in warranty, dismissing me with sarcasm, even though I told them there is an action on my car model. They don't bother to check or communicate between departments. 5. They never have availability or personell. 6. Autoclub is more expensive than other VW dealers for the same work. In terms of car dealership, if you buy a car from them you always need to follow-up yourself, they don't bother to keep you informed, and seem clueless most of the times. They don't know what they are selling. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This place is a joke. Contacted them to ask for estimate and possible time for a front window replacement in VW Passat B8. First when I called, nobody around the phone knew English. (I was surprised, because when I've contacted VW showrooms in Germany, France, Luxembourg, Hungary, it was never an issue) Then when they called me back, still the person spoke Romanian only. After 3 hours I got another phonecall from them, this time the person spoke English, but only collected info on what I wanted with VIN of the car, and promissed that the service department will call me back soon, with estimate, possible times of replacement etc. It was >36 hours ago, didn't receive any further calls from them.

Without any additional comments, I will share just the facts. I asked for a revision offer at 151000 km and I've got one, including oil exchange in transmission unit. Asked an offer from another authorized service and I found out that transmission oil exchange was performed at 124000 km (last service) and the offer was less than 40% of the Autoclub offer.

Good services especially the Car service. Adding to this, recently bought a new car from them. Can't say that everything or everyone is perfect, but I can say that they are very dedicated into solving any problems for their customer, trying to offer as much info as possible about the car, therefor if anyone wants to buy a new VW or anyone needs any car service, I would strongly recommend them. For buying new cars I would recommend Mr. Butiri or Mr. Tismaneanu - professional employees. Regarding the service, most of the guys are ok.
