The room itself is fine, good beds. the price was a real robbery, he charged us 4 times more per night only because the UNTOLD festival was there, 3240 LEI for 3 nights for 3 people EXORBITANT when we saw at the reception the price of the triple room per night 330 LEI for the Suite = 990 For 3 nights, the room was not cleaned in 3 days, there are no blinds on the windows and the curtains do not cover the entire window, so if you return from the party at dawn the sun wakes you up quickly. In the shower there was a distribution of soap for the hands, without shampoo for the hair, the shower knob was not adapted to that shower, so you must keep the knob with one hand while you wash, for the price paid we did not have the right no breakfast or coffee/the, nothing, just an industrial coffee machine nothing to eat, in the area there is nowhere to have breakfast. The first and last time that we will go to the Zbor pension, that price corresponds to a 5-star room in the Montreux Palace in Switzerland, for the next UNTOLD festival we will look for another place to sleep.

Good day all. I am from South Africa I am travelling in Romania. I first phone and I spoke English but they put the phone down on my ear. I send message on the chat number and nobody reply. I walk all the way from airport to the reception, but still no service. I wanted room for few hours between travelling. The is accommodation is not for international travellers.

The hotel itself is ok (bed, room, etc) . But it just goes to show how a terrible owner can mess up a good thing. It took our group 3 hours to check in because they were SO disorganized. I would never stay here again and strongly discourage anyone from staying there. The owner hassled us on when we tried to book and made us pay in advance (wire transfer). We asked if they could arrange airport pickups for friends who were coming in late (yes). But he refused to make a simple sign so they could easily be identified. We had a tight morning and they cancelled breakfast without warning and no explanation. Air conditioning? Oh, you have to pay extra for that. He was completely rude from start to finish. He needs a course in customer service.

Comfortable beds and good quality linen and memory foam pillows. No breakfast though...

Clean rooms, good locarion.

Clean, nice and new. They have a nice vending machine with beer in it so you never go thirsty. Close to the airport as well. It has a nice area outside to sit as well.

Had a booking with this hotel through booking.com. Due to the covid 19 pandemic we had to cancel as our flights were cancelled. Have tried through booking.com(will never use again) and contacting the hotel and had no response. Awful service. When we do get to go to Romania will not use this hotel.

Very disappointed especially after reading lots of good reviews. We have been trying to get a room for a night, 30-31st of December. When i called for the first time i have been told the room will cost 200RON. Second time of calling i have been told is 250RON but agreed as first time, at 200ron. We went to the place to check in as the following morning we have the flight. So we have all the luggage with us and waited in front of the gate for more than 30 minutes. When i called the owner for the last time, he was really rude. He started to shout that i am in the wrong place and an old lady was waiting for us long enough to give us the key. He then mentioned for the first time that i should be at Pensiunea Zbor 1 not just Pensiunea Zbor. How should i know that if he never mentioned it? Then he asked me if i still want the room or not. Obviously i said no and went to a great hotel. Very disappointed with the owner's behaviour as he would have given the room for free. anyone booking with Pensiunea Zbor check which one is it. There might be more than 2. Personally i will never ever try to go there again. 👎

We got a room at the second floor for one night, was kind of hard to carry the luggage up there but wasn't such a big deal. We picked this place because was really close to the airport. The staff member asked us if we want another room before letting us making comfortable. The room was clean and modern looking. Bathroom was ok, too, with clean towels and everything else needed. We also had a large balcony. The only discomfort was created by mosquitos and flies. I would pick this place again in the future.

They offered a basement room and charged me extra 10 euros.

The room is nice and cozy to stay. The service is courteous. Very good and quality breakfast.

Very simple place but I like it. Close to airport, the room was clean, the bed with memory form mattress and pillows, in the morning I woke up to the pealing of bells 😊 and I loved it

Had a very difficult time dealing with the owner. He is rude,he is not patient or understanding, he gets upset easily, he is extremely bossy so I will never want to recommend this place again! If you don’t have to deal with him , I guess the stay might be ok.

Nice, spacious, clean rooms. The owner was... persuasive and hot headed (at least to be said). I do not recommend the 'transportation to the airport' offered by them because that will cost you more than a regular taxi at night and the driver was also hot headed and pretty rude.

Nice place to stay if you are in transit in Cluj...but not only. Very close to the airport, and if you are arriving late for check in, just tell them and they will sort transport from the airport and check in for you. Rooms are big, beds are comfy. Very clean and warm place and atmosphere.
