I like Kaufland Mănăștur because it provides basically all I need. However, the cashiers are always limited in number and the queues are extremely long. Taking a longe perioad of time.

There's a very rude staff persons.

I shopped at this store recently and I was shocked to find out that in order to GET OUT of the cashier line and out of the store I needed to SCAN MY RECEIPT!!! ...... What if I hadn't bought anything? Would I need to remain inside until I did? What if I had a bathroom emergency or a child who cries or actually, what is the use of this system? I cannot imagine how the sole scanning of a receipt can be efficient against theft, or why someone would think that every customer buys at least an item every time they visit the store. Not to mention the frustration of having to wait for someone else to scan their receipt in order to be able to get out! I hope someone in management sees this and has the heart to take it further and fix it before we all turn into puppets like in the old nonsensical communist times. Thank you!

Good visual merchandising, easy accessibility. Cashier service needs be updated, Needless to scan every piece of same commodity as it increases queue time.

They have special promos in the Kaufland card app but when you go into the store those products are absent for the whole promo period. After the promo has ended, they immediately place the products on the shelf.

Its looking much better now compared to couple years ago, I love the improvements.

I was there several times it's a busy shop where you can get all your groseries. I recommend them shopping system in Romania is pretty easy.

Small parking spaces and lots of drivers who really don’t know how to park a car and keep a safe distance. Maybe this will change now since there are barriers at the entrance.

What Kaufland is good at is low prices. I gave it 4 stars only because this location is very crowded and the queues are long.

It is a huge supermarket where you can buy all kind of goods, groceries,spices or meats, anything you might need in your home.This place has nice offers and discounts everyday.

A variety of products, good price and quality. There is a lot of disorder in the store and there is never staff around to help you out. You have the ability to use the self check out, but the terminals often give errors and you rely on staff again to help you out.

Big place with a lot of products. Parking costs if you stay more than 1h, would have rated 5 stars if this wasn't the case tho'.

The only issue is the part parking aspect. Some customers like to park right up the the entrance on the crosswalk and the store doesn't do anything about it.

Large variety, good prices, fresh produce, polite staff, quick lines. Parking is free for the first three hours, then 10RON/h. Recommended. Update august 2023: self-scan and express checkout are available again, yay! Still a great place to do your shopping. Wish they would have kept the free EV charging with a time limit, I charge and shop somewhere else from time to time, but hey, can't have it all. I think it's one of the best maintained supermarkets around here - clean, fresh, quick, varied.

Quite a big supermarket with loads of products. Prices are more or less the same as most places, however as a location I would mention that it's always busy, so it might not be great for quick shopping trips.

Great for well priced grocery shopping if you live in Manastur. Easily accessible, clean and with a customer bathroom. A bit slow at checkout but otherwise good service.

Sometimes it is very crowded, long queues, but they have a diverse range of products at affordable prices.

Some products are hard to be found. Not even the help desk have whereabouts of them. But overall, a very good place to shop.

Kaufland is one of those places that will keep it’s vibes, not too expensive, good variety and nice flowers almost all the time.

Best supermarket in Cluj but it gets really busy and the line takes a while , shame that it doesn't have a branch in zorilor , online delivery is good

Kaufland is my favorite supermarket. Usually în the evening many fresh vegetables are missing, but today at 7 pm I found everything I needed: fresh lettuce, cucumbers, peppers. One small observation though: the recycling machine was AS ALWAYS out of order. It is hard enough to recycle in our country, please Kaufland solve this topic with the recycling machine!

Congratulations! No free parking for handicap. All ocuppied by non handicap persons. And it's becoming a habit for the employees to do nothing about the situation. I wonder :why did you consumed money in order to mark them? Just to look good, I guess..

Not COVID-safe. Nobody was checking for use of disinfectant or proper wearing of masks. Customers very disorderly, no consideration for personal space. Merchandise was all over the place.

Super crowded, it's impossible to find a parking space, they don't do anything to improve the parking conditions. Many cars are parked there for a long time, preventing shop visitors to find a parking place. The shop itself is well stocked and has decent prices but I don't recommend it because of the parking nightmare.

Ot os my favorite shop for groveroes, but it would be better if you could pay with cash on the self service checkout.

Generally good, some vegetables are not worth buying from here like potatoes and onion.
