pay
attention,
we
have
bought
a
water
pump
(1200
w)
and
we
had
the
bad
luck
to
buy
a
defect
one;
we
have
return
just
next
day
and
they
have
told
us
that
they
can
not
help
us
with
anything
as
the
defect
need
to
be
confirmed
by
their
service,
(even
if
the
defect
was
more
than
clear:
the
pump
was
really
hot),
which
by
the
way
is
open
until
19.00
pm.
As
we
get
there
too
late,
we
came
back
next
day,
the
second
day
since
we
have
bought
the
pump,
and
they
have
told
us
again
that
we
came
too
late
(we
have
arrived
at
18.00
pm
and
we
have
wait
there
20
min
to
came
somebody).
The
manager
from
Dedeman,
Timisoara,
Calea
Sagului,
was
not
willing
to
find
no
solution
for
us
and
told
us
again
that
we
came
too
late.
In
the
end,
they
took
the
pump
and
bring
to
the
service
made
the
documents,
and
we
should
wait
till
the
service
will
call
us.
As
per
their
procedure,
if
they
will
came
to
the
conclusion
that
you
have
not
damage
the
product,
than
they
will
repair
it,
and
they
have
15
days
to
return
to
you,
a
repaired
product
(and
not
a
new
one,
for
what
you
have
actually
pay
for
and
you
have
not
use
it
at
all).
The
stuff
was
not
friendly
at
all
and
were
not
really
customer
care.
This
was
my
experience
with
Dedeman,
when
I
was
in
the
need
to
return
a
defect
product;
of
course
attitude
change
when
you
buy
something!
