Although
Tapi
responds
to
negative
feedback
asking
people
to
contact
customer
services,
you
won’t
obtain
a
satisfactory
response.
It’s
all
for
show.
We
received
a
letter
in
E-mail
stating
that
they’d
considered
our
complaint
and
we
were
owed
no
compensation.
The
letter
was
full
of
inaccurate
information
and
no
apology.
When
we
replied
clarifying
the
situation,
there
is
no
response.
We
have
no
choice,
but
to
go
to
the
furniture
ombudsman
to
resolve
this.
Tapi
installers
damaged
our
staircase
and
we
have
huge
gaps
in
our
hardwood
flooring
due
to
missold
laminate,
but
apparently
we’re
owed
no
compensation.
A
word
of
warning,
if
you
have
issues
with
their
installers,
do
not
pay
them.
Tapi
confirmed
over
the
phone
that
they’d
guarantee
the
installs
so
pay
them
even
though
damage
was
done
to
our
property,
but
they
don’t
refund
you
anything.
…..
Do
not
use
this
company!
My
husband
and
I
bought
laminate
flooring
and
carpets
from
Tapi.
They
mis-sold
the
laminate
flooring,
their
carpet
fitters
damaged
our
staircase
and
the
carpets
don’t
look
like
the
samples.
We
should
never
have
been
sold
laminate
as
we
do
not
and
are
not
able
to
have
skirting
boards
underneath
our
staircase
due
to
fuse
boxes/wires
so
we
couldn’t
have
beading
for
the
expansion
gaps.
We
have
therefore
been
left
with
huge
gaps
around
the
floor
and
a
massive
gap
near
our
front
door
as
their
installers
knocked
out
a
metal
boarder.
The
installers
also
played
loud
music
throughout
and
did
a
sloppy
job
of
the
beading.
Their
carpet
installers
pulled
so
hard
on
our
staircase
that
several
steps
are
now
cracked.
We
have
also
been
sold
carpets
that
do
not
match
the
samples.
The
grey
carpet
(Rome)
is
especially
an
issue
given
it
is
in
high
traffic
areas
and
is
extremely
shady
compared
to
the
samples.
When
we
purchased
the
carpet
we
specially
mentioned
to
the
Tapi
representative
that
we
don’t
want
a
shady
carpet
and
not
once
did
he
mention
that
this
would
or
could
be
the
case.
We
have
been
waiting
over
three
weeks
and
no
one
at
Tapi
will
help
us
rectify
these
issue
or
provide
us
with
compensation.
