Went in this morning to get my racket re-strung. 2 other customers, 2 shop employees so happily waited. 3rd sales person appears and goes to talk to one of the other customers while the other disappears. 20 minutes stood around like an unwelcome guest with not so much as an acknowledgement of my existence. Better things to do with my life so walked out and won't be going back as my custom clearly isn't important to them. Have had a better customer experience in Sports Direct, and that's a low, low baseline. Rubbish.

As a novice runner (just finished couch to 5k) with “dodgy” knees I was highly delighted by the service received at this store. The young lady didn’t just go through the motions - she spent time explaining the results of the foot scan, asked pertinent questions about my exercise routine, and answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. Was offered a wide selection of shoes within the recommended parameters and the final selection was perfect - ran 5k in them two hours later.

Always super helpful, knowledgable and no sales focus. Just about doing the right job. When it comes to tennis for us the internet just does not cut it. We need to try on, try out and get advice. Last time we were in we spent an hour getting advice and bought a couple of bits. Really helpful service. Would highly recommend. Thanks for doing a great job guys.

Davinia was SO knowledgable and told me exactly the right type of shoe I needed for my type of running and explained the analysis of this so clearly. Wow! Great shop for tennis, with friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. So nice to be able to touch and feel the products, instead of buying online. You can test a racket for £10 (1 week loan) and if you buy any racket, this will be deducted from the price. They provide a complete Tennis service including purchase of rackets, clothing and accessories, loan, restringing and advice. I will be going here regularly.

Absolutely fantastic experience in the store! The owner and the customer assistant were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of running shoes. I was told I needed a neutral shoe and shown different types that could work. The young assistant proceeded to tell me lots of useful information regarding running in different zones and overall performance and wellbeing. Great establishment! 👍🙏❤️

I rarely write reviews, but it wouldn't feel right not to write one for Alex. A few days ago, I phoned the store for a general enquiry and was really impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. When I visited the store yesterday, he once again showed excellent customer service skills. He was friendly and polite throughout my time in the shop. He offered great advice and answered every question patiently, explaining himself clearly. He obviously has a lot of experience and enjoys working with the public. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I needed a blanket embroidered last minute after being let down by another local business. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and the embroidery was complete within an hour of me calling. Thank you for your help, it’s truly appreciated

I went to this store for gait analysis after suffering severe pain in the foot after couple of small distance runs. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful (even parked my pedal bike indoor). The gentleman who did my gait analysis explained the result. He brought in few pairs of shoes for me to try, tried walking around the shop and then on the treadmill analyzing my movements. I was comfortable with the one I picked and first time I spent a decent amount on running shoes. Writing this review after few runs in the new shoes.

Absolutely Terrible. The gait analysis was not legit, they tell you your foot type by just looking at you. The member said my foot is neutral by looking at me which makes absolutely no sense! Didn't explain anything and the owner said which ever trainers feel good on your feet are the right ones! which is not true as you need to buy the right type according to your needs, depending on your foot type. They don't have a gait analysis machine or video recording to actually tell you your foot type.

Great service - came in the shop to enquire about a tennis restring, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and gave good suggestions for what would suit me. Speedy stringing service too, couldnt ask for much more! Will return.

I bought a pair of ON running shoe unfortunately they didn’t fit so I returned them. Within 24hrs they had refunded my money in full 👏🏻 Well done you guys and thanks.

I only go for the brands stocked, which are extensive. The shop floor is not aesthetically organised and the man I spoke to was a bit patronising. Happy to go here for certain items but I don’t go for a particularly pleasant shopping experience.
