Tried to order a drive through tonight and was greeted by a guy with knuckle dusters. Was then pulled over by the police because the guy from McDonald's was very angry about as asking for a McDonald's.

Like many, I go to McDonalds. I tend to visit when travelling, so get to see what they are like across Europe. France is the worst McDonalds in Europe. The poorest choice, and NOTHING for the vegetarians aside from lettuce leaves. Seriously? This is 2022, and the other EU States have great choice! Cold fries too, despite being busy. Confusing as to what means are ready as they had no signs saying what was prepared, and one guy showing out order numbers, in French. No good for international customers. Fail. I try to avoid McDonald's in France, but especially this one.

I found the staff to be very polite and unwavering in their refusal to serve any food. They also exercised astute judgment as to when to bring out the nuckle duster when dealing with other unruly customers.

Their order machine broke, but debited our card. The surly manageress did not believe us and even when shown our credit card statement just shrugged. No apology and then the food took 10 minutes to arrive; the food being just a cheeseburger and Fish Fillet. The manageress should work elsewhere, she clearly does not enjoy her job. There are many McDs around, dont use this one.

On the internet side they said they would open at 09:00. We asked them and they said at ten. At 10:00 they said that their machines weren’t working and their food wasn’t ready! Complete garbage!

Cold fries both times I was here and very limited vegetarian options. The options available were not great at all. Toilets are not clean.

What can I say? The food was awful but I needed something to eat and didn't have much time. Rubbery chicken nuggets and cold fries. Like I said, the usual.
