It is a very nice place, we were there during a level 5 typhoon and food and water was limited in all malls except Ayala because they cater to the rich and the shelves were always full. Sea Side is a beautiful mall with many choices

Huge Shopping Mall located a bit out of the way. TBD top floor houses a skating rink and that’s where the food court is as well. Although it’s quite small in relation to the overall size. There is a train driving round the ground floor and some mobility type electric powered things to hire. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

One of the best malls in Cebu and probably nationwide. It has nearly all that you need. It also has the best panoramic views that can be viewed from the roof deck and the infrastructure's design is really amazing.

I love it that SM Seaside has nearly everything that one needs. I like it also that I can achieve my 10,000 steps quite easily just by going around the mall. It also has a panoramic view of Cebu from the roof deck. Also a vantage point for viewing the CCLEX or 3rd bridge. Lots of massage chairs that you can stop by and relax after a long walk inside. Food choices is also aplenty.

Its a really massive mall with a myriad of shops and food choices for everyone. The skyparks were great, but shade was not enough. The mall, though big, had an interior no different from other SM malls, kinda generic. Aesthically, Ayala Center is more attractive. Should the tower open, the complex would definitely make a great place to visit.

Cebu's biggest SM Mall is central Philippine's pride indeed. My first time to be in this huge mall. I'm amused by the mall's layout because one gets to go "in circles" quite literally. It's so huge, we weren't able to really see everything in it. But one thing for sure, the mall has various brands comparable to Metro Manila. Our main purpose in visiting seaside was to find a place to have our dinner since we were from an out-of-town tour and have just done with our ocean park visit. SM Seaside is just across Cebu Ocean Park so tourists can hit 2 birds with one stone. In fact, we just walked the short distance between the 2 places leisurely as our driver parked somewhere in Seaside already. I noticed that there's a waiting area with seats for passengers taking buses to different destinations/routes. Very friendly and nice security guards. They are extra cordial when welcoming guests to the mall. As I was taking a selfie infront of the mall, one guard approached me and offered to take my photos. Never experienced that anywhere. Definitely a must-visit when you're in Cebu.

This place is huge. This is my fifth visit since I move back from Chicago and I still get lost. I wish they had that electronic floor map by the entrances, escalators and stairs that they took out during the pandemic. It doesn't have to be an interactive touch screen, but a map of each floor will help. The place offers everything you could ever want and more (so far). I enjoy the scooters which you can rent so you can joyride around the mall. They a have an ice skating rink, a food court and dozens of restaurants, hundreds of retail stores and movie theaters that include the Director's Club Cinema. The roof garden offers a spectacular view of the new CCLEX bridge. I like to go to this mall just to walk around, since there are no hiking/jogging/biking trails near me. You can spend a day here and not get bored.

nice and a huge mall. Coming there for the first time is like I feel lost because it was huge. I'm not familiar with stores on each floor and each wing but thank you for their accommodating staff and guards in guiding the path to go. Lately when i came back last Monday 5/30/2022, many available electric scooters for adults and strollers for children roaming around which made effortless and energy saving strolling within the vicinity.

I think it's probably the most beautiful shopping mall in Cebu. Everyone was encouraged to walk. I also went to City Center, but this mall was much prettier. There is a park on the top rooftop where children can play, and the restaurant area is also very beautiful. I went to a delicious Western restaurant, and it was about 6,000 yen for two people, and it was very delicious. It may be a little expensive compared to other Filipino dishes, but it was a very clean facility and the food was delicious. There are shops downstairs that sell desserts and sweets such as gong cha, and the yogurt ice cream was really delicious. It was around 800 to 900 yen for two ice creams, so each ice cream costs 400 or 500 yen, so it may be expensive for Filipinos, but it was very delicious. There are Watsons and H&M, and H&M is probably cheaper to buy in Japan. When I bought the shorts here, they cost around 4,000 yen, which I thought was a mysteriously high price. There is also a Watson's at the airport, but the Watson's at the airport seemed a little expensive because it was written in dollars.I think the tiger balm and hair oil hair cream treatment that you can buy here were very good. I heard that aloe juice is very good for tanned bodies, so we both applied it. Shopping at a pharmacy is a lot of fun. I thought it was a good idea because you can buy it cheaply. It's a very large facility, so I think it would be fine for just one day, but the facility was very air conditioned and it was cold, so I think I'd need a jacket. I guess the toilet seat is for security reasons, but since the toilet seat wasn't removed, it felt like a floating chair, so it was very troublesome not to use the toilet. Toilet paper was attached to the place where I washed my hands, so I ended up tearing my hair from there, and I hated going to the toilet because it was so traumatic. The return trip is dangerous, so you should be careful, but the bus is extremely crowded. We recommend calling a Grab taxi, as there is probably a two-hour wait for a taxi. Please be careful when going

We visited again November 2023 for some retail therapy .got some new shoes and two shirts . There is so much to buy if you have the money to spend . I am happy with my purchase . A lovely mall opposite Ocean Park . We had lunch here at Max's restaurant. It was very good. We also purchased some fruit salad and other foods at stores inside SM.

Amazing shopping mall. Love to go there to drink coffee with good friends. Saturday and Sundays too busy for me, but others might just like that. I prefer to go during the week when it’s just little more quiet.

Massive mall over 3 floors and several wings. Every type of store at all price points are here. Of course, anchored by SM, but hundreds of other stores, restaurants, fast food, dessert shops, vendors, theater, pharmacy, etc... Can easily get lost and spend hours walking around. If want to go shopping while in Cebu, this is easily a one stop shopping mall.

SM Seaside City Cebu is one huge shopping mall! First of all, it's not even just for shopping, but it has various areas such as food courts, restaurants, arcades/games, sports, and more! There are multiple floors in this mall and I like how it's designed in a way where you can get back where you started from on the same floor (i.e. sort of like in a circular direction). They also have a counter in the Supermarket where you can leave some of your stuff. There are tons of stuff you can do in this mall that one day might not even be enough in this place depending on what things you like to do. Simply put, this is a great place to hangout in, do stuff, and get some food!

The biggest mall in Cebu. I love coming here every now and then to try different activities like ice skating, bowling, archery and of course shopping. It is best to shop here as it has a variety of stores and it is not crowded because most of the shops here are big. They also have some food stalls on their rooftop garden.

Great experience with well positioned stores. Great variety of services, food and products. Finishing on the building looks somewhat unfinished in many places. Personally I would not have signed off on that. Architecturally the building is stunning and represents another step in the reclamation project. It is most definitely a premium shopping experience in the Philippines.

My recent visit to SM Seaside Cebu was absolutely wonderful! This mall truly has it all. From its stunning architecture to its wide array of shops and restaurants, there's something for everyone here. The breathtaking view from the Sky Park is a highlight not to be missed. The cleanliness and organization of the mall are commendable, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic time exploring the various attractions and enjoying delicious meals at the diverse dining options. SM Seaside Cebu is definitely a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike. I can't wait to return and continue exploring all that this remarkable mall has to offer. Highly recommended!

You must try their e-scooter. For now it costs ₱120 for 1hr and if during weekends it's ₱180. You can use this while going to the grocery store or simply exploring the whole building. I really love the experience especially since the mall is too big, might hurt our feet if we kept on walking so this is helpful.

A day is not enough to enjoy what is inside on this mall. You don't need other places to go. Only SM Seaside Cebu. The supermarket hours were adjusted up to 9pm. This mall has a huge parking space. No hassle, once you're in, for sure you can park. A really good place for shopping. Just like what their slogan says, "Everything's here. We've got it all for you".

We took a short trip to this place in Cebu City during the graduation of our nephew. SM Seaside is like the Mall of Asia. Sadly, I could not tour around becsuse the lack of material time. We plan to return here with more leisure time. We will visit Ocean Park with our children. Enjoy and have a fruitful day in SM Seaside, Cebu City.

Monday May 9th 2022, Election day in the Philippines I'm never disappointed about this huge mall. A place that pretty much has everything you need. From shopping to food stalls. But also the mall is still recovering from the typhoon that hit this area. Be patient with the repairs it's definitely a work in progress. Windows shattered, glass blown everywhere. But the shops are open and doing well in business. This is a great place. Relax, walk and just hang out with friends and family. Did I mention the dinosaur exhibit. Yup. Very cool.

Me and my child had a great experience in this mall since they already allowing kids to go inside with fully vaccinated parents. But the only thing is that, the guards upon entry didnt checked our vaccination card. No temp check, or even sanitizing our hands. However, we still strickly follow the safety protocol for the sake of my child and myself.

The place is big. Everything is in here, from shops, restaurants, and everything in between. The only downside is that it is not easily accessible. There are no jeepneys or conventional buses going to this place. The mall features a sky park, an amazing place to unwind and enjoy the greeneries at the top of the building where Cebu's skyline can be seen.

  • 5/5 Honney L. 2 years ago on Google
I much prefer SM seaside compared to SM City for a couple of reasons but mainly for the view you get in the mall park upstairs. Being inside the mall and still experiencing great outdoors where you can bring your friends to hangout after eating from your choice of restaurant or food shop, is a great deal. The only downside however, is when you are trying to find your way inside the store and have to walk miles since it's quite big. Overall, it's a great experience. Would always love to go there.

SM Seaside Mall has a great variety of restaurants as well as stores. The restaurants have many options to choose from. They also have an Ace Hardware store which is one of my favorite hardware stores other than True Value in the Ayala center mall.

For me, this is Cebu's best mall, as it is also the biggest. I appreciate that until now they remained to have a free parking in their spacious and secured parking area at the basement of the mall, because most of the malls in Cebu makes it a business already. This is a big point for me as a vehicle owner, although some has a good reasons why they need to collect parking fees because of their location but for some 💰💸. With a lot of great choices of food & restaurants with good ambience because of its location and area. This would be a very recommended go to mall specially when you have your own vehicle. The only mall in Cebu with Ice Skating Rink. Keep improving SM Seaside & live to the expectation!

I've been in sm seaside before (yr 2019) but i didn't get to enjoy it the way I enjoyed it now. We had fun roaming around the mall using electronic scooter; walking was fun but scooting around the whole mall is much better 😅😁 Then we went to the sky park to enjoy the view. The kids had fun in the playground while us adults enjoyed the free zumba sessions in the midpart of the park.

It's Prolly the best mall you can find here in Cebu. Best place to shop and dine. The problem here is that they don't have a proper waiting line for a taxi, so you'll have to muscle in to get a cab. Overall, the place is great.

I was here for a very short time and it is a super big mall across it is a Cebu Ocean Park, just a few minutes walk away. I didn't get to go to their Sky Park because it was hot during the the day and I was in a hurry. Definitely, I will visit again and bring my family to eat because there are many nice restaurants. It's big and nice. I will surely come back SM Seaside City Cebu. 💕

A great place to do a lot of nice things typical of a mall in the Philippines. The Skywalk is a beautiful place on its own and perfect to watch Cebu city's sunset (mountain view) and the CCLEX bridge (seaview) not to mention the imposing Tower at the center of the site. Right across is the Cebu Ocean Park which is just a walking distance.
