May 17th, 2022 First off. Being a foreigner myself. I always look forward to visiting this mall. It brings back so many memories from our visit 4 years ago. The places changed a bit. But the people are always so welcoming and inviting. With the hurricane that hit the Philippines each area and stores were affected by it. So definitely patient is needed when driving to this location. Street closures are going on to try and restore some things like before and even better. This is a great place if shopping is on your mind. Shops galore. Not just for the ladies but men as well. Lots and lots of stores.

Great experience, the interior and exterior of its establishment is best. Many scenic locations to take pictures. I love how the guards welcome the customers inside and outside the mall. Would visit here again with my friends soon.

Ayala has many stores inside, it is very big and has lots of visitors every day. It is crowded but not too much and has many views inside and out. The stores are easy to navigate but on my first time here I was struggling to get to the bathroom because the signs for it is very confusing. I was following the signs and made me turn in every direction I ended up going to a toilet opposite to where i entered and that is the only downside for me. Going to a toilet. But overall it is really a nice place it has many things it offers. It has restaurants, great sites, branded stores and etc. You should try it here very nice place.

Really lovely place to explore the many shops, get a prescription filled, buy a television or mobile, get a coffee or a snack, full dinner or take away from a bakery. It is huge city takes ages to understand the layout and the concierge near the main circle where the lifts are can be very useful. A few maps of the store locations scattered about would be a very helpful addition.

Ayala Center in Cebu, Philippines, is a bustling and vibrant shopping and entertainment hub that offers a wide range of experiences for visitors. During my recent visit, I had the opportunity to explore some of its noteworthy features. The outdoor concert terrace area at Ayala Center is a hotspot for entertainment enthusiasts. On the day of my visit, it was alive with a large, enthusiastic young crowd. The atmosphere was electric, and it's evident that this space serves as a popular venue for live music events and performances. It's an excellent place to catch a show or simply soak in the lively ambiance. For those looking for a smoke-free environment, the presence of a smoking lounge area on the 4th floor is a thoughtful addition. It provides a designated space for smokers to enjoy their breaks without inconveniencing others. The food court on the 3rd floor of Ayala Center offers a diverse culinary experience. From local delights to international cuisine, there's a wide variety of food options to choose from. It's a convenient spot to grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely meal while exploring the mall. Overall, Ayala Center in Cebu is a dynamic and multifaceted destination that caters to a broad spectrum of interests. Whether you're there for shopping, entertainment, dining, or simply people-watching, this mall provides a bustling and engaging environment that reflects the vibrant spirit of Cebu.

This place is amazing. You likely won’t need to make a special trip as it’s close to a lot of hotels and has everything you need. So as soon as you want something (phone, coffee, ice cream, etc.) Come check out this beautiful mall. The outdoor section is cool at night as well. Ideally you can see both night and day.

This pandemic really hit us hard many stores are closing, including this mall. But, there are stores that reopen and it's starting to recover with easing of health restrictions. Health protocols were in place and the whole premises was clean and organized. Many stores to revisit for all your needs. This Mall also has a lot of the best restaurants delicious foods and a great ambiance. It is also convenient to commute considering their jeepney, taxi and bus stations located in front of the Mall.

One of the best mall I have been to in the Philippines. Not too busy, clean, plenty of food and shopping options and has a huge garden area. Glad I booked a hotel near here.

Ayala Center Cebu provides a fantastic shopping and entertainment experience with a variety of choices. However, challenges like parking and crowds, especially during peak times, can detract from the overall experience. Nevertheless, it remains a popular and convenient destination for locals and tourists alike. Pros of Ayala Center Cebu: Wide Variety of Retailers: Ayala Center Cebu is home to a diverse range of retail stores, from high-end brands to local boutiques, offering shoppers a wide selection of products. Entertainment Options: The mall provides a range of entertainment options, including a cinema, restaurants, bars, and even a cultural center, making it a one-stop destination for leisure and fun. Clean and Well-Maintained: The mall is well-kept and clean, creating a pleasant and inviting shopping environment for visitors. Central Location: Ayala Center Cebu is conveniently located in the heart of Cebu City, making it easily accessible from various parts of the city. Great Dining Selection: The mall features an extensive array of dining options, from fast food to fine dining, catering to various tastes and budgets. Cons of Ayala Center Cebu: Parking Challenges: Finding a parking spot can be a significant challenge, especially during peak shopping hours, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Crowds: The mall can get extremely crowded, particularly on weekends and during the holiday season, resulting in long lines and a less peaceful shopping experience. High-End Prices: While the mall offers a wide variety of brands, some stores may cater to higher-end shoppers, making it less budget-friendly for some customers. Limited Local Vendors: While the mall has a mix of international and local brands, some visitors may wish for a more extensive selection of local products. Traffic Congestion: The surrounding area can experience heavy traffic, particularly during rush hours, which can make getting to and leaving Ayala Center Cebu more time-consuming.

Yeah Ayala Center Cebu is definitely one of the best shopping centers in the entire city you're going to find hundreds of big department stores as well as many different restaurants and cafés to choose from they also have a great terrace and a beautiful park area where you can lounge around and enjoy the afternoon sun. It is also located right next to many other attractions such as the Sugbo Mercado which is also a great place to hang out on the weekends and they also do you have a large grocery store down below in case you need to purchase any water food or other items to take back home with you.

One of the best malls in Cebu. Plenty of stores for your shopping. Lots of restos here and there to choose from. Shopping, eating out with your family or even just simply running an errand you'll surely enjoy your time in this place.

It was around lunch time when I was in Ayala Cebu. What caught my attention immediately was the seemingly ghost town place,as depicted on the pictures attached. Again, I can say that it's greatly due to the covid/pandemic's effect. In previous years, the soonest the mall opens, around the clock people "flood" the place. I really hope everything will be back to 'normal'...

Not so modern mall compares to SM City Cebu & SM Seaside but this mall has a lot to offer like modern malls in the metro. This mall has an array of stores, cinema, grocery stores, clinics, boutique stores, high-end luxury brands and etc. This is where you can find the Rustans high-end shopping store inside the same building.

It’s so sad that malls are closing early during this pandemic. This is the closest thing to being the best mall in Cebu after SM Sea Side.

Big and upscale mall with very impressive supermarkets and eateries, restaurants other than the usual that you can find in other malls. Price wise is a little bit higher. You can find food court and many different restaurants on the 4th floor. Highly recommended!

This, for more me, a very big mall may be normal for some, and there's no chance you will go hungry or thirsty as there's many to choose from. There is a very wide range of shops and a very clean and safe place to visit as at every entrance to the mall are metal detectors and guards who are very polite and helpful.

The place is great! There's nothing really much to say other than it is a great place to go to when you arrive at cebu city. It is near, so it is very convenient, there's a lot of available things such as devices and small products. There's a Cinema, there's bookstores, there's even restaurants inside so it's an all in one package where you can visit for entertainment, supplies or just to hang out.

Ayala Center Cebu has an open park , allows people to enjoy sitting under really big trees which were fabulously decorated with lights. December cool nights are enjoyable with classic traditional Christmas songs playing in the background, making new memories . Simple, yet elegant experience.

Ayala Center Cebu is a large shopping mall owned by Ayala Malls at the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the first Ayala mall located outside of Metro Manila. It opened in November 1994, one year after their rival mall, SM City Cebu opened. For more than 20 years, it was the only Ayala Mall to bear the word Ayala in its name until Ayala Malls Serin opened in March 2015. On an average day, more than 85,000 people visit Ayala Center Cebu, with the figure increasing to 135,000 on weekends. It is the centerpiece of the Cebu Business Park Complex. On October 30, 2008, Ayala Center Cebu opened "The Terraces", a ₱600-million project which converted the mall's lagoon area into a food, restaurant and beverage mall extension.

Located in the heart of Cebu City, this mall is one of our favorites because of the large variety of its store tenants. Home to lots of restaurants, any of your food cravings will surely be satisfied. The aircon inside the store though is not that great - most portions were 'dead spots'.

We like the Ayala Center, as there are good coffees and restaurants, as well as all we need during traveling (shops for clothes, swimming, etc as well as doctors, hairdresser, massage studio,...). Located conveniently next to 3-4 nice hotels.

Ayala Center Cebu is located at Cebu Business Park. One jeepney ride from I.T. Park and one ride going to SM via the 04L route. It is very convenient; you can get your groceries or shop at your favorite brands, plus they have Rustans too. The place is massive, and I'm almost lost. Just kidding. I like the landscape view from outside; it's great for photo shoots.

Great shopping center nice gardens and really nice variety of restaurants however the supermarket service is pitiful counted 12 staff standing around talking to themselves no service until I asked maybe because I raised my voice a bit then it took 5 minutes for them to open counter so I could see item the only reason I stayed was because I was waiting on a refund that took 20 minutes oh well it is a nice shopping center

One of my favorite shopping center in all of Cebu. It's got everything you need - from clothes, gadgets, restaurants, groceries etc. What I really like about this mall is that it's not too big. I love the infusion of the old shopping mall and the extended building. There's also a lot of open space.

A very clean and amazing mall to walk around with you family* A sight to see for it's modern takes in the new wings and the nostalgic view. Many stores to visit for all your needs. Ayala Center Cebu has always been a good place to hang out in especially because the location is really windy and has a lot of outdoor space. However, some of their escalators are not working and has not been repaired for a few months now. Also, their fountain steps (the steps with flowing water and statues), is in a horrible condition.

With the pandemic, management has been doing a good job. Not a lot of people and safety measures are applied. Kudos to the security team for helping me out with my car troubles

  • 5/5 Frank S. 1 year ago on Google
Ayala always has a good selection of stores and dining. This mall is located in the heart of the Cebu Business District and has a larger array of shops than other Ayala Malls. The signature brand store is Metro with a supermarket, but it also has Rustan's department store with a supermarket. So of you can't find what you need at Ayala, it probably doesn't exist. There are maaaaaany restaurants with a wide variety ranging from Cebuano, Filipino, and known western brands ranging from economical to a little on the high end. There's a children's park in between the mall and Seda hotel where families gather to play and even bring their furry friends. Weekends are always the busiest, so if you hate crowds or need something fast, it's best to shop right at opening. But I recommend trying one of the busy days just to people watch. It's free and always entertaining. 😊
