Such a beautiful local park that hosts farmers market and concerts and movies under the moon!

Old school band shell park that the city uses for numerous community events throughout the year. From the farmers market to summer time movies to orchestra nights Overman park could be called the heartbeat of the town. A new park has opened downtown to host many events that use to call Overman Park home. It’s a nice addition and will draw people closer to the ‘buy stuff’ area of downtown but lacks the character, ambience and large green space that Overman Park has in its natural setting. Enjoy your visit!

Movies Under the Moon. Great summer tradition these last few years. Sad to hear it's not coming back next year

Cute little park for taking in a concert or something. However it does lack any kind of play equipment for kids. So bring something for them to use to entertain themselves if they are younger.

Seen CF'S local band. It was great! Lots of good music. This is a neat set up.

I was there for the Farmwrs Market and this may be the best one in the area. Very relaxed great vendors nice variety and people were great nice social event.

Nice park in downtown Cedar Falls with a quarter band shell and plenty of grassy space for laying out on a blanket or setting up a lawn chair. Couple pavilions with some picnic tables where when the symphony orchestra is playing they often set up a popcorn stand. Also a nice place to enjoy findings from the farmers market on Saturday mornings in the warmer months of the year. Close proximity to all of the downtown businesses and restaurants.

Great park! We go for the farmers market almost every week. Plenty of benches, a covered picnic table area and a half shell stage. The park is two blocks from Main Street, great spot for a picnic if you grab something to go!

Took our newly adopted pup Braxton to his first farmers market. He did wonderful!

Outdoor concerts in the park by the municipal band each Tuesday evening. New directors this year and the music was great. Bring your own chair, buy a popcorn and enjoy!!
