Despite its claim of being a 4-star hotel, it's more accurately a 3-star budget option. The small lobby, disappointing breakfast, narrow entrance, and thin walls, allowing noise until late at night, don't align with typical 4-star expectations.

I have got a big , clean , light room with a big balcony , it is a modern hotel , only few staff can speak English , there is a bar and restaurant inside , the restaurant ‘s food by itself is not bad , but the plates served are very cheap. This is the size for small kids . Due to those tiny dinner I will not give a five stars , even if the global quality may get the merit to earn more points .

I like beding at Heaven Hotel Chachoengsao. They put 2 twin beds together make it a 7 feet bed, very comfortable. I paid 100 baht for breakfast but didn't have time to eat. Place is nice and clean. I would recommend this place as one of a good hotel.

Select coffee get chocolate. Shower room gets soaked, bad design too small. No gym or pool, cold eggs, sausage plates.

A little difficult to get taxi here. Could improve on languages, especially English, otherwise, an ok, clean and quiet hotel. However, the bed is extremely hard.
