Room clean. Maid service good cleaning and provided extra pillow. Wifi not working 1st day, but quickly fixed next day and with strong connection. Front desk friendly and helpful. Room outlets with USB ports .Provided free water everyday. Booked to stay again. Coffee ok, but can be better.

Car park for Wheelchair is not suitable and security guard didn't not perform as his function.

One of the common brand hotel in Thailand. Not a luxury one. Just a simple room with normal convenient you can get(air con., fridge. etc).The room is a little bit small but all new and clean. The location is not that good but still near convenient store. All staff is very friendly with mind service. Good place.

First time staying at this hotel and everything about it was great. Super clean in all areas, and exceptional service from the staff. Not having breakfast available was a concern, but that went way when we saw the "warm up" food options, as well as the availability of good food selections in the area.

The room is clean. Location is in the city center. The receptionists at the front office were very helpful and polite. Highly recommended.
