They said no. Monthly membership 1.400 BHAT they said they could give me back 400 BHAT, I trained only 2days out of my monthly membership 🤦🏻‍♀️ shocking. They said they have rules and we cannot: First of all no one explained the rules prior paying for the membership nor allowing you to use the gym for 1 or 2 days trial to see if is suitable for you, they didn’t even provided us with any forms we had to sign up, nor given us a receipt 🧾 How is this fair ? They don’t even lose any money by transferring the membership to my partner’s name. ( my partner is already training there ) Very poor customer service, and from business point of view these people don’t look after their customers they only want to cash in but without giving value to futures or paid customers. Stay away ✌🏼✌🏼

Good prices, plenty of machines, an outdoor area to train crossfit style and boxing. Aircon, sauna and private coaches are a plus. The staff is great. To me it would need to be opened a bit earlier and later. And few machines needs maintenance. Overall I recommend this gym to anyone (the clients range from beginners to professionals).

The gym has everything I wanted to work out with,even a rowing machine, bags to practice Muay Thai, bands, nice machines,. Very clean and the Thai staff were so helpful, friendly and went out of the way to help, I really appreciated that. But, a very unfriendly, cold vibe with the members and trainers. I’ve worked out at many, many gyms and never encountered this before . I wouldn’t go back
