I love the brand and the quality of the products but the salespeople provide a most detestable customer experience. Two of them made fun of a customer in front of me while I waited in front of the fitting rooms. I'm not even addressing their lack of availability even though there seem to be plenty of them in store. I prefer to order online. It should come as no surprise that ready-to-wear stores are closing one after the other.

Très beau magasin! Choix de tailles limités, principalement du S et XS. Le personnel est aussi sympathique qu’une porte de prison. Hautaines, plusieurs fois que leur attitude me met mal a l’aise et ne me donne pas envie de revenir..

Saleswoman in execrable cabin... Extrêmement déçu de certaines vendeuses et de leur accueil déplorable , pas un sourire , et clairement agacée quand on demande à retourner les articles . En 10 ans de commerce c’est la première fois que j’ai une si mauvaise expérience ! De plus refus de la responsable de reprendre un pantalon acheté deux jours avant à qui il manquait l’étiquette ( que je n’ai pas retiré par ailleurs qui a certainement été vendu ainsi ) état impeccable et non porté revoyez votre sens commerciale mesdames ou changer de métier ! Pour l’amabilité je repasserai bien dommage car le magasin est super , au vu des autres commentaires vous risquez de perdre pas mal de clientes

I'm quite surprised by the comments about the saleswomen because I didn't have the same feeling, so yes the saleswomen don't constantly come and ask you if you need something but in all the Mangos I went to it was like That, I don't think it's worth attacking the salespeople when it comes to the direction of the brand in my opinion. I have always been welcomed and well informed, and I have always had very friendly discussions with the salespeople, we are very far from the coldness of other brands in the same group. It's a store I like to come to because at least you can look at it and try it on without feeling obligated to buy.

Well it's the first time I've put such a note.. I had to say hello to find out who the "sellers" were, I was barely answered and then nothing more.. I select clothes, I'm trying, no one to know if it's okay if other things are needed.. surprised to see that the 46 size was larger than before so athletes with good thighs like me will go and dress elsewhere... I'm leaving, still no friendliness.. in short to avoid unless of course you know what you want and like not to be disturbed 😅

All my shopping experiences have been very pleasant in this store from start to finish: Availability of the salespeople, Good advice, Good welcome, Nice selection. I highly recommend this store if you want to have a good time shopping. Message to the embittered people who criticize him: “Stop coming to this store, move on or order online, the salespeople do not deserve your arrogance and contempt” Message to the staff “be yourself, you are great”

Pleasant surprise. Until now I ordered more from the website. I discovered this brand recently and I wanted to see the store because in Chambéry there is a store and I was very satisfied. The store is large, bright and well laid out, the clothes are of good quality and arranged by color which makes it easier to put together an outfit. The salespeople are available and attentive. I definitely recommend and would return to this store even if I didn't find all the items I wanted. For those I would order them. 😊

Beaux vêtements, mes enfants ont trouvé leur bonheur. Mais vendeuses peu souriantes. La boutique est très spacieuse. Pour autant l'espace cabines est très petit. Nous ne pouvons pas accompagner dans les cabines, cela est vraiment dommage et c'est la première fois que je vois ça. Peut être réfléchir aux dimensions de l'espace cabines. Et souriez !

Contrairement aux différents avis, l'expérience client "côté homme" du moins était au top ! Avec une conseillère très appliqué dans son travail. Manque une étoile car pas bcp de choix de vêtements, les rayons sont grands pour peu de choix au final. Cela reste raisonnable tout de même

Un personnel disponible et souriant. Un bel espace où on respire et où les vêtements peuvent être mis en valeur. Un ascenseur pour faciliter l'accès aux étages. Endroit propre. La musique est présente mais juste ce qu'il faut

Personnel froid mais spécialement, une vendeuse au cabine d'essayage (une blonde) - elle était exécrable. Excédée par son travail et parle très mal au client.

1 etoile pour l'enseigne mais alors les vendeuses... mais alors changez de métier mesdames très sincèrement. Une nonchalance comme ça c'est improbable. Certes c'est 18h, le premier des jours soldes, mais rien ne vous empêches d'être sympathique.

Mauvaise qualité de pulls qui se déforment et qui peluchent 5 mois à peine après achats, lavés en delicats a chaque fois....Après avoir appelé le point de vente la vendeuse (qui n'y peux rien) nous a fait savoir que la direction ne ferait aucun geste, trop de clients à mon avis, en tout cas pour nous ne serons plus clients chez MANGO!!!! Mauvaises qualités....

Bad labeling on a product (reduction displayed even though the price was more expensive). But the cashier didn't tell me this during checkout and when I went back to the cashier to mention it to her, she told me that the price had gone to the spring collection and didn't offer me any solution. ! I would have liked this person to tell me the real price before I paid for my purchase.
