The worst ever in the area. Service is horribly bad and staff is so rude

Bad coffee very bad service...

we've been in this awful place, the people didn't care about us, and after few minutes ,once we kindly ask at the woman at the bar, she start to shout in france and ask us to leave. My daughter was very shock about that and i spend few time to tranquilize her. i WILL never be back in this damm place

Very bad service, rude and unpleasant

I’m waiting for it to be open so I can review😂 So far it hasn’t been open once in the 2 weeks we’ve been here, but I’m crossing fingers because the other reviews are so terrible that I’m dying to go in to order something just to see what happens ❗️ Update - although we were in Chamonix for a month and walked by daily on the way to our gym, this establishment was never open, so my curiosity was never appeased😂.

Worst service you will ever have. Staff is rude and impolite.

I was left behind by a tour, so I was lost and visibly tired/ stressed. Decided to sit down in their chair to catch my breath. A female waitress approached me, but with my (not so good) French I tried to explain I was just catching my breath and would get up after 5 minutes, but thanked her anyway. She walked away, double looked me, giving me evil looks and continued to stare into my soul for the next 5 minutes. I’d have ordered a drink, since the place looked really nice, but she put me off a lot. I loved my visit to Chamonix, but she left a sour memory to a small part of the adventure. It’s like she never encountered a tourist before, in a place that gets many groups of tourists per day. 😑

Service is terrible. Old woman who barely moving.
