    Went today on 1/6/22 at 3pm and they shut down while I was still in the drive through. Sign was put behind my car so we could not back out. Nothing was said to us about needing to leave, just trapped in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting on others who were able to order ahead of us. We would have appreciated if one of the employees had said something before trapping us in the drive through and then not allowing us to order. I usually have no problems with service here but today made me upset.

    Employee at drive up window was very rude, hostile, and took it personally when I wanted to change my order to a breakfast sandwich-she was not helpful did not seem to recognize sandwich I described (egg, meat and cheese on round biscuit or muffin). I then came back in restaurant when I spilled the venti mocha I had bought and when I went to register to order another Venti, employee at drive up window who had been difficult to interact with before, looked at her co worker and said, “that is her”. I am 62 years old, have an extensive amount of years in management and administrative positions and was not in any way difficult to deal with. I was friendly and understanding that maybe she was having a bad day, and did not expect this young woman’s hostility toward me. I am quite upset now and can’t bring myself to spend a small fortune at a business that does not address this issue. My name is Julie and both orders occurred between 730 am and 8 am on Monday August 7, 2023. Please address this with your employee and respond to my complaint or I am done with Starbucks forever.

    This place has the sweetest workers in the world. I was having a rough day and asked in the drive through for a drink that would help me through it. This little note made my day completely, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Those working that day, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    I’ve had countless negative experiences at this store. The main woman that works every morning is mature enough to be polite but that doesn’t happen. Busy is one thing, rude is another.

    Pretty good location. The seating is a little cramped, especially outside where you can end up almost face-to-face with cars coming out of the drive through. Other than that, the service is fast, friendly and accurate. Restrooms are clean.

    Only leaving 1 star to be able to leave review. They always mess up my drinks. Doesn’t matter how many times I repeat my order or show it written down. They still mess it up. I pay and my drink is still wrong.

    Didn't get all of order and it was only 2 items. Had to spend another 15 minutes trying to get their attention to tell them we were missing part of order. Very rude.

    Just waited 30 minutes for a drink, no apology or anything. They literally had to ask me what drink I had because they lost the sticker or something. Never again, just go to DUNKIN!! RIDICULOUS

    Very busy... not enough help... long wait. Pretty typical with any business right now, so can't bicker too much. The drinks were okay. Once we had to doctor it a lot! The other time, they had to completely redo 2 drinks. No apology, no refund, nothing... not great service. The store was in dire need of cleaning, but again, not enough help in a swamped store. I would probably end up going back if there weren't other options.

    This Starbucks out of every one I've ever visited has the kindest, most caring and compassionate employees I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They really go the extra step to make sure that you are taken care of during your time there, the coffee is always great, and there is always a warm smile to help you feel at home away from home.     The pumpkin frozen coffee with whip topping and caramel drizzle was amazing. It tastes like you were drinking a pumpkin pie. So yummy and delicious. The guy at the window was so full of joy and welcoming. Great job you all

    I've had great service at this Starbucks, but truly excellent service deserves high praise! I had one of the most pleasant chats with Debby in the drive-thru this morning. She was kind, funny, and I knew she wasn't just going through the motions. If you read this Debby, keep killing it, you made my day start right!

    Like a normal Starbucks. They were out of stuff due to supply chain shortages and I know its not their fault but still bummed me out

    This Starbucks is always busy, so they get confused with your orders. While I've never had anything bad from here, sometimes they forget to add requests (like extra sugar or milk). Staff are friendly and certainly trying to keep up with the constant rush.
