I thought It should be nice, but when we checked out, they said we took the laundry bag, which we should pay 100. But the fact is we never used it. How did the bag get lost? It was taken away by the last guest or the cleaning staff's words on purpose. We don't know! Because I had to catch a plane, I was pressed for time, and I didn't negotiate it too much! Only know that we pay for other people's mistakes. No matter how much money, this makes me very uncomfortable.

I was extremely well surprised. Beautiful hotel in a quiet location near Nimman. Service is great with welcoming tea drink, helping with the luggage, swimming pool towels etc. These details matter and I appreciate the attention you give to it. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are big and soft, I love it. I have some suggestions to make it even better: some kind of roof/cover between the parking and the entrance, because in the night, the Grab car stopped at the parking, and it was raining so heavily. Unfortunately there were no roof/cover or umbrellas at the parking so we got wet to get to the entrance. The breakfast could also be better. The refrigerator in the room was a bit too noisy at times. But again, very nice hotel that I would recommend to all of my friends!

When it rains I can hear the drip of water from ceiling... where I think the sound is coming from but cant see any leaks. I canโ€™t sleep all night! (Actually 3nights) Also the room has a useless balcony!

Comfy/homey hotel, really great to rest. Itโ€™s across Nimman and its very quiet so ideal to get some rest and still be able to visit Nimman in minutes. Meets all expectations of a nice comfy hotel. We had a bedroom with king bed, pool view. The bathroom has a nice big shower with possibility to sit or put some stuff on. The room also has a small balcony and a chair / desk to work from. The room also has a safe . It also has a pool with sun in the morning, giving it a really good temperature. (We saw many hotels with the pool in the shade all day which was pretty cold) The hotel serves breakfast but we did not try. There is no restaurant in the hotel (which for us was great as we went out for lunch and dinner anyways) We stayed about 2 weeks in total, and i can only really recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to live central close to Nimman and wants to have a good night rest combined with the luxury of having a great pool to chill. The staff is super friendly and helpful , they go the extra mile for you! Thank you for hosting us and for you support, it was an pleasure staying with you. The hotel also offers monthly stays and even yearly rents.

Wonderful stay. Warm, friendly and courteous staff. Huge rooms with personal design touches gives it a cozy homey feel. Well worth your money. Highly recommended! From the moment you enter the hotel lobby, you are in awe with the grand European influenced designs, high ceilings and great attention to detail. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for the 6 of us (2 adults, 2 big kids, 2 small kids). To get this room, you have to book directly with the hotel and not through other hotel booking websites. What you get is worth your money: 3 rooms in one apartment ( 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with a daybed) each with its own bathroom. The breakfast room on the 2nd floor holds the same design concept as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast spread was limited but everything was of high quality. The staff there were very attentive. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I have recommended this hotel to friends and would stay here again if I do come back to Chiangmai.
