Well, Very Rude. When I walked in I can felt the vibe I’m not welcoming in here and I sent my passport. They don’t even look at it just said in front my face: We don’t host Chinese here. During the time I spent in Chiangmai over one week , I actually said it’s great those racism didn’t happen in here. Really shame on you all!

Really good place for a very affordable price. I was make a mistake to book the fan room rather than ac room, but it's really comfortable so I didnt change the room type. It has locker (important), laundry 40 baht/kg, they serve food and coffee for a cheap price downstairs. Bed is clean, twin size and a lot of space in the room. Bathroom is OK clean. Quiet place. My dorm room never be lock (maybe because of fan room(?)) I was have insecurity about it before but it's all safe.

I booked here but they sent me to I-smile hostel. The room was in 3rd floor only stairs. The breakfast is coffe, low quality bananas and cookies. But what I don't like at all is the unwilling of the owner. I asked for help because I lost a medicament no easy to find thousands of miles from home but never trying to understand me, he just wanted to leave him alone. But I really needed help. Compare to the rest Thai people that I met, he was the only one that disappointed me.

Nice place, very affordable. A couple 100m from the night food market and at the north gate, so 5 stars for location. Rooms have A/C, are clean and have curtains. Be careful when booking, they have both fan only and A/C rooms. Shared showers and sinks so unlikely you'll have to wait (you can get to another floor of needed). So 5 stars. Service is a 4 stars mostly because the owners aren't really good at English so it was hard to communicate. But they were nice and helpful. Considering the price and the fact that there's a restaurant there so you can have a tea or breakfast it's a 5 start overall.

Clean dorms, there’s a laundry, food & drink, friendly staff! They can also arrange bike rental & shuttle service to Pai.

The beds all have 2 pillows. The dorm room has curtains for each bed and actual stairs leading up to the top bunk which makes it so much easier to get up! My friend was in the private double bed room and the mattress was like a cloud The staff were really friendly and helpful as well

Cheap, clean and large private room. Shared bathroom facilities are very clean. Helpful owners. Thank you!

Terrible dirty rooms, dirty towels, cockroaches everywhere, uneducated staff. I am very disappointed, do not recommend. It was the worst hotel I didn't even want to stay in.

Did not stay here but called in for a breakfast. Omelette with rice and a coffee, food good, quick service and less than 100Bhat. Can't knock that.

Not a bad location from the main square but a bit further from the decent bars etc. we had a private room and our friends had a dorm, both were really cheap and fairly basic, our private had clearly previously been a dorm room as there were still posters about not changing beds and random plug sockets scattered around where the bunks would have been and the bed was pretty average. The rest of the hostel wasn’t bad though

Boss has some sort of undiagnosed personality disorder. I feel sorry for her employees. Just a really sad atmosphere. She could explode at any moment.

Good place. Relatively quiet, very good price (100 baht for fan room bed), helpful and friendly staff, decent enough wifi in public areas, good safety lockers and storage space, decent breakfast at 45 baht, free water refills, and clean bathrooms. Sometimes people rip open the door to the toilet though, so maybe some signage about how if the door is closed it's occupied would be helpful. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Good location and friendly staff they can arrange tours and even a taxi to the airport for you. The room was spacious, comfy beds with curtains and side light. No aircon in my room, but it is OK with the fan. There is a bar with affordable food Cons: showers (have hot water) but need something where you can put your stuff.

My friend and I LOVED this hostel. It was our first stop on our destination. We arrived a day late because we had a super long layover in China and they didn't cancel the reservation or anything! They were very friendly in telling us where everything was. One girl even helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The rooms were comfortable with quite enough room. We were in a 10 bed room. Each bed has a certain which was super nice, a pillow and blanket (obviously) a light, and outlet. Also, a drawer for your personal belongings where you can put a lock. The room had 24 hour fans and the air conditioning was off for a short period of time during the day, but we found it to be the times we were out exploring. The hostel had a great view of the road we were on, which felt safe. It was on a road with all hostels. Upon exploring my friend and I also found a wonderful restaurant around the corner. However, the food served at the hostel was also delicious. The food was cooked fresh and served fast. I loved the iced cocoa and my friend loved the ice mocha. This is most definitely a place to stay for cheap and to get your money's worth. They also had free water for everyone in the hostel which was always a bonus!

The place is very clean, well located, plenty of activities available for booking (if you book throu them, you'll have a free breakfast voucher, which is a plus). Staff speaks English pretty good, and they are very helpful.
