Lovely place in the neighbourhood of our apartment. We not only received an extra free of charge appetizer, but also the dish of the day to taste. The main dish we ordered (mix grill for 4 people) was delicious and fresh, especially the burgers were to die for. And huge, no one will leave this place hungry.The lady who waited on us was very friendly and genuinely interesed in our opinion. The house wine was very tasty, same as the dessert we received in the end. Highly recommend if you want to try traditional green cuisine!

Ich bin durch Zufall am Restaurant Mezedolyra, abseits der Touristenströme, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Nea Chora Beach entfernt, vorbeigekommen! Der äußere Eindruck hat mir aber gleich so gut gefallen, dass wir am Abend zum Essen dort hingegangen sind. Die sehr liebenswerte und überaus freundliche Chefin/Bedienung erläuterte alle unsere Fragen zu verschiedenen Gerichten, erfüllte Änderungswünsche und sprach neben Englisch auch noch Deutsch! Tolle Atmosphäre und sehr faire Preise! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder

Best meal I have ever had in my entire life. The portions are generous and the steak was delicious. It gives an awesome Greek household atmosphere! Is a must if you visit Chania!

Real Greek tavern. Delicious food and great atmosphere. Main dishes only with meat. No Fish or seafood!

The food is good, portions big, lower prices compared to downtown being more of a terrace for locals, nice and clean. All good!

Eine traditionell griechische Taverne mit einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin mit großem Herz und einer unverkennbaren Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie. Das Essen ist wunderbar und das Ambiente zeigt die Handschrift der Chefin. Wir kommen sicher beim nächsten Besuch im Chania wieder! Danke für zwei sehr schöne Abende, Sissi!
