My review can be summarized like this. I have been in multiple places in Rome and as tasty pizza as in Funkys i found in just 1 place that was an 130 year old really famous restaurant. I strongly recommend the Truffle pizza, but pretty much everything is amazing, and the slices are gigantic!

Amazing food and excellent prices. It could be on the top places to eat for your money that i ever seen in Europe. 5 cheeseburgers (McChicken size) 2 large fries, one slice of pizza, 2 souces and one Coca Cola 1 L for only 19 euros

I’d say without any hesitation that this is the best pizza I could find in whole Chania. I mean even restaurants serving pizza on their menu with full price didn’t taste as good as this. You won't believe that you only have to pay 2-3 euro for a slice ( which is perfectly enough, some might require two) but taste and good price - this place is a win - win! Not too many options if you don't eat pork, but still I could choose from two vegetarian and a turkey pizza. Open almost whenever you feel hungry 👍🏽☺️

Funky’s was less than 5 minutes of walking from Chania’s main bus station, the pizza was served to us immediately and we paid 4.5€ for two slices. Our pizza was delicious, the dough was thin, cheese nicely melted, there was a generous amount of toppings on top of each slice and there were plenty of flavours to choose from. We sat on a bench in a nearby park as the place itself looked small.

The pizza is fantastic. Tried only the basic margarita one, but it was an absolute 10 point one. The dough, cheese, tomato paste - all great. Very cheap (considering Creta to be a top tourist island) and many varieties. Evening time might get busy, but worth of to wait. Enjoy!

Fast and delicious! One of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy. Sure it is vastly different from italian pizza, but damn they're delicious! One of the big slices to go is seriously filling during the summer heat, but I've since come back and ordered a family sized pizza, too. And it's just as delicious the next day! Either cold left overs for breakfast or reheated in the oven for lunch (I've tried and loved both). Despite the many patrons staff is still super friendly and helpful! We even got one pizza half-half with two different toppings. Oh and its such a steal! Perfect if you're traveling on a budget or still kinda young and regularly broke haha Proof that you don't have to spend a lot to get some delicious food! :)

I’ve not actually visited Funky’s, but the delivery phone service is a let down. We were told we could not order food for delivery as we did not have a Greek phone number… very strange in a world of mobile phones and tourism. We were offered no explanation. I’m sure the food is great, so I’ve left a 4 so as to not distort the place’s ratings unfairly. Will try and visit on foot and edit this post!!

Seriously the best pizza in the world! Seriously! Amazing. Really really delicious. I ate the Greek pizza and my wife and son ate Margherita and we were all extremely satisfied! Highly recommended :)

It'a a very common stop at night while is one of the few 24 hours fast food restaurants in the center of Chania. The staff are polite and despite the huge workload they usually have, they are very fast and you don't have to wait for more than 3-4 minutes. The pizza is very tasty but could be a bit cheaper. Overall is worth visiting.

Fast, efficient, delicious. We took a chance on the Gyros pizza, usually we like to play it safe and go with an old faithful like pepperoni or cheese and Tom, but so glad we tried this. It was delicious! Freshly made, with fresh ingredients. I actually keep thinking about it and it’s been a whole 24hours🤣. I’ll be back to try the variety of other toppings they have. By far one of the best pizzas in Chania.

Tasteful pizzas with a lot of choices. My personal favourite is the potato pizza as the potatoes are very sweet. Fast billing and excellent friendly service. Prices are actually low for what you get as slices are big (size of two medium pizza slices). For the atmosphere, there are standing tables but if move towards the entrance of the old town there are multiple places to sit and enjoy. Definitely recommend!

I stayed in Chania for three nights and went to Funky's at least 10 times. Really great pizza slices for a great price. Always fresh. Theres a long line but it goes by VERY fast. You won't be standing for longer than a minute or two. Margarita slice is €1.80, they're the freshest. The staff are both nice and very efficient, the keep the line moving smoothly. I'm the morning they have breakfast pastries. Pizza's start at 10am. Coffee here is great too. €1.80 for a cappuccino with a free bottle of water. Theres no seating in the restaurant, but there's plenty of benches nearby in the parkette across the street. I asked one of the workers of they have any other locations. They have another one in Thessaloniki. He also said they closed down the first location because it was TOO busy. Imagine that. Funky's was definitely the highlight of my trip to Chania. Check it out.

How does this place exist? One of the best slices in Greece, so many veggie options, the price is ridiculously affordable. Service is wild, I thought they made a mistake because my slice was ready within a minute. The hype is deserved!

Good quality products for very reasonable prices. The only downside is that there is no where to sit, all is take-away or orders. Large variety of products from pizzas to salads and sandwiches. Everybody can be satisfied vegetarians as well as meet lovers. Highly recommend!

Great place to have a good quality street food very quickly. Pizza is awesome, pancakes are sweet and big. Coffee is strong 👌also there are nice varieties of a salads to take away available. I truly recommend!

Best pizza & its quality. We enjoyed eating pizza & vegetarian sallads. Service was also nice & super fast, at the same time they also maintain cleanliness. All bins packets were regularly checked and changed. If in future i will go Chania, then i will never miss eating pizza by Funky's. We will never forget. 😍 I loved those pizzas.

Really fast and efficient service. Pizza was better than average. Nice size slices and the price is phenomenal. The dough needs a little salt. The slices are warm/cool when I got it (I prefer a nice hot slice) Would I get it again without question !!

I’ve traveled through the island and this is the only bad experience I’ve had with local people who usually are more than welcoming. I came here around 06:00 AM for a coffee. The guy was really unkind. The guy was particularly nasty. Barely a "hello", not a "thank you", no benevolence whatsoever. It's a good thing we have a large team to fall back on...

We have been in Crete for 3 weeks and we have been here more times than i can count. Great food with excellent prices. Fast and friendly service open 24/7. You get a water bottle with your coffee. The only place I found that does this. We will miss you🤩

The most delicious cheap pizza on island Crete. I came to this place always if i am in Chania and always it was amazing. Sure try everything (fresh orange juice and pizzas is recomended from me)

A hectic fast-paced takeaway pizza place. Large and cheap slices, very fast service. Can order by slice or full pizzas. Variety of options. Also premade salads available and other fast food options like burgers.

We ate there a total of 8 nutella crepes during our vacation. Would come back every day. They are amazing and super cheap. They also put a lot a lot of nutella inside and are very quick.

Funky's is a great option for pizza in Chania. We had it recommended to us by two locals, so we gave it a shot. There's one uptown and one down on the east end of the harbor/marina. Pizza is very good and inexpensive. Whole pizzas or by the slice.

It's a cafe/pizzaria. Cheap, cheerful, very popular with the locals and always busy!! Reasonable prices and you can buys singles slices here, creps and sandwiches. Always a good option and they do take away.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had and for 1.80euros a slice its a bargain. Unreal the quality, taste and cost. Recommend 100% a must go.

Ordered pizza, Greek salad and crepe to deliver at the Airbnb. Even though I didn’t had a Greek number, the staff made the arrangements to still delivery the order. 15 mnts later they were delivering the dinner. The pizza was big (42 cm), and the don’t make any savings on the toppings. Definetly well served. The same was true to the crepe and the salad. Really good food, nice service, and the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend it. The only “critic” that I can make is the menu only being in Greek, with no English option, but… nothing you can’t solve with google lens! Next time I came to Chania I know where to get pizza!

It is by far the most popular fast food restaurant in the center of chania. Very good pizza and also good prices, very cheap. They are super quick with bringing your food.

Cheap and tasty pizza from what looked like the hardest working staff in Crete. Great value for money for the size of slices you get.

Great pizza for very reasonable price! We ate there a couple times. There is not really anyplace you can eat inside. There is a couple small standing table outside. Ideal for a quick bite or take away. Pizza is delicious and fresh. It's not the place to make friends with the staff since it is a very very busy restaurant. They are very efficient and quick. They will take your order within 5sec so forget about the hello/goodbye!

If it had a parking lot, I would have given the place 5 stars (can' blame everyone for everything)! Great pizza and portions, reasonable prices! Will get some pizza again soon and again and again. Don't miss getting a slice and walking down the pedestrian. Maybe on your way you might decide to return for another one (when is one slice enough?)

Once in Chania, you have to pass by Funky's for a quick delicious pizza slice. Fast service, almost wait time is null and many different pizza toppings. Value to service and food is just perfect. I recommend truffle pizza, gyros pizza and carbonara pizza (picture attached).

Great pizza! Best value for money. It can be pretty crowdy sometimes, around a lunch time, so it might be a good idea to avoid it at that time.
