This dining experience was extremely enjoyable. The hostess met us with a smile and promptly sat us. Our server, Sue, was fun, spunky, attentive, and helpful. The 4 in our group chose a different dish, and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I highly recommend the Stuffed Grouper and Lobster Bisque Soup. Our guests enjoyed the Prime Rib special and BBQ Ribs and Chicken Combo. The entire staff was friendly, and the open air dining overlooking water was a bonus.

The coconut chicken was amazing! Surf and turf was good, not great. (lobster was chewy and filet wasn't the best quality) Surprisingly large portion of calamari was very good. The French fries had some kind of batter on them and were amazing! Overall a great experience!

Took my Wife here on her birthday while in St. Thomas and we absolutely loved it. First of all the 2 for 1 special for happy hour was great until 7pm. The food was delicious and affordable. The Menu had many options to choose from. The view was great and the service was exceptional. If your visiting St. Thomas I definitely recommend The Green House. We simply told our taxi driver we wanted to go to a nice place and this was his choice. We loved it!!!

First time my husband and I are visiting St.Thomas VI for one week. We came here for dinner and took advantage of 2-4-1 drinks and happy hour special between 4:30-7:00pm. It was also Tuesday (Lobster Mania) so I ordered an 8 ounce lobster with plantains and black beans. My husband had the lobster bisque soup. After visiting several different restaurants on the islands of St. Thomas and St. John, this was our least favorite. My husband took one sip of the drink (Banana Baileys) and did not like it. The crab rolls were average. My husband ended up ordering food from another location and eating it back in the room. The location is right off the main strip in the capital Charlotte Amalie, which makes it perfect. The window seats are prime for city views. If there was live music, that may have made the experience more enjoyable. The playlist they had playing was playing on and off during our our visit. Best: our server Phil was very courteous and personable. I provided all of these suggestions in the guest comment card attached to our bill. Also not quite sure how persons with wheelchairs are to access the restroom located upstairs.

We had a party of 19 with kids. (Divided into 2 tables) We arrived at 5pm and got right in. Got 2 for 1 happy hour. Heads up - Both drinks come out at once. We tried the bang bang shrimp, conch fritters, bang bang calamari- all great! I got the lobster trail ($33). My husband got the crab legs and they were a little price ($115) and not as fresh as the states which make sense. It took about an hour to get our food. Again big group. We had 2 orders not come out with the rest of the food. Not a big deal because we had apps. One has bang bang shrimp tacos and the other steak tacos. They tried to give them lobster bang bang tacos. One took them and the other doesn’t like sea food so she has to wait 15 mins for the food. Again not a big deal. Our waitress gave us a 10% discount. Great! However when the bill came things changed. She brought 1 bill and when we asked her she could split it she got super annoyed and talked away from the table. Just tell us no I can’t split the bill. The walking away really rubbed me the wrong way after we were super under standing with the food situation.

We have been here numerous times, go during happy, hour even the shakes are bogo! Our regulars are the Crab Cakes, Lobster Thermidor, and The Jerk Chicken Wrap with Plantains. We have been with as little as two people and a group of 7, service and food has always been great.

First time in the Caribbean, and my group of friends and I decided to try out this restaurant during lunch. Overall, we were thrilled and satisfied. We were seated within minutes. Once we placed our orders with Serah, she brought our drinks over right away. Appetizers came out within 10 minutes. Our entrees came out within the next 10 minutes. We were done eating and out of there in 1.5 hours, and onto our next adventures. After a few experiences with other restaurants in the area, in giving The Greenhouse a 5-stars review for their quick and friendly customer service. It's also conveniently right by all the boutique and shops.

Cold beer. Fantastic stuffed Caribbean lobster. Add a great view of the super moon. It was a great experience!!

The food is good and they have a lot to choose from. Seafood, steak or salads. The portions are island size but the prices are still U.S.

Sue was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. Her banter and jokes made the entire experience excellent! Food is well done bar food with plenty of options for everyone. Not anything that's going to blow your mind, but still quite tasty and we'll worth their affordable prices!

Great little place to eat at on the main road in St. Thomas. There is plenty of seating available and options such as booths, tables, outside, your choice! The food was really good and once we did order, the food began arriving quite quickly. We had a great time and would definitely return!

My wife and I came home (for her) to visit and try new places that have opened since her last visit. We were seated promptly and the atmosphere was relaxing with an amazing view of the harbor. Parking was somewhat challenging as there is limited free parking. We came during happy hour and for the 2 for 1, however we wished they would have staggered the drinks as by the time we got to the 2nd drink it was mostly melted. We both had chicken wings that were good well and seasoned. We also tried the Mexi-skins which were tasty, but the food was average and slightly over price for the quality received.

** EDIT**** After having a great lunch experience we decided to go back the next day for dinner.. dinner was a train wreck!! It started with the hostess giving our table away to another group that walked in as we were standing and waiting for him to put it together. Then we finally get seated and our waiter was not good. It took me 2 hours to get my crab cakes, he originally put my order in wrong and then when he put it in again I waited 45 mins before asking where it was.. he then gave me excuses as to why it was taking so long. He went to check and told me it would be out in 60 seconds as they were plating it ( he then proceeded to walk out of the establishment) He came back in about 10 mins later and I still did not have my food. At this point I was beyond upset. He went and got an older gentleman which I assume was the manager who apologized and the waiter attempted to place blame on our table for his mistakes and it taking 2 hours to get our food. The gentleman stated he would clear the bill for our table but then came back and stated he would take 70% off, obviously this was an issue as he already stated he was clearing the bill for the table due to so many issues. Overall we were satisfied that the meal was cleared but we wouldn't be suggesting this establishment to anyone in the future. It really is sad that we had such a great lunch experience and a terrible dinner experience. ******* Original Review****** Stopped in for lunch because of the views. The food was amazing!! Great place for some classic food options. Prices are a little high but the staff is friendly and the food was really good.

Portions are small for the price. The chicken, 3.5 maduros and 2 spoon fulls of Mac and cheese were nearly $30. The food was good but the portions aren’t big and the waiter only came once after ordering, I had to keep flagging him down.

This place was so great my wife and I went twice while we were in St. Thomas. The food was absolutely amazing, and I can’t recommend the prime rib, French dip and coconut shrimp enough! All entrees came out very quickly, and were perfectly cooked. Beautiful backdrop of the water that you will get to see while you’re eating. The happy hour special was a little confusing as it was buy 1 get 1 free and they brought all our drinks out once, but gave us an ice bucket to keep them cold in. Overall, I would happily go back for the food again!
