Probably one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. The wings were extremely small, the taste was ok but nothing compared to other brew dog wings. The chipotle coleslaw was unfortunately one of the most disgusting dishes I've ever had, it had way too much vegan mayo dressing and not enough vegetables, I left most of it as I couldn't force myself to finish it, and I'm not a picky eater. Overall really really disappointed and will never be back. If you want wings you're better off at KFC tbh.

Went here for wing Wednesday and it was a massive disappointment even at the seemingly reasonable price point. The service for the wings themselves was slow, but understandable. My biggest problem is the wings themselves. The coating is far too thick and the wings in general were extremely salty. Whilst eating them it became clear that the whole thing is just a cheap sham to make people buy extra beer by making the wings borderline inedible with salt, and filling with coating. I respect the hustle, but it didn't make for a pleasurable experience. Also having only one flavour of wing (buffalo) gets tiring after the first plate. The last bit of salt in the wound (or should I say, tongue) of my wing wednesday experience was the sheer cheek of the place to charge £1 for an extra pot (about 10ml) of mayo. What a rip-off, which I didn't discover until the bill. To this day, I have never been in a restaurant that charged extra for ketchup or mayo and Brewdog became the first. Overall Brew dog is a nice atmosphere place, with a good selection of beer, but the sheer cheap-stake-ness of the wing Wednesday left a sour (or should I say salty) taste in my mouth about the brand in general. I will be back for drinks, but I think I have been put off of trying their food for good, if this is how they do.

BrewDog very respectable and friendly pub restaurant. Fantastic music 👌 really pushing the right buttons. Just a great place to drink. Also great service with these lovely ladies called Hannah and Morgan. Also drinking cider, good taste sweet and dry.

Tasty beer and delicious food! As a group of eleven, we spent a Sunday evening in the brewdog pub in Reading. We made a reservation, which would not have been necessary, due to the quite low number of guests. We were able to try small samplers of their beers before settling for one option. The beer variety is big (with some good IPA’s – Hazy Jane for instance) and the food is delicious. Their buffalo wings are really amazing and you should definitely give them a go (if you enjoy spicy food).

I went in for Wings Wednesday and it was very busy - our first order took an hour to come to the table, I think the kitchen was really backed up. But Alissya and Angus working the upstairs were brilliant - keeping us updated, bringing our beers and food as quickly as they could. Thank you to them!

My experience at BrewDog Reading with a group of 20 people was nothing short of fantastic. Despite booking on short notice, the staff was incredibly accommodating, securing a spacious area for us. Friendly staff, great food, and an impressive selection of craft beers, it is the ultimate choice for gatherings with friends and family. Highly recommend!

Great beer, a load of beer you can't find in the shops and a good atmosphere, will definitely be going back to try some more of the menu.

Great atmosphere, in another cool building. Table was booked for food but wasn't really big enough to seat 5. Also no cutlery or napkins on the table so had to ask for them. Waited a while for food but once it arrived it was good as usual.

I took my fighter there for her 18th Birthday on Christmas eve as I thought she would find it cool, it was dead which was a shame at 7pm on Christmas eve, I thought it would be busier. The girl behind the bar was a lovely, bubbly and polite, the service was good but the food wasn't great, I had a plant based chicken burger with avocado. There was very small amount of mashed avocado, no salad and it the chicken was dry as a bone, I had to cover it in mayonnaise to make it palatable. Very disappointed 😞

This was a 2nd visit for ‘wing wednesday’ and it couldn’t have been more different from the first. When the first tray of wings finally arrived, some of the separate dips we ordered were missing, we also put in a request for the next round of wings which eventually turned up after several prompts and about half an hour. Unfortunately this was the only refill we got despite asking 5 times. Overall the staff were rude and uninterested, if a request was anything to do with food they weren’t interested. Clearly understaffed and undertrained. It wasn’t just our table that was having this issue, we overheard at least 3 other groups complaining and receiving just as uninterested reactions. As I mentioned our previous visit was at the other end of the scale with great and regular service. When we did get food it was really tasty, hot and fresh, but it was far from unlimited or bottomless wings as the service just was non-existent. On top of that, when we went to pay they had managed to merge our table with someone elses orders which took them 2 attempts to rectify as they tried to charge for drinks/items never received. It’s unlikely I would return after this visit, and I certainly won’t be recommending either.

My wife booked us a table here for my birthday, and we were both very impressed with the entire experience. The beer was great, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly & helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be returning in the future with friends! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Would give 5 but for me the wings came out a little to slow for an unlimited wings, we found ourselves Waiting 30-35 minutes per plate and after your fist plate, you only get small bowls of 5 wings rather than the larger plate of 10 which you only get at the beginning. I don't mind small plates as I understand it's to minimize waste about 30 minutes a plate is a bit much. However the wings themselves where amazing, the hot sauce they used was extremely tasty, one of the best set of wings I've had and not over the top in spice, all my wings where hot to the touch and just fell apart. I would definitely go back just for the wings. There was a large selection of beer, lager and stout and the 4 I had where very nice and high percentage 😜 🍻🍻, the atmosphere inside was great and the whole pub was well kept . Definitely coming back

Amazing night. We signed up for the £1 beer school and it was great fun reading about the beers, the “five sniffs” and all about the beers. Loads of laughs and great beer! The guys working were lovely too, thank you Maddox and Molly

My mate Tony and I did the Beer Tasting Experience - excellent. Didn't think different cheese went well with different beers. Our host was very knowledgeable and friendly. The people we shared a table with for the experience were nice too and we all joined in together. Recommended.

What can I say it's a Brewdog pub so you know exactly what it's going to be like but you go there for exactly this reason! Amazing selection of BrewDog beers on tap and all perfectly poured with some great guest beers as well. I like that you can easily try these before you buy as some of them can be quite unusual! It's also great that they have a fridge stacked with a wide variety of the canned and bottled offerings so you have a really wide choice! Try Layer Cake if you like a sweet stout! I had a great burger as well it was busy and I was told it could be an hour wait for food but it came out perfectly cooked about 20 minutes later so can't fault that at all! Lovely burger with great toppings! Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable it's located away from the high street which is not a bad thing and I would highly recommend a visit!

We visited for family dinner with our 5 years old and for business at the same time to check beers for our pub. The place was %30 full. We placed our order at 7:15 online. They came to our table and said that we would be waiting for 45 mins for food and kids must leave at 8 pm. We ask for exception because of kid and cook our food earlier so we could eat quickly. They said no because of other waiting orders. Maybe carbon negative, vegan friendly but definitely doesn’t want kids get in their way even if they have kids menu.

Good beer and a tasty burger. Also fun place to play pinball. Batman 66 has an issue with the right flipper sticking and ACDC lower playfield goes into ball search. Otherwise fantastic.

The beer is great, nice bar, nice staff. The food is good too, it's just WAY too expensive. You'll be paying around £20 for a burger and chips which is absolutely not worth it. Can also take a long time to arrive

Pretty disappointed, which is a shame. Booked a table for food, but it was very quiet so no need. We missed our train so phoned to say we were running late, no answer, so emailed. Once we arrived was surprised how quiet they were for a Friday. Not a very warm welcome, demanded to see our ID (I am 46, daughter 19). Ordered food and drinks, the food took ages to arrive, but the place was nearly empty. I was expected to eat without a fork, no body asked how our food was, no offer of a fork.... Went looking for the toilet and got shouted at! So we drank up and left asap. Pity because we had just been to Brewdog Aberdeen and it was completely the opposite, so friendly, so helpful and very prompt service. Reading you are letting the side down!

All fine, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a clean environment and a comfortable atmosphere. Decent range of beers, pricing was reasonable and the atmosphere was inviting.

Went there for a drink with friends. It was quite crowded and the staff friendly. Noticed that the staff kept the place clean and possibly disinfected between customers. However, the food there was dismal. We ordered every single type of wings on the menu and though they took a while to arrive (expected with the crowd), the food had a sour taste to it (vinegar?). I then went on to order the "kluck Norris" burger. And for the £13.75 I paid, I'd say the quality was pretty bad. There was too much mayo, the covering for the chicken was burnt badly and very hard to eat. Had to throw 90pc of it. I did mention this to the person serving us but all we got was a cursory "oh" followed by a half hearted mumbled apology. My friends were happy with the beer, but we all agree that the food was the worst. All in all, this is a pricey place with decent beer choices and bad food.

Big group of us went out and seating was avail on fii night. Great location however food came out randomly and some after 1 and a half hours. Quality is good as is the beer. excellent place to visit but could do a significant amount to improve

Absolutely awesome food and beer. As well staff! We got a beer for free as their printer was broken so they delayed our food which we don’t mind. As well nice an clean place. Great atmosphere!

Great selection of beer's, very welcoming & knowledgeable staff, good selection of food. Recommended for a beer or two & a little bite to eat. Easy walking distance from the station if you get delayed!

We had an awful brunch here. There were 4 of us and we were the only ones in the restaurant. We all ordered at the same time, the buffalo chicken burger was ordered with a side of fries and these were forgotten. A medium order of buffalo wings came and only had 7 wings, when the portion size is 12. Two orders of the blueberry pancakes were made and there were no blueberries in them, they were burnt, greasy, had barely any syrup and the bacon was so salty it hurt our mouths. Not to mention they arrived when the other two had already finished their meals. Safe to say we didn't eat them. Clearly the chef just couldn't be bothered. They should stick to what they know, beer.

Got all-you-can-eat Wings Wednesday where they serve you 12 chicken, cauliflower, or seitan wings, and then topups of 5 each time. You have to book online in advance. Unfortunately no mix and match so a bit boring eating the same thing, so you don't end up eating as many as you can. The chicken wings themselves were okay - batter quite thick and sauce maybe a bit too salty.

Disappointed with my experience here, seeing as friends highly recommended Brewdog. We arrived and it was packed, which is a good sign, sat up upstairs. Ordered food after a 15 min wait the manager came to tell us about the wait of 1.5hrs. He offered a refund or drink through the wait. We decided to stay-might aswell see what the fuss is about. When the food did come it was cold! At this point we just wanted to eat and go.
