This
was
a
2nd
visit
for
‘wing
wednesday’
and
it
couldn’t
have
been
more
different
from
the
first.
When
the
first
tray
of
wings
finally
arrived,
some
of
the
separate
dips
we
ordered
were
missing,
we
also
put
in
a
request
for
the
next
round
of
wings
which
eventually
turned
up
after
several
prompts
and
about
half
an
hour.
Unfortunately
this
was
the
only
refill
we
got
despite
asking
5
times.
Overall
the
staff
were
rude
and
uninterested,
if
a
request
was
anything
to
do
with
food
they
weren’t
interested.
Clearly
understaffed
and
undertrained.
It
wasn’t
just
our
table
that
was
having
this
issue,
we
overheard
at
least
3
other
groups
complaining
and
receiving
just
as
uninterested
reactions.
As
I
mentioned
our
previous
visit
was
at
the
other
end
of
the
scale
with
great
and
regular
service.
When
we
did
get
food
it
was
really
tasty,
hot
and
fresh,
but
it
was
far
from
unlimited
or
bottomless
wings
as
the
service
just
was
non-existent.
On
top
of
that,
when
we
went
to
pay
they
had
managed
to
merge
our
table
with
someone
elses
orders
which
took
them
2
attempts
to
rectify
as
they
tried
to
charge
for
drinks/items
never
received.
It’s
unlikely
I
would
return
after
this
visit,
and
I
certainly
won’t
be
recommending
either.
