The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are very spacious! The staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my TV that was quickly resolved. It is a great location in walking distance to many restaurants and convention center. Wish we had a chance to use the pool! Would highly recommend.

Front desk staff was different everyday. The few front desk staff we interacted with didn’t seem to have answers to our questions, nor did they make an effort to find the answer. One woman even said “I don’t know, they don’t tell me anything.” The same woman sent us to the bar to get hot water so we can make tea instead of offering/mentioning room service. The cups were so hot and we had to take them up to our room. One night I asked the front desk if the hotel had bath slippers as “luxury hotels” typically do. She said “we don’t have those here.” The next night I asked a different person at front desk, and she was able to have them sent right up to our room. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet did not flush properly and the water would not go down quick enough in the sink. Not very luxurious for what we paid for. Location was awesome and convenient for those wanting to explore the city. The service we received from William and Jeremy at Coin Bar was the only highlight of staying at this hotel.

I received exceptional customer service from start to finish. Check in was quick and easy as well as check out. I loved the different places you could sit and work or relax. I had access to charging ports which were super important. The rooms were very clean and the food and drinks were great. It was great location for walking, even solo at night. Security was present but not overbearing. Although in the heart of downtown walking from the parking garage was safe and easy. The valet looked after you if you were waiting in the pull in area. I cannot wait for my next visit.

If I could give 6 stars I would! We stayed at Omni Grove Park Inn two years ago for our anniversary. My husband and I thought at the time the accommodations, the friendliness, the constant attention we were given was nothing short of stellar. Fast Forward two years 5/20/2023 to our anniversary stay at another Omni location (Charlotte) and we’ve been amazed yet again. If I’m honest, we’ve been amazed even more with this hotel. So, we arrived 4 hours before actual check-in from Winston-Salem NC. We never expected our room to be actually ready at that time (just thought we’d chill at the bar and relax).. Well, our room was in fact ready, and after finding out it was our anniversary (so kind of them to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion) we then received the most incredible upgraded corner room with 360 views of uptown Charlotte. In addition to the upgrade, our early check-in was waived, and we received several drink vouchers. Marcus was the BEST times 100!!! So much so that if he ever leaves and goes to another hotel, we hope he’d notify us. So don’t let him go!!! When I say we felt like a king and queen on our anniversary at this hotel… Call me “Charlotte,” and my husband “George.” I seriously cannot wait to book our next stay! Thank you, Omni for always making us feel like actual family!

We were in town for the Joe and Fantasia concert and opted to stay at the Omni. The service was amazing and very efficient. From the concierge, valet, to the check in front desk staff. They were all great! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Charlotte and has beautiful city views. We’ll definitely be back in the future. Special thanks to Clarissa the front desk check in agent on being absolutely amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I live in Charlotte but needed a break from everyday life. I booked 2 nights and did nothing but lounge and order room service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I’m hard to please with food. However, I was truly impressed by every single meal that I ordered. Every meal had great portion sizes, seasoned perfectly, and was filling. I also wanted to mention that I felt safe because you can’t even go up the elevators without a room key. I will be back, even if it’s for another staycation!

Staff was good and accommodating. Room was nice. If you are looking for a fine dining hotel, this isn’t it. Menu is good for lunch but dinner menu is lacking for options. Ordering breakfast for in room service was awful. Breakfast came in “to go” boxes with no place to serve two people in the room. Breakfast eggs and sides were cold. No jam or butter for dry toast. Breakfasts for two 60+ dollars? Good place to stay but find a better place for meals.

We were only at the Omni for one night and spent a short time in the room. All of the staff we interacted with were welcoming and helpful. The room was well-appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The coin-based art is a nice touch. I would love to be able to stay longer to enjoy the amenities and dining options. I loved the city view from our room. It would have been a short walk to the Spectrum Center.

The over all experience really. The hotel was very noisy and from the walls not sounding insulates and hearing every word people said in the hall and other rooms to every door slam. Not counting the pool bar I think maybe the music was coming from most the night. There was a man on the street corner beating a drum for money and you could hear him as if he was in the room with you. Online it did not say the restaurant was closed. You have to order at the bar and sit and wait. If you need another drink go back to the bar. The meal I asked for came wrong and it was not worth getting a new one. This was upsetting as we picked this place fore the upscale environment and restaurant. Our room view sucked as we looked at the reflection of a next door building. I booked way in advance and asked for a high floor with a view. The phone in the room didn't work had to use it on speaker. The shower head didn't work fully and was a weak shower. The valet service was nice and the people were great. In the end we needed an extra night to finish the convention but debated finding another place to stay. With all the gear we had to haul it was not worth moving it and stayed an extra night.

All in all, not a bad hotel. The rooms are interestingly shaped due to the interesting shape of the hotel itself. Our room looked like it had not be completely cleaned up when we arrived, so someone came up and cleaned it for us (which was much appreciated). Parking was $45 for the night. I think that is the most I have ever paid for parking, so be aware. There is no complimentary breakfast, but there are many places to eat around the hotel.

We loved our recent stay at this hotel. When we checked in, we had a small issue with our room but they quickly switched our room with no questions asked and even brought the keys up for the new room. Also, I ended up leaving a few items behind in my room and Marlon was extremely helpful and so kind in making sure I received all missing items the very next day. A huge shoutout to him and the cleaning crew!!

The staff were incredible. From the moment we arrived in the parking area, we were treated with respect and promptness. The dining area was very impressive, and the drinks were great. The front desk personnel were very helpful and very polite. I look forward to booking any future visits to Charlotte, North Carolina with this hotel.

The Omni Charlotte was in the perfect location for us. We were within walking distance of the dinner and dessert spots we chose. The Coin Bar and pool atmosphere was very relaxing. Ja'Sean was the young man that checked us in. He was great about providing information about what was happening at the hotel as well as helping us with dinner plans. Everyone greeted us warmly at the Omni. Our King Suite was clean and spacious. It had a couch and table sitting area for four people. We would definitely stay here again.

I attended a corporate event yesterday for Union Home Mortgage for a day long conference. My review is for the banquet services for the banquet room, food and service staff. I gave 5 stars because the event the entire day was managed with great care from the Omni Staff and they demonstrated great guest care. The food service was arranged in a concise, thoughtful, methodical and convenient manner. The food was good and the presentation was done very well. The room was stocked with beverages and snacks, the servicing staff all I observed were so courteous and efficient. The day was a pleasure and great accommodation was given by the hotel staff to help make that happen. They all deserve kudos for a day we done.

If you've ever wondered how someone can find a luxury hotel room without breaking the bank, ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ is the answer. Trust me, I just got this room at a fraction of the usual price. I stayed for 3 nights at a king bed room, the smaller room. I read the reviews and decided to go into it with an open mind. The room was not very clean. I saw hair balls from the moment I went in, and the water at the restaurant tasted bad. Those are the only negatives I had. The service at the front desk, restaurant, bar, and valet were great. The location is perfect, and there are a few restaurants on the first floor of the hotel building. The lighting in the room was dim, but it wasn't meant to be a hospital, so it was expected. I loved the pillows, one of the best sleeps I have had in a long time. The room was close to the elevators but it was not noisy. At the time of checkout, I received all the information through text, and my bill was emailed. Overall, I plan on returning soon.

We recently moved to Charlotte, so wanted to do a "staycation" to celebrate our 23rd Anniversary. We were BLOWN AWAY by our experience at the Omni Charlotte. The customer service was unbelievable. Truly! Everyone was so warm, so kind.. the attention to detail was over the top. (My husband loves the book "Unreasonable Hospitality" and our experience at the Omni was exactly that!) They helped us celebrate our anniversary with special treats, an anniversary card signed by the whole staff... I mean, who does that anymore!? Amazing! The location was perfect - we walked to every meal and activity. And our room was a stunning suite that had glass windows on almost all sides, overlooking the city. We didn't want to leave the room because those windows made it so nice - our own little retreat. We highly recommend the Omni Charlotte. We now plan to make this an annual tradition of celebrating our anniversary there every year!

This is the first time staying at this hotel. It’s a lovely hotel and service was on point. The staff was excellent. And great location. Room was nice. Just wish they had a bigger pool area and vending machines in areas where we could get things versus going to the desk.

Love this hotel! All employees from all areas of service were so kind and helpful!! The Coin Bar is not rooftop but it is open-air environment and makes you feel like you're on a rooftop resort. Beds were comfortable, rooms and common areas were clean. Definitely recommend visiting The Trade. As Hector or Celeste to make a drink for you!!

The Hotel is clean and a great location for uptown Charlotte life. You are within walking distance of many good restaurants. Staff is great in all areas. Pool, hallways and even the room smelled of pot the entire weekend. No shade at the pool unless you want to rent the special areas for $700. Spa services are still not available. Communication by management was poor other than the "scheduled" welcome emails and texts.

Great property! Great location in the downtown area! Spacious, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Valet parking. Quick check in. Text communication for needs and for check out. No need to call or go to the front desk. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed with a large group for three nights during a conference hosted in their ballrooms. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating during our stay. Rooms were extremely clean and the housekeeping staff was kind and personable. The bar and meal service was great, and I’d definitely recommend the Omni to anyone looking for a night away or for a group event.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful and spacious room. The only thing negative I have to say is that the rooms are not very sound proof. We were unlucky to be stuck between two rooms where the women staying in them decided to have lengthy phone calls until late in the night ! Since we were in town for conference and classes, we had early mornings and could have done without the loud phone calls and gossip until late hours of the night.

They really impressed us, the staff was so nice Marcus, Amanda, John , Ponder and Reggie. Also much more of the staff as well! They baby us up with everything. The hotel room was beautiful and romantic. Lovely views and easy access to everything and it’s connected to some shops in the hotel. Breakfast was nice and we just enjoyed every moment of it. I will pay again and again just to get treated like that again. They earned my reviews honestly. Please stay here if you can.

Quick weekend trip for NYE. The room was great and clean. Loved the long couch at the window and the bathroom was an excellent size and spacious. Ms. Clarissa at the front dress is amazing. Not only did she take good care of us and was very personable, I observed how she took the same great care with other guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked it because it was close to the spectrum center and stayed for 3 nights. It is beautiful, especially the lobby and hotel bar. Definitely go for a drink and a bite to eat! Loved that we were able to access downstair shops directly from the lobby, as well as other restaurants. The decor was modern with a warm touch. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed the Nest products - great touch! Staff was awesome, too. Highly recommend.

We love staying at the Omni hotels when we can. They just have a way of making you feel good. Perfect location in Charlotte for an event at Bank of America Stadium (short walk). Really nice hotel bar and bartenders, and the food was awesome at the bar as well. We felt very welcome. Oh and the valet guys are hustling!

Everyone was wonderful and the hotel is in a great location. Close to everything. Clarissa was especially great. She took the time to get to know us so that she could accommodate our needs. She upgraded us gave us a room that better suited our needs. She is wonderful! The motor lounge and restaurant and bar are exceptional as well. 5 stars

My girlfriends and I stayed at the hotel based off the reviews and the distance to the spectrum center. I think we made a great choice! We felt welcomed the moment we pulled in with our car and definitely will come back. The staff was inviting and greeted us with a smile anytime we needed to ask for directions or just passing by. We got back to the hotel pretty late at night and felt safe walking by ourselves back to the hotel and through the hotel.
