Staff was nice, motel was close to carowinds which was good. The room was what I call straightened up. The basics were not dirty, but it could use a deep clean and some big time maintenance. I will not stay here again.

My stay was extremely great! I don't know why they have these old pictures up because the rooms don't look nothing like this, they look way better because they have re-modeled. the front desk staff are really nice. i would recommend anyone to stay. one of the best hotels off nations ford compared to the others.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Wish we weren’t just passing through!. I loved my stay at the hotel. It was wonderful. The view from the window, the room was perfect, the location. There were many restaurants nearby and stores. I will definitely come back!

The rooms are remodel so they okay. Just few dust. Gotta light a candle or something. And you gotta clean up your own room. The area its okay. Just dont be too friendly. Stay in your lane. The owner its super nice and understanding tho.

Had an awesome stay. Check in was smooth and seamless. The front staff is very friendly, helpful & courteous. We had The Best nights' sleep that we've had in a very long time. I would recommend this motel6 in the region over Any other ever stayed at!

The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The door deadbolt didn't lock. The curtains were missing some hangers, so we had to rig to keep the light out. The lights above the vanity outside the bathroom didn't work. It provided us with what we needed for a few hours for us to rest & catch a flight in the morning since ours was delayed late at night due to weather. Would not have otherwise picked this hotel, but all the others closer to the airport were sold out.

Mannnnn, although they still had some remodeling to finish, our stay was wonderful. We stayed November 19 - 21, 2022. Room was very soundproof and clean. I went around looking for any unfriendly creatures, and did not see one. Hotel was right off of the highway, easy on easy off. We didn't have a an iron in our room but they were able to accommodate us with one, and returned next day. Can't remember the sweet lady who checked us in, but she came to make sure everything was good. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, stay here. No weird people outside or anything.

One of the best Motel 6 I have stayed in across the country!!! Beautiful and clean rooms with NO bugs and such a courteous and friendly staff. I am definitely going to keep this Motel 6 in my GPS because it is the BEST!! I highly reccomend this Motel 6- quiet, great beds, and oh so clean!! Staff was outstanding!! Great price too!!! No complaints - just praise! Bb

Middle of the night Mexicans start playing loud music close to my room. No body of management wad to be found to do anything about.. no coffee machine, no shampoo, no remote for TV. Worst place ever

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the room’s cleanliness and condition left a lot to be desired. Several lights didn’t work including the one over the sink. So we were getting ready in the dark. The toilet was slow to work. It was generally dirty. Even the inside of the ice bucket was dirty. And there was a bullet hole in the door.

Rooms are kept clean, and the service is awesome. Everyone at the front desk is always helpful. It's a good experience for sure. -----highly recommended------

Front desk people were nice. Room wasn't ready despite me getting there at the time it was supposed to be. Wrappers everywhere. Bed was not made and sheets from previous guest still in there in a pile beside tv. Old and used looking soap bar in shower.Heard police dogs outside and the police telling someone to "put you hands where they could see em". Add that with the fact that the building is kinda hidden from road made saftey feeling not great. Overall its a place to sleep but I'd look elsewhere if you have the money.

Great location, I love the privacy of being off the main road. Friendly service and the most helpful staff. Very pleased with my stay.

The "recent renovation" was merely a paint job. The cleaning staff need to learn for to clean and how not to throw away METAL POTS AND PANS AND SILVERWARE. They don't mop and just kind of tidy up not actually clean. Check out the nasty ceiling I cleaned while there, and the tub falling apart. Hot water mostly didn't work in the sink, sometimes it was scalding but usually only cold. Shower was nice and hot but really slow to drain so you're standing in water the whole time and if you've done any dishes in the tub bc you needed hot water then it'll stain the tub. The ac leaked into the room though did get fixed, had it on bc the outdated heat system was stuck on high, finally figured out the switch was broke. The bed was about as firm as the floor, would've been just as uncomfortable, and the pillows are the flatest I've ever had the misfortune of using. If it hadn't been dark when I checked in I would have just went to a campground and saved money. 85 is stupid for what the rooms are. The guy at the front desk didn't speak English well enough for me to convey how terrible this stay was or he didn't care. The older lady of the 2 I saw was really really helpful but the rest of the staff are not helpful.

The gentlemen behind the counter is so nice. The rooms are clean and smell wonderful. I would stay anytime. The service is wonderful. 😊😊😊😊

Can't say you get what you pay for. $93. They probably havnt replaced the mattress since they opened up umpteen years ago. Felt like I was going to be swallowed up. Gross bathroom. The first room they stuck us in the heat and tv didn't work. And no coffee makers in rooms.

This place should Re named the Motel 1 honestly. Yes it is freshly renovated however the renovation was not done professionally or up to building code. The ceiling in the bathroom is bubbling and dripping. The caulking was horrible. The beds are literally as hard as floor. There are 7 channels to watch on the television that has lines running through it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice young man (manager) went out of his way to make me feel safe. Even checked on me twice. Thank you.

I rarely leave bad reviews because businesses have off days and struggles...but daaaaaaang. This Motel 6 location was the stuff of nightmares. Dismissive staff; trash in the walkways and stairwells; old, beat up, dirty appliances; stinky, unclean rooms; shady characters hanging in the parking lot; sketchy location. My lights randomly shut off, leaving me freaked out and fumbling around in the dark. TV didn't work at all. The door to the room a few doors down was ajar the entire time I was there -- it looked like a fight had happened inside. It was trashed. Creeped me right out. If I hadn't had my two very big, very protective dogs with me, I'd have run screaming from the property. I did not feel safe or comfortable, but it was late and I had traveled far. For me, Motel 6 has always delivered simple, clean accommodations, but not this time. Read reviews people. If there are more bad than good, believe it. Steer clear of this location. Sorry, Motel 6, but yikes :/

About what you'd expect for a motel 6. Although no coffee in room or on lobby. Bright spot!! No grungy carpeting with mystery sticky spots. Vinyl floor throughout.

A recent remodel has been done. The rooms are fresh and in good repair. No more worn mattresses. Micro-fridge in every room. All carpet gone. Shower-tub replaced and "blinding white" clean. It's good basic lodging at economy rate. I think it's a better choice than the three other hotels near it. Two very good Honduran-Salvadoran eateries within walking distance.

I stay there all the time. It's never any issues. It's clean. And they have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them

This place is dirty and overprice for having roaches crawling everywhere, stink bugs and the ladies who do the cleaning are super rude and disrespectful. The owner is also rude and racist. Would not recommend at all
