Rooms were clean, and location was great. Very near restaurants and grocery items for your small kitchen. An only 8 miles from airport 🛫. Very nice pool and deck for relaxing after a hard days work. Also if your wife is with you, their is a nice nail salon close by to give her a break. I will be back.

Very spacious clean modern rooms with every comfort of home and a mini kitchen! Great breakfast buffet included. Location is close to an outlet shopping center, grocery store, restaurants, and the CLT airport. Win win all around!

The rooms are clean and spacious. Only staying one night but it would be my choice for an extended stay in the Charlotte, NC area. Pleasant, polite staff and they lobby has a modern decor with plenty of seating if you want to hang out there!!! Kudoos!!

Can't review the rooms but i cannot thank Andrew at the front desk enough for his service. After my flight was canceled, I booked a room here or thought I did. It was overbooked but Andrew was able to get me to another Marriott and paid for my Uber over. Great service!!

Although the pandemic is hopefully coming to a close, it is no time to relax standards of cleaning and disinfecting. Thankfully I travel with my own lysol spray, wipes, towels and pillow cases. If not for those items, I would have departed this hotel within 15 minutes of check in. There were hairs on the sheets, crud (of unknown origin) in the bathroom and other indicators that the room had not been deep cleaned in a while. Housekeeping changed the sheets upon request but this experience has made me consider even packing my own sheets! Simply put - Do better!

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are some of the best I've ever had. The breakfast??? Wish I could give them 6 stars!!! The lady in the mornings really goes out her way to provide an awesome, healthy and great variety of breakfast foods that rank top notch in quality. I loved the outside area as well! All in all I enjoyed EVERYTHING about my stay here!!

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Rooms are large and well equipped. Several restaurants within walking distance. Close to the airport. For shopping there is an Outlet Mall also within walking distance.

This hotel was amazing. It was clean on every floor we were on. Had coin laundry, gym and outdoor pool. The rooms were spacious, with almost a full size kitchen. Beds were comfortable and shower was big. Front desk and breakfast staff were super helpful and the hotel was very quite even with how close to the airport it was. Didn't hear anything from outside or next door rooms.

So it's a residence inn and has all the facilities you'd come to expect. However there are two negatives. 1) on Friday/Saturday nights and holidays (Christmas Eve) the locals seem to enjoy Drag Racing around the hotel in very noisy cars! Would recommend hotel but not on Friday/Saturday nights! 2) All of the fridges emit a loud knocking noise intermittently which if you're a light sleeper will keep you up.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Beautiful rooms; clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The food is good. Waffles, eggs, etc…

Very nice Residece Inn! I've stayed at many. This one must be new-ish or just very well cared for because it was immaculate! Staff was great! I had a very informative conversation with the guy at check-in about the area. We were down there house hunting for an imminent relocation, and he had some helpful info for me.

Noisiest hotel I have stayed at in years. I travel for a living. Hotel is one block away from the Freeway and on the approach end of the runway at Charlotte Airport. Truck, car, siren noise all night topped of with airplane noise. Absolutely horrible. Really nice room, but not even enjoyable during the day due to the noise.

This hotel is worth much more than 3 stars! Service, cleanliness are far above 5 stares! Thanks a lot for making our stay close to clt AirPort great. We will come back for sure!

So far I am not happy about their service. I felt some aggravation when I was checking in. Then when I called down to front desk and asked if they had any rooms with a door for the bedroom. All I got was they are sold-out tonight. No unfortunately we can't fulfill that request because we are sold-out. Just we are sold out. We will see what else is their behavior when I confront them on this.

They have a heated pool, a fire pit for social gatherings, outdoor games, laundry room, continental breakfast buffet, and friendly staff. They are also pet friendly and have an ATM on site. When I am in Charlotte, this is my "GO TO" spot.

There was a problem with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (stay-to-play for a cheer comp). Andrea, the hotel manager, took charge and fixed the problem even though it wasn't their fault the problem existed. Thank you!

This hotel has everything. Close to restaurants and the outlet mall. The staff was friendly and fun. I can't say enough about the complimentary breakfast. Outstanding!

It's better than the resort we stayed at in Myrtle Beach! The rooms were modern and technologically up to date! Everything was super clean! Super spacious, especially for a hotel near the airport, which is only 10 minutes away! The Charlotte Outlets are super nearby, only a 2 minute drive! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area!

As I was there on business it was a great stay. Beautiful clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was very deliand fresh each day. The pool was very nice clean and 90 percent of the day there's sun shinning on the pool.

Excellent customer service. Very clean. If the price wasn’t so high, I would definitely stay here every time I visit Charlotte.

Even though we enjoyed our stay, some things could be improved. We stayed here for a week, housekeeping only came once, apparently we were supposed to notify them when we want cleaning. There was a sign at the check in desk, guess we were so tired from traveling, didn’t see it. Breakfast was less than spectacular, Fairfield that we are at currently has better selections. Otherwise, it’s a really nice place to stay. Walking distance to outlet mall and lots of food choices, even grocery store. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent experience from top to bottom. Very clean environment; rooms are well stocked for all your needs; kitchenette was a charming addition; bed was a dream; pool was lovely albeit I didn’t use it; custom service was to my expectations. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times on our way to and from Florida. The rooms are perfect for a family, I'm giving the room 4 stars, as the pullout bed is not the most comfortable. The breakfast is excellent!

Sits right across the street from the outlets!! Front desk and check in / out was great!! They had an outdoor heated pool so I could do my water exercise in Mid October outside!! The cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Rooms are so new and nice!! They answered questions about the hotel and area. The have the cutest outdoor with tables and grill by the pool!!

Our room was nice and clean. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we're in Charlotte.

As Marriott owners, we stay in a wide range of Marriott properties around the world. We stayed at Steele Creek Thanksgiving week 2022, from Sunday thru Saturday. This newer property was a welcome surprise. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfasts were really good, with a rotating assortment of the hot items. Nice free parking and excellent WiFi. Nice central location with easy access to the airport, shopping, uptown, as well as Ballantyne. The staff were 100% excellent, friendly, and went out of their way to please. While everyone was great, we'd like to especially call out Rachael, who worked the day shift at the front desk during our visit. Super pleasant, always with a sweet smile and a positive attitude. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.
