Rosemary was very sweet. She went out of her way for breakfast since neither myself or my girlfriend eat pork. The room was cleaned daily.

Had a fabulous stay at Eden Hall. Clean, well spaced rooms with lots of character. We had a very early morning flight and Rosemary even packed us to go bags for breakfast. One note - there are no elevators which isn’t a problem but be prepared to carry your case upstairs. My family stays here every time we are in Charlottetown and we can’t recommend it enough. Always leave feeling taken care of!

My boyfriend and I booked a night at Eden Hall Inn, but unfortunately due to hurricane Irene they do not have power. Rosemary was extremely helpful and understanding and issued us a full refund. While we were not able to stay here this trip we hope to be able to in the future and would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for everything

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy inn! The home is beautiful and historic and the owner was very friendly and kind. We loved the proximity to downtown Charlottetown and the quiet location. Be aware of the small shower and staircase if you have accessibility issues, but as this is a historic site it is expected that they would not have an elevator. I would recommend staying here!

Beautiful century home, delicious food, friendly host, and solid location. Check in was quick and easy. It is a short walk away from the main strip in Charlottetown and there is a beautiful boardwalk for a sunset walk about one block away. Bed was comfortable and everything seemed very well thought through. Breakfast was a very good home cooked meal and gave us the chance to sit and connect with other travellers. The only downside was that we could hear the stairs creak when other guests walked up and down them at night, but this is to be expected in an older home. Would recommend!

Bathroom and shower were extremely small. Comfortable bed (although squeaky), clean, decent breakfast, friendly service. Fantastic location. Overall a pleasant stay but for the price ($275 after tax) we were a little underwhelmed. Especially the bathroom which I could barely even turn around in.

Quaint little inn in the heart of Charlottetown. The rooms were clean and service was great! There’s even books, games, and a piano to check out in the common area. Breakfast was great and the owners are super nice.

Wonderful place. Clean, bright, beautiful room with modern conveniences and old world charm. The hostess Rosemary was so nice and attentive. Minutes to downtown and the harbour. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely bed and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty Only drawback for us was we were in the upstairs Cozy Nook which was quite small and lugging our suitcases up three flights of stairs "not fun."

We really enjoyed our stay here. The older home is very charming and rustic and immaculate. It is about a 20 minute walk to a chic harbourfront shopping area. We did get the nicest room but it was stunning and very large with a very comfy bed. The hosts were very kind - I left my drivers license at home and had to Fed Ex it. The host Rosemary was kind enough to let me send it to The Eden Hall and she held it until we arrived, thank you. Breakfast was very good with a fresh cooked portion and some additional choices.

Stayed 3 nights. New owners were super friendly and helpful—when bad weather interrupted travel plans they were willing to extend our stay another day and held the room overnight until we confirmed plans. Easy walking distance to anything in Charlottetown. Comfortable room, and lovely breakfasts!

Whilst i have not stopped at The Eden Hall i cannot resist writing about the friendly owner. With my wife we visited Charlottetown whilst berthed on a cruise ship for a day in September. Whilst walking around the town we stopped to admire a lovely looking wooden house. The owner ( who's name i sadly cannot remember) saw us looking and kindly asked us inside for a coffee, what a friendly gesture. We had a interesting chat whilst sat on the balcony. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our stay at Eden Hall Inn. The Inn is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bike boxes in their garage for the week while we were touring the island.

Such a beautiful Inn. The owners were absolutely lovely. The hot breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of verity. The young gentleman assisting in the dining room was so pleasant. The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, washroom was nice and clean and the toiletries supplied were very nice. There were lovely spots to rest outside if you choose to also. The balcony off the 2nd floor is the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area. The trick or treat bags were a delightful touch upon check out! Thank you for the lovely experience.

Beautiful inn, the owners and staff are very friendly, the room we stayed in was very nice as was the jet tub. The location was great too, right next to downtown Charlottetown. The continental breakfast was good but my recommendation is to go to a brunch restaurant as the food scene in the city is so good. Would recommend Eden Hall and would stay there again, thanks to the owners for making us feel super welcome.

Cute little place with a lovely decor, I was positively surprised by how easy the check in/out was, the room, towels and sheets were so clean. They offer warm breakfast and are within walking distance to the main streets. I would definitely come back.

Stayed here during the pandemic on a mini honeymoon after just getting married. It was a wonderful room and the owner was so lovely. The bed was so big and fluffy that I lost my wife in it at some point. The tub was also superb, I ended up falling asleep in it - i was that relaxed. Would stay again :)

The house is wonderfully decorated as to the period. Old world charm, modern clean rooms, the adequate (small) bathroom was spotless. We were off season and at breakfast ( which was very good, had excellent coffee) the owner chatted to us which was lovely! Parking on site and we felt safe and welcomed.

Absolutely love this little Bed and Breakfast! I came here first with a girlfriend and we had such a great stay I took my boyfriend there when we returned for our vacation. The staff, Rose, and her family are so kind, hospitable, and really make you feel welcomed. They have a great attention for detail and really take care of their guests. I cannot wait to go back again soon!

Gracious, friendly accommodating host. Excellent location for walking by the water and downtown, especially if you do not have a car. Loved the character and charm of the house!

The host at the Eden Hall Inn went to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed three nights. The room was immaculate, fresh and picture perfect! The breakfast each morning was superb. A delicious hot entree was served along with fresh fruit, a variety of juices and yogurt, toast and a delicious medium roast coffee. What topped it all off was the homemade baked treat that came each morning! As we left on our last morning, Rosemary was out on the veranda waving farewell. We will definitely be booking a room here again! Strongly recommended!

What an absolutely amazing place to stay! We stayed for two night. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The lovely lady running the Inn was so kind and accommodating. The breakfasts were beyond our expectations! Real delicious home cooked foods with a great selection. We will recommend this place to friends for sure.

Thank you to Rosemary and Andy for your hospitality! We would highly recommend your B&B to anyone visiting the area! The room was clean and well appointed. Water pressure and temperature for showers was perfect. And then there was breakfast. One of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had with home made banana bread that needed to be enjoyed twice! Keep doing what you are doing….you do it very well! We will definitely come again.

We had an excellent stay at the Eden Hall with my sister in April 2022. The house is a Victorian-era home, very neat and well decorated. The owners are so kind, very helpful and have good advices of places to visit. Plus, the home-breakfast was delicious and changed daily. There is also a private parking lot for us which was very convenient. We want to go back there for sure !!

This is one of those special places to stay! The well preserved house is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is perfect to see the water and walk to Victoria Park and restaurants. We stayed two nights and had delicious and interesting breakfasts. Thank you to Rosemary! We’ll be back!

I had a lovely stay at Eden Hall, the owners are so kind and make sure that guests have everything that they need for a comfortable stay. I stated in the Charlotte Room, it's one of the smaller rooms available and is ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. Their was a mini fridge conveniently located right outside the room. Rosemary made lovely breakfasts each morning, and the hot breakfast portion changes daily. Great location, right next to Victoria Park, and a short walk to other attractions in downtown Charlottetown.

The owner Rosemary made our stay at Eden Hall a place to remember and return to again someday! We cannot say enough about her expertise in running the inn. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and convenient for walking to everywhere in town. The breakfast is delicious and includes Rosemary's homemade treats and vegetable and fruit artfully presented on your serving plate. The big porch was perfect for resting from our busy days in Charlottetown. We highly recommend Eden Hall. Eileen and Bruce Anderson

What a great gem! Beautiful old Victorian home within walking distance of downtown and many shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from. The owners were lovely and friendly. We can't wait to return!

Cute character home in great location. The innkeeper was very friendly and thorough at check-in. We stayed in the C.B Chappell room for one night. The room & bathroom were very large and clean. Unfortunately, we had a terrible sleep - the bed was very uncomfortable. The room did come with a jacuzzi but there wasn’t enough hot water to use it and we still didn’t have hot water by 5:00 the next morning.

I had a wonderful stay here! The owner, Rosemary, was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a late check in and a very early check out with no problem. The room I stayed in was clean, cozy, and beautiful! Breakfast was delicious, and I was grateful that I was given the option to have a breakfast prepared in a to-go bag for when I woke up. They have a shortened breakfast time in the off season, but it's definitely worth waking up for! If I stay in Charlottetown again, I will definitely re-book here. The location is perfect! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Victoria Park is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Thank you for being such a lovely and generous host!
